The sunrise view from our hotel room on the 7th floor.
    Jenn W.

The rooms are nice and well-kept. It was nice to have the mini fridge in the room and the ice machine down the hall. The outdoor hot tub was delightful, and the indoor hot tub and pool were nice. I appreciate that the pool is not on the lobby level. The lobby always had a roaring fire, and the Christmas decorations were beautiful, abundant, and tasteful...exactly as I had hoped for the holiday season. The continental breakfast was top notch and saved us a lot of money. Adults and kids liked the options, though the coffee was a bit weak for our taste. Tony at the front desk had exceptional customer service, in an era when customer service seems to be the last on people's minds. It was nice to enter the lobby time and time again and to be greeted with Tony's warm and genuine smile and attentive presence. He helped us find a good Chinese restaurant. We have stayed at this hotel a few times in the last month, and we plan to return many more times in the future.

4 of us are up from Vancouver WA to attend a Union officers training course. We are sharing two different double bed rooms, one on either side of the hall. I have a beautiful view of the Wenatchee river. The other guys have a view of town and the mountains. Pool is indoor and out door with two hot tubs, one inside and one outside. They are HOTT! Just the way I like them..... I have hung out every morning and every night in them. The pool is a great cool off and being able to swim from indoors to out side is awesome. Dressing room with a shower located right by the pool room. On the 9th floor they have a restaurant with amazing views. The bloody Mary was good but a bit spendy, food was tasty but small portions. If I come to Wenatchee ever again..... I will stay here.

This hotel badly needs an update. I stayed for two nights for a conference and while our room was clean, there were missing ceiling tiles and plastic peeling off the lamps. Additional star for great customer service from the front desk who were quick to give us anything we needed but wouldn't be the first place on my list to stay next time I'm in the area.

Large sized reeces cup left in the open closet of second room

First room we had had unexpected friends and when I brought one to the front desk in a glass they told me they were carpet beetles. Moved to another room on a different floor and after thorough inspection there were no bed bugs but there was garbage hiding in the open.

    Allergic reaction

Since my stay was refunded due to a few creepy crawlers....never got a full night to review. My suitcase just came out of plastic bags. First time I ever experienced this. No matter where this happens take pictures and video (some to follow are my allergic reactions) as front desk discounted big time my words until I could prove. However they were very helpful providing RAID and a full refund. Honestly (this happened Sept '23) but saw another post on same topic so want folks to not spread out stuff around the room with being aware.

I stayed here during my short trip to Wenatchee, and enjoyed my stay at Coast Hotel. The staff at the front desk were all friendly and helpful, quickly checking me in and providing information about their amenities and the hotel restaurant. Though the hotel building itself is older, the rooms aren't as aged. They have more modern furniture, and have put in an updated sink and countertop in the bathroom. The mini-fridge in my room was located in the bathroom below the sink counter, which was unexpected, but was glad that there was a fridge for my leftovers and drinks. They also had a small coffee machine with Starbucks coffee. Of everything - I really liked how comfy the bed was! Plus, I like that they use duvets versus comforters for the bed, and had a ton of shams and pillows. There's free wifi, an ice machine on the floor, and for the most part - I couldn't really hear my neighbors. For cars - they give you a parking pass to put on your front dashboard. Amenities included a gym, hot tub and a restaurant on the top floor. They also are dog-friendly, which is always a plus! There are USA Today newspapers for free, and don't forget to help yourself to the free apples in the basket at the front desk either, reminding you you're in Apple Capital. I really liked the location of the hotel. It was central to most everything in downtown Wenatchee, including the Riverfront Park, Pybus Market, and there's even a skybridge to the convention center. Compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Wenatchee, this one is my favorite thus far.

