This place was perfect. Decided to stay here on our road trip to Leavenworth. Great service, amenities, functionality and cleanliness. From the check in to check out was a breeze with friendly staff. Loved the evening cookie service to the morning's breakfast spread in the lobby. The pool and the hot tub area was clean and welcoming with access to fresh towels. The room was clean with all the necessary amenities and a very comfortable bed. Free parking is always great. Stayed here for a weekend due to a family reunion in town. The location was great-close to the park where our reunion was being held. It is on a main road where you can easily get to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee etc. We checked in about 8pm, and there was only one guy working and he seemed to be juggling quite a few things-including baking fresh cookies and putting them out for the nightly cookies from 7pm-9pm (nice perk) The lobby area is nice and clean. Two elevators-we were on the 3rd floor. The room was spacious and clean. Toilet is separate from the shower. King bed was hard-not comfortable and felt like I was sleeping on hard wood. Indoor pool and hot tub. We were told that the pool is adults only from 10-11pm but they don't honor it. At 10pm I was expecting families to leave and/or hotel staff come in and ask the kids to leave. That didn't happen. What did happen, is a hotel staff member came in and went to the back mechanical room and turned the waterfall feature back on but did not say anything about it being 10pm adults only. Our group along with another couple were upset, as that is an amenity that we were looking forward to. Plus, no one likes to be splashed by kids jumping into the pool and playing in the hot tub. Free continental breakfast: waffle iron, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon strips, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cold cereal, bagels, toast, muffins, juice, coffee, chocolate milk, milk, soy & almond milks. From overcharging to double charging avoid this place at all cost. I reduced my reservation from 3 days to 2:00 and they refuse to accept it and charge me for the three. My reservation was for somebody else they made them pay as well with their card after I had already been charged. Avoid this place at all costs. Inexcusable Behavior and the reply I got was quote I'm just doing my job. Certainly do not take a hockey team here which is what our group was. Keep your teams away. The perfect, profesional, space for anyone that likes to wind down while out of town!! 7 nights of home away from home! We loved finding this pet - friendly hotel on a whim for Oktoberfest's!! One in Leavenworth which was only 25 minutes from us, and the one at Toyota Town Center down the street! It was a good location off the main road where there's tons of food to choose whatever your cravings desire. We were greeted instantly by the concierge and he was wonderful - he got us some wine because *BONUS* Mon-Wed they have happy hour snacks and drinks! We were so happy that we didn't have to find food that night because we just drove up 5 hours from Portland, Oregon. He got all of our cards and ID's checked, asked which room we'd prefer, and we were on our way to a blissful night alone for the first time since our wedding! The room we got was on the first floor and super spacious. The decor was beautiful and the coffee station was exactly what I needed! There was a microwave so we could bring back our leftovers from Gustav's in Leavenworth and snack on them the next day when we were exhausted. The suite style was great for when my husband and I needed space to get ready (and the toilet is separate from the shower & vanity room - HUGE WIN for me when getting ready for the day) We felt at home there. The beds were comfortable, the road noise wasn't too bad even on the street side, and we slept well because the blinds were blackout (great for the nights after Oktoberfest & we needed to sleep in!) The complimentary breakfast was great; scrambled eggs that weren't overly salted, waffles, oatmeals and all the toppings, but the most important thing was BACON and they had it most mornings we were there. I'd toast up some bread, throw some eggs + cheese + salsa on that slab and get a bowl of bacon to prep for our days there, and it was the ideal meal to get us through our morning hikes until we would have lunch. If you stay here, and LOVE ITALIAN, there is a great Italian place across the street open late. There's also a food cart that HAND-MAKES their pasta fresh every day and their family business reminded me of the affability of Portland. Pasta Del Capo has the best MAC AND CHEESE / PARMA ROSA EVER! Everything's made by scratch and it was quick and easy to order online so we could take it to go out on our adventure at Ohme Gardens. Wenatchee will forever have a place near and dear to my heart. We will be back next year if Leavenworth Oktoberfest is back in Wenatchee, and if not, Im finding a reason to keep going back up here. read more

I love this hotel! The customer service here is not just extremely professional, but they also go above and beyond the call of duty! The pool, jacuzzi, hot breakfast and delicious & complimentary light dinners on Mon, Tue and Wed, plus complimentary beer & wine that goes with it are such a warm-hearted amenity that I've never experienced in any hotel before! We switched to this property when the one we were in was booked. We had a lovely king suite. Complimentary breakfast was nothing unusual. However M-W at 5-7 pm they serve a complimentary dinner (Manager's Reception). We arrived in time for Chicken Alfredo. I am a Titanium Elite member and travel all the time for work. This was by far the best customer service that I have received at any Marriott. The employees are friendly it's just the rooms I can't figure out. This is my second stay for multiple nights. I like that I can forgo housekeeping and get extra Marriot points. The breakfast is well appointed and kept clean. They also have a couple nights per week with evening snacks/ appetizers. My issue is with the rooms. It is very loud as I could hear children, coughing, television, you name it- you can hear it on the 2nd or 3rd floors. The thermostat is also puzzling as it would literally not change from 73 degrees on the device yet it felt warmer in the hallway. I had to crank it up to 80 to get any change. Also, my last room felt like it was missing a lamp on the bedside table. It was very good inconvenient to wiggle it out just to plug in my phone. I will probably stay here again as I must go work occasionally in Wenatchee. However I will be happy when other options open up. read more

