There was a complimentary breakfast buffet with an oatmeal bar and waffle station. The staff were amazing as well. My son had left his baby blanket that he's slept with every night for 4 years. We cried when we realized it was gone. I called the next morning when housekeeping was in and the front desk had let me know that it was found and that they would mail it back to me. Beautiful Property, Deeply Unfair Management Process Residence Inn Wenatchee has a beautiful Columbia River location, comfortable suites, and valuable complimentary electric-vehicle charging. Marriott should add more chargers. Unfortunately, management overshadowed every positive aspect of my extended stay. I selected this hotel as my temporary home for what was expected to be an approximately 81-night healthcare work assignment. For more than a month, no significant management concerns were communicated to me. Then, after several interactions were interpreted differently from how I intended them, management ended my stay early and later confirmed in writing that the property would not accept future reservations from me. My central concern is simple: Neither manager ever asked me for my account before making those decisions. I was not given a written summary of the allegations, told which facts had been verified, informed which policies I had allegedly violated, or given a meaningful opportunity to respond, correct inaccuracies, apologize, or demonstrate growth. One incident involved my saying that I was "in love" with a front-desk associate. I now understand that the wording may have caused discomfort, although that was not my intention. Another guest then loudly yelled, "Stop flirting with him," in front of others. I felt publicly humiliated and later responded loudly when that guest asked whether he had offended me. I accept that I should have disengaged completely. Management later raised the possibility that I had followed the guest to his room. I did not. I was returning to my own room when he spoke to me again. No manager ever asked me directly what occurred. Other concerns involved a public swim-meet weekend and a separate pool conflict in which I sought help from the front desk. I acknowledge that I was sleep deprived, distressed, and approached the desk multiple times. Again, nobody asked me for my complete chronological account. Both managers eventually came to my room together at approximately 9:00 a.m. on a Monday, woke me, and informed me that I had to leave early. The decision appeared final before my perspective had ever been requested. I later received written notice permanently refusing future reservations, but no clear explanation of the specific evidence, findings, or reasoning was provided. I accept that intent and impact are not always the same, and I have reflected seriously on boundaries, emotional regulation, affectionate language, awareness, and de-escalation. But accountability should not be one-sided. A fair process should hear all sides before making permanent decisions. That did not happen here. Property and location: 10/10 Management process: 0/10 Transparency: 0/10 Overall experience: 0/10 A beautiful hotel cannot overcome management that left a long-term guest feeling unheard, falsely accused, removed, and permanently unwelcome. read more

Wow! I've stayed at a lot of Marriott establishments and this one truly stands out. From check in to checkout this place truly and sincerely cares about you. The manager that was at the front desk several times was overly kind and definitely understood customer service. The bartenders/servers at the restaurant were fantastic and kind. The establishment was clean, convenient and obviously had a beautiful view of the river and mountains. read more

Clean, comfortable down pillows (requested) beds are firm and comfortable. Rooms are spacious (with balcony/River view). The weight room has a great assortment of dumbbells and space to do an alternative workout or stretch. Clean and good equipment. The breakfast was okay. The attendant was the friendliest person and very welcoming. There wasn't much gluten free folks. The sausage was room temperature but it was neat and there was hot coffee. I'd stay here again. I do not recommend their restaurant for dinner. Mission burger is delicious!!!! read more

We spent 2 nights at this Residence Inn between Christmas and New Years, and it was not enough time. This Residence Inn is in a great location right by Walla Walla Park and walking distance to the shore Columbia River. The entire landscape was blanketed with snow during my visit. It was something that I rarely ever get to see. Reservations were made a couple months in advance. We did have issues with our reservation when we changed the date, but, an email from Charlotte the GM and a phone call to Luis took care of our problems. Check in was a breeze. They gave us a fantastic room with a great view of both the park and the river. We were very happy with our room. It even had a balcony for us to go out into if we wanted to brave the cold temperatures. Everything was typical Marriott here. North soap, shampoo and conditioner are in dispensers in the shower. Breakfast was typical Residence Inn breakfast with sausage, egg, waffles, fruit, juice and coffee. The breakfast area was large. They did have 3 parking spaces for Platinum and above members. These spaces were never available since Platinum status can be had with the right Marriott credit card. The exercise room had treadmills, ellipticals and other equipment and was good enough for a good workout. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. 2 nights was not nearly enough for this hotel and the area that it is in. I definitely would want to stay here again. read more

