He was super professional and kind. Explained everything beginning and end. Didn't lie about the charges. Said it was 165 over the phone and thats all I paid. The tech who came out said he would order a part and it would be here in 2 or three days.. after a few days i contacted him and left messages but he responded once but I texted again and he never responded. The owner never responded to my texts. Several days passed so I contacted another company. Krafft Service was recommended so I called them last week. They got a coil in a week and was installed today. MVM Home service has a lot of 5 star reviews, but reviews are not always honest. I'm not saying those for MVM are not honest but I have had companies on Yelp and Amazon offer me gift cards or money if I will remove anything negative I have written about them and some even offer me something before I write anything, I don't trust MVM Home Service. I was given an estimate of the time they could do the work and over the course of the day I was contacted a number of times via phone that they were on track. Arlington Plumbing arrived at the agreed upon time, did the work with a professional manner, they did a great job of cleaning up, and I had hot water before my spouse arrived home from work. That alone would be ok, but at every turn R&B tried to pass the blame and assumed zero responsibility for any of the issues. Additionally their billing is unreliable, causing more hassle with sorting through old invoices to see what has been paid and what has not. I will not be using them again. Note: Every technician and installer that came out for this project was always professional and knowledgeable. The issues I had were with the managers, the estimators/contract reps, and the back office.