A very nice surprise for Wenatchee! My meetings was at another hotel, but I opted to stay here as I've grown tired of the 70s hotel that get a paint job and says it's new and fresh. Staff was very attentive and check in was smooth and fast. I had prechecked in earlier so assume that helped, but still kudos for efficiency. He took the time to tell me about all the features, including the cookies! My wife had stayed here before so I knew it was nice. I really enjoyed the large room; I had the double queen with sofa, desk, separate shower/sink and toilet/sink. It was bit of overkill for my needs, but appreciated the layout and the space. When I came back in the evening the front parking lot was packed. I'm sure they followed city code or something but the spaces were all designed for a Prius or something and half the lot was full of trucks, thank you I don't care to wedge myself between 2 trucks, large spaces would be appreciated. Thankfully the back has plenty of parking. The few areas that could make an improvement; There is a lack of USB charge ports in the room, I'm seeing most other properties go a bit overboard, but the only one I found was on the desk, having it on the night stand would be helpful. The clock radio was pretty dated, it had an old 30 pin iPhone connector... really? I'd be back in a heartbeat. read more

For being the most expensive Marriott in the Wenatchee, it falls way short of expectations. When checking in we were told room cleaning would happen every other day. We checked in Friday and expected servicing on Sunday. When we returned Sunday night the night desk person made a note and assured us that Monday would be our day. After returning at 11 PM, we saw our room had not been serviced and the night guy apologized but had to leave the desk to get us fresh towels. Another note mad. Tuesday night, again no service. Would have taken out my own garbage but didn't know where to put it. The door to our bathroom was off track and difficult to open and close. In the exercise room, the TV screens on the elliptical machines were stuck on the golf channel. The clock in that room had stopped but no on replaced the battery till I took it to the desk. It looked the the garbage hadn't been emptied in 5 days also. Will not return. read more

I visited here during the COVID19 pandemic in August to enjoy Lake Chelan. The lake was about 45 minutes away and I and must say the hotel was extremely clean and I am not easily impressed.The room was clean and modern with a few extra features I enjoyed such as a separate toilet from the bathroom which also included a sink in it. There was a nice spacious closet and the living room was separate from the bedroom which allows for more of a lounge feel and if your roomie wants to sleep you can stay awake I. That area without disrupting them. The bathroom had a mirror which gives vanity vibes and a walk in shower. There is also a microwave and refrigerator. read more

Do you like noise and paper thin ceilings to hear every stomp romp and bump? Does the noise of loud trucks bother you? This wasn't our first choice in a place and while I wouldn't say it was the worst, it's just not the most relaxing spot. The rooms are exceptionally clean and I didn't see any of the wear and tear that you usually spot in hotel chains. Bedding is comfy and plenty of towels are in the large bathroom. Parking free and ample. My only beef is the insane noise from the main road. Ask for a room facing the back, it'll save your sleep! Also bring a sleep mask, while they have blackout curtains, it doesn't completely cover, allowing streams of bright light in. We also had quite the 'stomper' above us along with the revving truck engines made sleep pretty crappy. I don't think this is a bad spot to stay, especially if you need a quick spot to stay or with kids, but not as a quiet serene space. read more