I came here because they had been great in the past years but they left me with no where to stay and even after I offered to pay for an extra day and still he refused to give me a room for the remainder of the night. This is a wonderful place to stay. In the summer, you wake up each morning to a beautiful river park view. Grab breakfast and you can sit outside and enjoy the view. It's peaceful and most people eat inside, so it's fairly quiet. I would read every day out there. They have couches outside as well. The healthy breakfast options are where this hotel is lacking. It's boxed eggs daily. The hotel charges more than most in Wenatchee and they should be offering real eggs. Not boxed or powdered eggs. It's not real food and it's insulting to offer boxed eggs to customers who pay that much. They also offer a daily meat option such as bacon or sausage, breakfast sandwiches, waffles. yogurt, cereal, and oatmeal. If you eat bread, the breakfast is probably up your alley and it has variety in the grain department. If you are a bit more health conscious, it might not be your favorite. They do offer fresh fruit though. The pool is indoors with garage doors that open up and give you an outdoor feel. The hot tub is outdoors. The pool and hot tub face the park. They only open the garage doors for the pool for a few hours a day in the middle of the day. On hot days it would be nice to have the doors open all the time into the evening. The pool was also warm! The hotel is next to a huge park. Within a hundred yards or so, is a swimming beach on the river, a playground, baseball fields, and volleyball. This is very family friendly and perfect if you have kids who wake up early and need something to do or you need an activity in the early evening. The swimming at the river was fun. We brought floaties and just played in the water. The grass at the beach was covered in geese poop though. They do have a couple of group picnic shelters available and lots of picnic tables throughout the park. The hotel only offers room service if you request it. I imagine this is a post covid way of doing business and saves them money. It would maybe be nice if they knocked to ask if you need anything. I don't feel like we should have to call down and ask for toilet paper. read more

Front Desk service is lacking Requested a noon check-in since I'm a Titanium member. Came in and front desk said it wasn't ready. Apparently they were sold out the night before so there are no rooms available until the rooms are cleaned, which I understand. I told them I'll be waiting by their patio. I go to the front desk 3x to see if it's ready, but unfortunately it isn't. However while standing in line each time I hear that they are checking in rooms for everyone else so I couldn't understand why my room isn't ready. Still pretty calm about it. However, at 3pm I go back again and they tell me it's still not ready. At this point I am not happy. I'm a Titanium member & a Lifetime Platinum member which means I stay at a Marriott hotel for more than a 3rd of the year (I usually stay 100+ nights) for over 10+ yrs, which you would think that since I'm sitting there waiting you would ask your housekeeper to clean a 2 queen bedroom for me (I didn't ask for any specific floor or room so not sure why it's taking so long). 3hrs is a long time to clean two rooms, even without status. Smh ‍ Sometimes I wonder if having status with Marriott is worth it bc they don't give you any special preferential status which I was told they should if you are a certain status. It's getting to the point that perhaps I need to look at Hilton or the Hyatt hotel and cancel my Marriott cc because it's becoming a joke, especially since I've been getting terrible service several times since the beginning of the year. My husband and I always stay here when in Wenatchee. The ADA rooms are on the 1st floor, easy entrance and exit, plus you can park right by the room. The room is very quiet even though it is right by the parking and a stairway. The staff are so accommodating to those that have special needs. Claudia that works the front desk remembers us, she is always ready to help make our stay easier. It would be nice if the room had another small table to eat meals on, the desk works fine but it is awkward. read more

Let's start with the view, walk outside and you are right off the river walking path. One day there was a yearling eagle along the path. Fall is beautiful! The hotel itself is very accommodating and one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in yet. Rooms are spotless and housekeeping is on point. Friendly customer service! One of the bartenders made a jalepeno margarita, try it! Plenty of parking and reserved spaces for elite customers, no issues with cars being broke into. Another 5 star review for Residence Inn Wenatchee, we decided to come up to Leavenworth/Wenatchee area for a mini family vacation and got stuck while staying at this hotel due to the mountain passes being closed. The hotel was so sweet, and let us stay in the room we were in which was a nice suite over looking the river. Breakfast is free and delicious, dinner is phenomenal the chef is so good at what he does. Our server Lane was top notch and had us laughing the entire time, he was such good company. Our bar tender Chelsea was also amazing and made drinks fast as well as delicious. This is by far our favorite hotel for a mini family vacation that isn't too far from home. Right on the river and had a park within walking distance as well as pybus market. Highly highly recommend! read more