    Receipt of benefit (contract)

Hey Folks! Hilton Garden Inn is just up the street and it's by the River Walk. I would not stay at the Wenatchee Coast Hotel given the chance again. It's not the "old feel" of the hotel that's bothersome, nor the musty smell, sagging beds, the loud AC that hums and bangs through the night, the old slow elevator, the closed restaurant, nor the very tiny TVs (do they still sell those?). It's the poor customer service. They do not follow through with contractual agreements, and therefore, do not meet my expectations for good customer care. When those things go bad, I lose trust. When I lose trust, I no longer feel safe. As a solo female traveler, all this matters greatly to me. Van Halen used to request to have all brown M&Ms removed from a requested bowl in his green room. When that task was not completed, he knew much more important details were left unattended to as requested. Failure to meet contractual obligations of even the small things, often served as an indicator of bigger issues to come. Details matter. I booked a reservation at Hotels.com, for this hotel, as I have many times before. In fact, so many times I am considered a VIP. Ok, nothing here to get too excited about this status. Trust me, I have not consumed a single drop of the $6 bottle of wine, nor eaten the accompanying Hershey's kisses that are wrapped in the foil of whatever was at least two holidays ago. I am also not too excited about the environmentally threatening plastic cups they serve alongside said cheap wine. I have never taken advantage of the alleged offered late check-out nor been upgraded a room. In sum, zero lived benefit. Today, as I checked in, I was gaslighted by the front desk about my VIP status and told to go take it up with Hotels.com. I spent 25 minutes on customer service with Iliana at Hotels.com who assured me Coast was responsible. She further reminded me that the Hotels sometimes can't meet VIP offerings and that I somehow misunderstood how to book. (Nothing like a double roasting gaslighting for one event). Illiana promised to make her best attempt to call the hotel to remedy. She called me back to let me know that the manager was rigid and adamant that I failed to book properly. She let me know "that she did her very best but unfortunately the manager was very rigid and adamant that I failed to book properly". Ok. I get it. A lot of wasted time went into an approximate $7 benefit, which includes a really generous value upgrade of the Hershey kisses. It comes down to this for me: I do not feel safe here. I know that my interests are valued at less than $7. I know my perceived worth here. Big business matters more than the little people. Further, I have also learned that the value of the Wenatchee Coast honor, integrity, and customer service ranges somewhere under the $7 threshold. These folks don't deserve your hard-earned money, nor will they protect your interests if something were to go awry. Did I mentions that Hilton Garden Inn is just up the street and it's by the River Walk.

Due to a fire in Chelan, we were evacuated from our home. We have 2 kitties so needed a place to stay that was pet friendly. We found Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel, and booked a room. We told them our story and they bent over backwards to make us comfortable. Since we didn't know the fire status each day, they gave us extra time book another night. We ended up staying 4 days. The hotel very clean and comfortable. Thank you Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel staff for all your kindness! Don, Cookey, Vegas & Blackjack Bickle

I've been coming over to Wenatchee to teach classes for several years. I love this town! I've stayed at several hotels here while on my travels but my favorite is the Coast! It's a great hotel. It's super comfortable, spacious, with free Wi-Fi, lots of parking, a pool, and a great staff. I enjoy the location, it's just a couple of blocks and easy walking distance to old downtown, all of the delightful locally owned businesses, restaurants, and Pybus Market. Or, you can head over to Riverfront Park via the Loop Trail on the Columbia River. I also like The Rivertop Bar & Grill on the 9th floor. Great food, service, and lovely views. They feature local cuisine and regional wines! I stayed here April 25/26, 2018 and the lobby remodel was just about complete. It's looking really nice!

The place looks old in decor but it is cozy. The lobby area is well organized and very open.Front desk clerk were friendly. Our room is pretty decent in size not tight at all with four people.Everything in our room work fine without complaint. Hotel has it's own restaurant and surprisingly it was not overpriced at all. Parking is FREE!!

A few cockroaches, but still one of the better hotels in this city. Avoid the restaurant, less than mediocre and very expensive.

-100 review if it was an option Nightmare "honeymoon" Let me list the ways .... and I paid for two full nights at this god awful place ! Leaky pipes No water pressure so no showers! Changed rooms three times no working phones in any of the rooms so had to track down 8 flights every time there was an issue ! Pool is 3.5 feet shallow and too chlorinated to swim in Dirty hot tub with sand in it too Noise issue with the room above internet was so slow could not even pull up email let alone watch a movie on the tablet. Rude staff who inappropriately used the word BITCH word in a FRONT DESK memo referring to A hotel guest After all the above I was offered 2 breakfast coupons and $50 off the stay... ???? WHICH WAS NOT RECEIVED and they still have a $20 unreturned deposit too ... Are you kidding me One and only HONEYMOON RUINED - thanks so much !!!!

