Very disappointed. Hired this company for a little over 4 years. I had a bit of an issue as I do live in a condo. At first felt they were reasonably priced. And thought it was great they always come out whenever you need. Just unfortunately things haven't really gotten any better. Asked for bombing, or something stronger than their normal spraying and baiting. As other companies then started to suggest to me. As my contract came up for renewal was hesitant to spend another $275 for a year of the same procedure to be done that obviously wasn't working. But come to find out the woman who answers the phone asked if I have had them do a "roach clean out" I said I never heard of that and explain Ed what they have done and it was not that. So now I awww angry that after using them for 4 years and them knowing my problem this wasn't recommended years prior. So my money all those years was literally just then spraying and baiting my kitchen! What a waste. They then agreed to give me a year free to make up for this since they saw how loyal I was and understood that they lacked offering a service that maybe could have solved the issue years back. So of course I was please to give another chance before agreeing to hire to see how things can improve. They had a guy come out in a Saturday to treat as they wanted to give more tone for servicing me. He took his normal 40 minutes and only did the kitchen. So nothing changed there. My whole place was not treated once again ! So I called Monday to ask why that is so they sent the supervisor out and he came and treated everything. He said that is what is what should always be done. Another thing I learned that this company hasn't done for the years I hired them. He told me any time I need service to request him. So here I am a month later requesting service they now say I don't have a a free year! They totally went back in their word. They answer the phone unprofessionally calling me by some random guy's name and realized they didn't say thank you for calling command Pest Control control. But besides that, just not professional or organized. And turned out to be a big rip off! In search of a new company for a yearly contract! read more

well for starters the phone girls are horrible, they do not at all follow up or call you back !every time i called to have something removed they would schedule it days out when the guy who came (most of the times) said that he lived right by me like seriously? not to mention they make it no kind of easy to always be on there time frame of a wide window only during the hours you are suppose to be at work. they are a complete ripe off! all they will do is set cheap traps that you can pay a few dollars for yourself. they told me i was having the issue that they must be coming from my sink drain,well after thousands of dollars in having the wall opened it was not the pipes it was a easy cop out for the experts. there are several times i went in the addict and did it myself because i could not wait for them to come that long. my last call with them they told me they can no longer help me and left whatever was still in my addict up there yeah people didn't even come remove you pay to do it yourself. you would think they made a killing with peanut butter and traps that they would at least remove them.well since i used dcon and in a short time i no longer have the issue it cost about 5 dollars do your self the favor! read more

Very very rarely do I call any contractor or service company to do anything for me (because every time it seems the job does not get done right)- but I had Dry wood Termites and I knew that I needed to get my home tented. I called around to a couple of companies and did not get the warm feeling inside about any of them. a guy at work said he just had his house tented and he gave me the number to Command Pest Control. I called and got this Gal on the phone (I forget her name) but we had a great old time on the phone - she had the boss come out and take a look at the problem - hell this guy even climbed around my attic- he told me what i needed to do to get ready for the job and what I needed to take out of the home. (You know when you have someone who knows what he is talking about -well that was this guy) Dave is his name. We made an app to tent the home and the crew came out (nice couple of young guys) and did there thing - 90 degree heat and all. 3 days later they called and said I could go back home - just like they said in the beginning. My home was just like it was when I left - minus the Termites. Could not be happier with this company - 3 thumbs up. read more