I have stayed there so many times from Jan to Aug. because the company had an account I had to stay there. The billing system is the most stupid you will ever encounter if you stay more than 7 days. I have to speak about my points NOT being added EVERY single time I stay. I will never stay there again now. NO other Residence is this difficult to deal with in the USA. If you have to stay somewhere more than 7 days find somewhere else save yourself the headache. The hotel is nice. It's just how they bill and NEVER manage to get your points to corporate it's from management so it will never be fixed until they get a manager that can correct the situation. Plus if you stay in the residence in Seattle or anywhere else you will receive 1800-2500 points a night. Here you only get 1000 points a night for some reason it's only here. read more

The hotel itself is great! I have booked twice and both times were terrible billing experiences. The first time I was staying for work and my colleagues credit card was charged for both of our rooms despite us both reminding the front desk clerk at check in that we were paying separately and the clerk taki g my crefit card at check in. After an hour on the phone with the hotel we were able to get that corrected. The second time I canceled the room on line and I was still charged. The front desk clerk was not helpful and gave me no recourse. Great rooms- just be careful with the payments. read more

I stay in a lot of hotels and despite this being a pretty new Residence Inn it was a particularly bad experience. First off, there were a few mosquitoes in our room. Not a deal breaker, but definitely a red flag and I did get bit. Second and most disappointingly, the kitchenette window has no blackout shade. This window faces the brightly illuminated parking lot and thus the room never got anywhere close to dark. Once the sun started rising all bets in favor of sleep were off. Beware. read more

My family and I stayed here this past weekend while we were visiting Mission Ridge and had a wonderful time! The hotel is beautiful and so well set up for families - the 2BR Suite with a sofa bed worked great for us. And with kids, it's nice having the full-size kitchen area too (fridge especially)! We LOVE having the bar/restaurant downstairs. It worked great for us after a drive over the pass on a weekday evening, but other times, has been the lifesaver after a long day of skiing when we're too tired to go out to another restaurant. Everything we've had -- both meals and bar drinks -- has been delicious. Lane was our server this past weekend and he was wonderful (incredibly informative about the menu items and entertaining to the adults and kids alike). We'll definitely be back! read more

This is a beautiful property right on the river. Walking distance to a local park and 8 mile run in/cycling loop around the waterfront. Beautiful scenery, brand new modern rooms, and great amenities. Outstanding continental breakfast service - kids ate their weight in waffles. We stopped here as a midpoint on family vacation between Seattle and Spokane. Kids asked several times if we could just skip Spokane and stay in Wenatchee. read more

Would give 10 stars if I could! I don't often write reviews. Came to Wenatchee for a quick weekend getaway. Wanted to see some sunshine, tired of the gloom and rain over on the west side of the mountains. Didn't have a hotel picked out, so drove down the riverfront to see what was around. This hotel is obviously very new. It's right on the water, and immaculately designed, with attention to detail everywhere! The gal at the front desk who greeted us and checked us in was SO friendly! She even upgraded us to a room with a balcony and river view. Totally made our stay! The actual room itself was very modern and clean. Full kitchen with fridge, mini dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, lots of counter space. Living area was spacious, great patio. Separate bedroom with 2 queen beds. The bathroom is bigger than my own at home. This hotel room is nicer than most apartments! No joke! The pool and hot tub were top notch. There's a fully stocked snack bar in the lobby, and there's a restaurant on site that's open in the evenings. I'm staying here every time I come to Wenatchee. read more

A 3-night leisure trip to Wenatchee...the Residence Inn proved the perfect place to stay. We specifically requested a room overlooking the park - beautiful views of hills, river, and park - with the plus of having a huge park at our doorstep for walking, biking, and general play. Our room did not disappoint - well laid out and well appointed. Immaculately clean. Quiet. Great bed. We appreciated the ability to cook a lunch or dinner if we wanted to. The (included) breakfast was an incredible spread - not just waffles and oatmeal, but every possible topping for waffles and oatmeal (chocolate chips & coconut, anyone?). Not just hot coffee, but cold brew with an ice bucket to make your own iced coffee. Hot entrees, pastries and breads, juices, cereal, fruit - a fantastic array. The pool, hot tub and exercise areas were very nice. All the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Definitely will plan to stay again. read more