    Stained towels

THE FACILITY WAS UNCLEAN AND STAFFS WERE VERY RUDE AND IRRESPONSIBLE. When we found the stains on the pillow cover and towels, we reported to the front desk staff named something like Raillie. Without an apology, she told us she could change our bedding and give us new towels so we asked her to do so while we were out. When we came back, they left towels on our sink but our bedding was not changed, INSTEAD THEY JUST LEFT NEW BED SHEET ON OUR BED. I do not understand how it is our responsibility to change it, since it was hotel's fault to not clean the beddings properly at the first place. I made a call to the front desk again and the another front deck receptionist answered saying that he would check with the house keeping but I did not receive any call back. When they did not call back for more than 3 hours, I called the front desk again and asked them to change it but I had to make two more calls until someone actually came and changed them for us. Due to COVID, the hotel had new policy of requiring guests who are having multi-night stays to request housekeeping services in prior. However, this was not explained when Raillie checked us in, as well as other instructions including wifi connection, and it was our own responsibility to find it out. Because our room was not cleaned, we asked to "empty our trash can" and Raillie literally STARED at us until we repeated the question 5 times as if we were saying a nonsense. We were very offended by this and never want to visit this hotel again.

As a traveling Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in lifestyle medicine, I rely on hotels for safe rest, reliable housekeeping, functioning amenities, timely access to deliveries, and secure handling of food and belongings. Unfortunately, this became one of my most difficult hotel experiences. The property did not provide guest access to filtered drinking water. I found the tap water unpleasant, leaving bottled water as the only practical option. The hotel also repeatedly declined to provide basic dishware and food-preparation items such as cups, plates, bowls, forks, spoons, and a cutting board. For a long-term business stay, this made basic hydration and meal preparation unnecessarily difficult. One area deserves recognition: maintenance. The bathtub drain issue was repaired promptly, and the engineering staff made good-faith efforts to help. Maintenance follow-through was excellent. Housekeeping was far more difficult. Service hours repeatedly conflicted with my healthcare work schedule and irregular sleeping hours. Near the end of my stay, management photographed portions of my room and sent the images to my employer. The bathroom did require cleaning, and I accept that. However, I found it deeply humiliating that the photographs were shared without what I believe was important context: limited housekeeping availability, severe sleep disruption, my work schedule, and the abrupt departure process. I was concerned that sending those images to my employer could harm my professional reputation. Package handling was another major problem. I repeatedly had difficulty obtaining packages that had already arrived, and some appeared to remain at the hotel for extended periods. As a long-term business traveler, I should not have had to make repeated requests to access deliveries addressed to me. My most serious concern involved two frozen boxes of medically prepared meals valued at approximately $250 each, for a total loss of about $500. The day before departure, Theresa at the front desk told me that the two frozen boxes were still being held and could be retrieved when I left the following day. I also had one refrigerated box that had spoiled, and I specifically authorized disposal of that refrigerated box. At checkout, another front-desk associate told me that Theresa had documented the opposite: that I wanted the two frozen boxes discarded. The valuable frozen meals were gone, while the spoiled refrigerated food had been kept and returned to me. That was not what I requested. I cannot determine whether this resulted from inaccurate documentation, miscommunication, or another cause. However, the result was the loss of approximately $500 in medically prepared food. I requested a written explanation and reimbursement. The final days of my stay were also poorly handled. I spent several days trying to coordinate packages, storage bins, shipping labels, food, and other belongings. Management appears to have known that my follow-up reservation would not be honored, yet I was not given clear and timely notice until the end of my stay. That left me managing an abrupt move, work responsibilities, belongings, shipping logistics, and severe sleep deprivation under extreme pressure. This was an extended healthcare work stay, not a brief leisure visit. The hotel functioned as my temporary home. Reliable sleep, timely communication, psychological safety, and secure handling of my property were essential. The cumulative impact was profound. I became severely sleep