I am new to Florida and termites are a new nightmare! After cleaning up many random piles of "coffee grounds" for quite some time, I wasn't sure what to expect. Then the swarming season started, and the horror began. Misty in the office was such pleasure to speak with in the office, and very reassuring that they would help solve the problem the best that they could. Juan was sent for the initial treatment and did a great job at taking care of the many spots I pointed out where I had once cleaned up "coffee grounds". Unfortunately, I failed to mention and or know of anything coming out from under my fridge. Another horror filled week of active termites and wings everywhere, and they were called and scheduled me in as soon as they could. Bob went above and beyond and pulled the fridge out to find the war zone! Bob was sure to be very thorough in checking around the ENTIRE apartment for any other places they may be coming from. I contacted Command Pest Control to get a quote for rodent treatment, I spoke with Mary, who is a very sweet, honest and knowledgeable person of their products. After calling two other company and not like there price quotes or feeling their welcome, I called back Command mainly because of how comfortable I felt over the phone speaking with Mary, her loving and warm nature makes me feel good about this company coming out and taking care of my home. So on Saturday morning as schedule a young man knocked at my door with a gracious smile and a loving and warm personality, immediately it feels as if we were friend. He walked around checking out the house, show me and explained everything that he is going to do and why he is doing it. They came out on time for my scheduled appointment. The salesman was very upfront and honest. Didn't try to over sell me like 2 other companies did. He explained what had to be done. The company went out of there way to accommodate my busy schedule as to a day the work could be done. The technician who came out to my house was very professional and took his time showing me everything he was going to do. He even showed me how things worked as he was doing the job. I am a very hands on person and I want to see and know how to do it myself for next time. And I wanted to make sure the chemical they were using was acutally being used and it was. 2 weeks after the work was done, Command Pest Control wanted to do a follow up to make sure the termites were gone!!! As a renter, it's comforting to know your Landlord has reliable, efficient, professional, service providers to eradicate and/or fix in a prompt manner, any issue that may arise. Command Pest Control was called Saturday morning about a live Drywood Termite problem and by Monday afternoon, I would have never known anything had happened. There was nothing to clean up or put back. The Technician placed everything back in its proper place all the way through the store room he had to traverse to get to the attic space access. The day after treatment was completed, the only thing that was found were 2 very dead termites. Nothing has been seen since. Bottom line, excellent professional solution to a business problem. And referring to Chris bs review, I think if ones dog was looking to eat a Command Pest Control technician, perhaps it was just hungry and had not been fed yet that day. read more

Five stars, really, for some reason Yelp won't let me click the stars for some reason. Everyone they've ever sent ( we have a lot of rental property and I'm on the board of my HOA, and in south Florida we have way too many rodents ) has been friendly, efficient and easy to communicate with. The stuff they use is effective so there are few call-backs, they keep the rodent traps full because they aren't much good if the service provider doesn't keep them full of whatever is inside them. Dave the owner comes out himself to look at a problem if it's something out of the ordinary and we've encountered some odd problems. They're very reasonably priced. And I'm a real customer, not somebody's uncle that they asked to do this post. So call them already. read more

Clean, courteous, professional, thorough and honest. We were ready to tent the house for termites. Greg took photos of the insect that infiltrated our house and sent it to their in-house entomologist. We were advised that the insect was a moth, not a termite, thus tenting was not required. Greg and his Company could have mislead me but they were refreshingly honest instead. Greg and Command Pest Control are an asset to Pompano Beach residents. You can bet that when I do require tenting service, Command Pest Control will be my choice. Great pest control company, customer oriented. Asked for a termite estimate and they were able to get there the same day within 2 hours. The technician, Will, came to my house and did a very thorough inspection for termites. He answered every concerned I had regarding the fumigation. We have been using Command Pest Control since we bought our house in Boynton Beach three years ago. They come once a year for the major spraying (including in the attic crawl space) and then come quarterly to spray outside. This is the second time I used Command Pest Control - this time it was Bedbugs in one of my rentals. Not sure of the name of the tech who came out - but he inspected the apartment (best he could -tenant is not vey clean). Explained to me what treatment needed to be done - better than that he explained to my tenant what they needed to do to keep the bed bug problem gone.(that helped me out a lot - since the tenant don't like to listen to me). Rafael arrived when he said he would and quickly diagnosed our issue; it wasn't bats making the noises in our attic -- it was raccoons, and he found the poop to prove it! From there, he closed off the spaces where the critters were getting inside and arranged for Have-a-heart cages to be delivered just in case the raccoons return and need to be re-located. Those cages will be checked by Command every day for a week, just in case. Bottom line, we were very pleased with Rafael and the work he did for us. read more

I have lived in Miami for 15 years. I have used Terminex, Guaranteed Florida and others. Command was the best service and outcome I have ever received. I highly recommend that you let them tent your house for termittes. I had both kinds of termittes. Subterranean and wood. I had my house tented for wood and also treated for (sub's) by them digging holes around the perimeter of my house. They were honest. I am glad that I went with them after getting 5 estimates. read more
