This is a wonderful place to stay. In the summer, you wake up each morning to a beautiful river park view. Grab breakfast and you can sit outside and enjoy the view. It's peaceful and most people eat inside, so it's fairly quiet. I would read every day out there. They have couches outside as well. The healthy breakfast options are where this hotel is lacking. It's boxed eggs daily. The hotel charges more than most in Wenatchee and they should be offering real eggs. Not boxed or powdered eggs. It's not real food and it's insulting to offer boxed eggs to customers who pay that much. They also offer a daily meat option such as bacon or sausage, breakfast sandwiches, waffles. yogurt, cereal, and oatmeal. If you eat bread, the breakfast is probably up your alley and it has variety in the grain department. If you are a bit more health conscious, it might not be your favorite. They do offer fresh fruit though. The pool is indoors with garage doors that open up and give you an outdoor feel. The hot tub is outdoors. The pool and hot tub face the park. They only open the garage doors for the pool for a few hours a day in the middle of the day. On hot days it would be nice to have the doors open all the time into the evening. The pool was also warm! The hotel is next to a huge park. Within a hundred yards or so, is a swimming beach on the river, a playground, baseball fields, and volleyball. This is very family friendly and perfect if you have kids who wake up early and need something to do or you need an activity in the early evening. The swimming at the river was fun. We brought floaties and just played in the water. The grass at the beach was covered in geese poop though. They do have a couple of group picnic shelters available and lots of picnic tables throughout the park. The hotel only offers room service if you request it. I imagine this is a post covid way of doing business and saves them money. It would maybe be nice if they knocked to ask if you need anything. I don't feel like we should have to call down and ask for toilet paper.

Front Desk service is lacking Requested a noon check-in since I'm a Titanium member. Came in and front desk said it wasn't ready. Apparently they were sold out the night before so there are no rooms available until the rooms are cleaned, which I understand. I told them I'll be waiting by their patio. I go to the front desk 3x to see if it's ready, but unfortunately it isn't. However while standing in line each time I hear that they are checking in rooms for everyone else so I couldn't understand why my room isn't ready. Still pretty calm about it. However, at 3pm I go back again and they tell me it's still not ready. At this point I am not happy. I'm a Titanium member & a Lifetime Platinum member which means I stay at a Marriott hotel for more than a 3rd of the year (I usually stay 100+ nights) for over 10+ yrs, which you would think that since I'm sitting there waiting you would ask your housekeeper to clean a 2 queen bedroom for me (I didn't ask for any specific floor or room so not sure why it's taking so long). 3hrs is a long time to clean two rooms, even without status. Smh ‍ Sometimes I wonder if having status with Marriott is worth it bc they don't give you any special preferential status which I was told they should if you are a certain status. It's getting to the point that perhaps I need to look at Hilton or the Hyatt hotel and cancel my Marriott cc because it's becoming a joke, especially since I've been getting terrible service several times since the beginning of the year. This is definitely one of them.

Another 5 star review for Residence Inn Wenatchee, we decided to come up to Leavenworth/Wenatchee area for a mini family vacation and got stuck while staying at this hotel due to the mountain passes being closed. The hotel was so sweet, and let us stay in the room we were in which was a nice suite over looking the river. Breakfast is free and delicious, dinner is phenomenal the chef is so good at what he does. Our server Lane was top notch and had us laughing the entire time, he was such good company. Our bar tender Chelsea was also amazing and made drinks fast as well as delicious. This is by far our favorite hotel for a mini family vacation that isn't too far from home. Right on the river and had a park within walking distance as well as pybus market. Highly highly recommend!

What's the point of having blackout shades on all windows except for one?

I've been swimming since I was born and I'm 60 ... I know when a pool is 80 or above. Checked with the front desk. The clerk totally ignored me and kept chatting to her coworker even though I was 5" away. She did not smile once. She checked and said the thermostat said it was 81. I told her the thermostat was wrong and to go feel it. She repeated herself. The only reason we decided to stay here was because they told us the pool was 80-84°. Beds are super soft. Be careful if that bothers you. My daughter described them as "wretched". The cookies are nice. And the lobby smells like cookies which is a pleasant touch. I don't know why I thought hotels all had usb ports by the beds now. They don't. There are two by the desk though. Shower water pressure is dismal. They advertise riverfront all over the place but the river is like a half mile away... and there certainly isn't any view of it.

First off the hotel is clean. The lobby looked great and so did our room. The elevator is smaller than I'm used to so getting our luggage cart in was a challenge. The room was spacious and they had it stocked with plenty of towels. The only complaint is that the bed was a bit uncomfortable for me. There was a small dip in middle bur it wasn't terrible. It's very easy to get to from the nearby highways and very close driving to downtown Wenatchee. The room was excellent! Two queen beds and a fridge and microwave with a large TV. It's indoors but there are towels down there right across from a well stocked fitness center. The breakfast itself was pretty standard and delicious! They have the waffle makers as well as all the pastries and cereals. Lots of coffee and juices on tap. Just overall a great stay and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a well priced hotel in Wenatchee!

We were in the river view room and it was cozy with a great deck view of the river. We were able to get settled in pretty quickly and wander by the water; sit and enjoy the scenery, and last but not least see their little rabbits, chickens, and prince the peacock! Ludger was an amazing host and really made us feel welcome -- can I also say he puts some restaurant chefs to shame with his breakfast creations? I found it super thoughtful that they had a check in sheet asking about allergies, dietary restrictions, and even taste preferences. He definitely accommodated to my vegetarian palate while still cooking up some of the best meals I have ever had at an inn, hotel, and possibly even restaurants. Kudos to him. It was super nice to have fresh fruit from the orchard be included the meals and it really added such a great touch to them. Price wise, I would say it is very reasonable for the delightful experience, calm and quiet surroundings, and comfortable stay. I have recommended this spot to every friend I have seen this week and will continue to rave to everyone about how amazing this spot is. Definitely check this place out -- be it for wine tasting, an event, or a stay. It is absolutely charming and will be a place you will remember for years to come.