The good and the bad: overall would stay again especially for Wenatchee! 4 for overall experience of clean room, window which can open about 2 inches, clean/new looking, separate toilet room from shower room which is the best design ever 3 for bed which seemed to be slanted but linens were great so it was overall pleasant enough 2 for smokers outside main entrance& hotel windows which came right in the room even though overall hotel is nonsmoking 1 for breakfast- they use alllll disposable plastic cutlery and even plastic cups and paper plates- I couldn't believe that in this day and age and price point. I seriously don't think it's so hard to get a commercial dishwasher for reusable/normal plates and silverware. I mean come on- everything just goes directly to landfill!!!! I will bring my own next time as this is unreal. Also, besides the banana I didn't find anything for myself to eat. Yes maybe it's standard for hotel breakfast in the USA but if you're non-gluten/pork/vegetables person you will be hard pressed. Also there's no recycling in the rooms- generally hotels have a little bin for recycling but there's only garbage bins. 5 for friendly and normal checkin (with I want to say Aaliyah but maybe I didn't remember her name right) on Friday evening sept 28. The bed was nice a firm (just the way I like it). The outdoor fire feature was great. We spent two evenings out there playing cards and enjoying the fire. Best hotel in Wenatchee. Modern. Clean. Big rooms that are truly family sized (two big beds and a big sofa bed). Bathroom setup is pretty good with the WC separate from the shower room. Nice big pool & hot tub (with bonus sun deck/lounge chairs for relaxing). Breakfast is generous whether you're a kid and into the cereals or a grownup into the eggs & bacon. Easy to get here right on the main road into town, which makes it pretty centrally located for anything you're doing in town or nearby. I've seen everyone from my fellow swim parents to bicyclists to business folk. Parking is plentiful and it's easy to load and unload with a large driveway up front. Lobby is huge so if you need to meet up with a bunch of friends there's a pretty good place to do that. I also like that they've got not just your usual sundries but a pretty good selection of Washington beers and wines in the lobby (Kiona even). Helps to wind down the day if you didn't plan ahead and get anything at the grocery store. There's even an area you can barbecue & eat just outside the entrance (I think you have to reserve it) behind a wall which can be great if you're staying here with a big group. We've stayed here 3 times in the past 3 years and nothing about the place has gotten any worse for the wear - something else I really appreciate. I thought this hotel was brand new but it was eight years old and has apparently been renovated twice already. The decor, design, and layout of the hotel and room was very nice. Our room was plenty spacious, comfortable and clean. Front desk staff and housekeeping was friendly. I had accidentally dropped a full cup of water and ice at the ice machine and asked the housekeeper for a towel and she insisted on cleaning it up for me. Free breakfast in the morning is a great deal. Cookies at the front desk at night. Indoor pool and fitness center. Nice outdoor patio area. I've stayed in many Marriott's. The first being the Davenport in Spokane, the second is the Heathman Lodge in Portland and of course the Springhill Suites of Wenatchee; not necessarily in that order. If you're coming through town, book early cause these guys are busy; but not too busy to make you feel totally welcome. Room was pretty nice, but the staff was not enforcing masks in the lobby. Nearly every time I walked through the lobby, I saw at least 1 group without masks. There were several signs that said masks required, but the front desk staff did not enforce. Had to request the front desk employee to ask a group to wear masks while handling food at the self-serve breakfast buffet. read more

We've come here for the past few years to go skiing at Mission Ridge. It's a great location with good prices. The hotel and rooms are nice as well. The location is nice too as it's at one of the main street. Very easy to get in and out of to access the roads. I highly recommend this place. I wonder what changes they'll make as a new Hilton will be opening in Wenatchee soon. We look forward to staying here again! read more

We didn't stay for breakfast as we had a ferry to catch on Lake Chelan. Reason for 3 stars was the Front desk person tried to charge $209 per night even though we reserved for $179 over 7 months ago. My hotel experience here was amazing! The staff was very friendly and they had cookies hot at ready every night at 6pm! The rooms were very clean as well. I stayed in a room with a queen size bed which included a pull out couch for my travel size of 3. This worked out well because there was a desk/divider that separated the room which made it feel like I had more privacy. The room also included a music docking station. This was perfect because I had forgotten my portable speaker!! The pool and hot tub were nice but there were many children at the time. It was loud and didn't feel very relaxing. There was complementary breakfast in the morning with a variety of options. You won't be disappointed! read more

This is one of the more updated Marriotts we have visited. Pros: it's very clean, with a neutral clean smell. The layout in the king sized bed suite is fantastic. The privacy glass on the pocket doors means you have privacy without necessarily having to turn on lights. The seperation of the toilet from the shower (two different rooms) is very handy in our family! The bed is comfy. The desk area is well situated with privacy glass again so the room doesn't feel chopped up, but the spaces are well defined. We decided to do a last minute trip to Leavenworth. I figured staying at Springhill Suits would be great since the hotel looked very neat and modern, they were pet friendly (for our little Boston terrier puppy), had free breakfast, their veteran rate was great, and it was only a 30 minute drive into Leavenworth. Firstly, in order to use the amenities you have to reserve- which is perfectly fine. However, how many people are actually going to be able to use the hot tub if you're allowing 1 hour reservations! All the people that I saw who booked the hot tub, not a single family stayed longer than 30 mins! So why not reduce the time so that more people can use it??? Secondly, our room was called because our puppy was barking... uhm, I'm sorry my puppy barked. I guess this means it's okay to complain when someone's baby is constantly crying?? People need to realize that dogs are going to bark, and it's okay! Lastly, the front desk is so miserable! We paid for and reserved a room with a king bed. When we got to the hotel, they tried to give my husband a room with two queen beds as "they were out of rooms with king beds". My husband didn't accept and they gave us the room we had booked, but they were definitely not happy that "they had to move someone around" so that we can get the room we actually booked The WiFi is terrible and the extra internet channels they have such as HBO don't work because of the poor WiFi. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Save your money and stay somewhere where you'll get better service from the front desk and where you won't get complaints if your dog makes a peep! read more

Typically I'm only there for one night so I've never used the amenities, but there is a pool. The staff is always welcoming and they even mail you a thank you card. Rooms are quiet and spacious. What really stood out above and beyond everything else was the customer service, Jesus In particular was our king got in shinning armor. From helping us find lost AirPods, to helping arrange different breakfast accommodations for our group, the multiple keys being re-keyed and the medical assistance our group requires he went above and beyond. My room have separate toilet room and shower room both room have a sliding door with no lock. it can be very sexy and intimate if you spending the night with your lover, but it was a totally creepy experiences for me since I went with two middle age Asian women, my mom and my auntie. Our room is good enough to sleep six people. two queen beds and a sofa bed. The staffs are very nice and very friendly.