deprived, physically and emotionally exhausted, and increasingly concerned about my ability to rest adequately before caring for patients. During the early morning hours following my birthday, I required emergency medical evaluation and contacted the behavioral-health crisis support line available through my insurance. The property itself is attractive, and the engineering team was a clear positive. Unfortunately, the package delays, housekeeping limitations, food-storage failure, late communication, and management escalation outweighed those strengths. After this experience, I have decided to move my future hotel business elsewhere whenever possible. Beautiful Property, Deeply Unfair Management Process…read more Residence Inn Wenatchee has a beautiful Columbia River location, comfortable suites, and valuable complimentary electric-vehicle charging. Marriott should add more chargers. Unfortunately, management overshadowed every positive aspect of my extended stay. I selected this hotel as my temporary home for what was expected to be an approximately 81-night healthcare work assignment. For more than a month, no significant management concerns were communicated to me. Then, after several interactions were interpreted differently from how I intended them, management ended my stay early and later confirmed in writing that the property would not accept future reservations from me. My central concern is simple: Neither manager ever asked me for my account before making those decisions. I was not given a written summary of the allegations, told which facts had been verified, informed which policies I had allegedly violated, or given a meaningful opportunity to respond, correct inaccuracies, apologize, or demonstrate growth. One incident involved my saying that I was "in love" with a front-desk associate. I now understand that the wording may have caused discomfort, although that was not my intention. Another guest then loudly yelled, "Stop flirting with him," in front of others. I felt publicly humiliated and later responded loudly when that guest asked whether he had offended me. I accept that I should have disengaged completely. Management later raised the possibility that I had followed the guest to his room. I did not. I was returning to my own room when he spoke to me again. No manager ever asked me directly what occurred. Other concerns involved a public swim-meet weekend and a separate pool conflict in which I sought help from the front desk. I acknowledge that I was sleep deprived, distressed, and approached the desk multiple times. Again, nobody asked me for my complete chronological account. Both managers eventually came to my room together at approximately 9:00 a.m. on a Monday, woke me, and informed me that I had to leave early. The decision appeared final before my perspective had ever been requested. I later received written notice permanently refusing future reservations, but no clear explanation of the specific evidence, findings, or reasoning was provided. I accept that intent and impact are not always the same, and I have reflected seriously on boundaries, emotional regulation, affectionate language, awareness, and de-escalation. But accountability should not be one-sided. A fair process should hear all sides before making permanent decisions. That did not happen here. Property and location: 10/10 Management process: 0/10 Transparency: 0/10 Overall experience: 0/10 A beautiful hotel cannot overcome management that left a long-term guest feeling unheard, falsely accused, removed, and permanently unwelcome.

To say that this was an amazing stay is a grand understatement -- legitimately WOW. We stayed at…read moreWarm Springs during a recent trip to Leavenworth and gosh what a charming little inn with the nicest owners! We were in the river view room and it was cozy with a great deck view of the river. We were able to get settled in pretty quickly and wander by the water; sit and enjoy the scenery, and last but not least see their little rabbits, chickens, and prince the peacock! Ludger was an amazing host and really made us feel welcome -- can I also say he puts some restaurant chefs to shame with his breakfast creations? I found it super thoughtful that they had a check in sheet asking about allergies, dietary restrictions, and even taste preferences. He definitely accommodated to my vegetarian palate while still cooking up some of the best meals I have ever had at an inn, hotel, and possibly even restaurants. Kudos to him. It was super nice to have fresh fruit from the orchard be included the meals and it really added such a great touch to them. Price wise, I would say it is very reasonable for the delightful experience, calm and quiet surroundings, and comfortable stay. I have recommended this spot to every friend I have seen this week and will continue to rave to everyone about how amazing this spot is. Definitely check this place out -- be it for wine tasting, an event, or a stay. It is absolutely charming and will be a place you will remember for years to come.
