Everything you could need for locksmith/key needs in one place. I came to make duplicates of a house key and they were $3 each. It's a great deal as Home Depot starts at $4 and I think you gotta do it yourself... also I heard of copies not working from there as they don't match the original. It was not a problem here, I was in and out in under 3 minutes with my perfect new keys. The gentleman who helped me was so nice in helping me get the key in and out of the ring and put the news keys in their new covers that they also sell for $.50 each. Very friendly service. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Location: right next to Rigobertos!! Yes, right next to it... so deadly.. ** after i got my keys copied, I had to get some pollo asada fries and a burrito! Service: The employee that helped me was WONDERFUL! I needed spare house keys, so someone referred this place to me. I guess they typically close at 5 pm, but when I called at 5:08 pm, he said that he would wait for me. I got there at 5:30 and the doors were still opened! He made 5 spare keys and on top of that he was so nice enough to give me one for free!!! So I got 6 keys!! Each copy was $2.50. The service sounds so far amazing right and you think that it can't get better than this?? Well, it gets even better!! He not only did all that, but he also sat down with me and rearrange/organized my keys!! Then, he reopened the cash register (since he closed it out prior to me calling) and let me use my credit card to pay.. This is by far one of the best locksmiths that I have ever been to! I had a unique situation regarding getting a key made for a Armadillo mailbox. Called several local locksmiths and provided them the "keycodes" from Armadillo to get a key made. Some locksmiths had no idea what I was talking about and some did not have access to Master Lock's database to acquire a keycode to create a key. Absolutely fabulous customer service! I had two small-ish residential projects -- one was to install an electronic deadbolt and the other was to help with a foundation safe. I got almost next day service for installation (to my utmost surprise and pleasure, and yes I stammered as I agreed on the next morning's time!). For the safe, it turned out they gave me a referral to a safe technician instead. I live just a couple of blocks from another lock and safe company who couldn't be bothered to return my calls or emails. While this was a small job, Ed and Sean both were polite and quick to respond. When I needed to have new locks installed at my office, I contacted Commercial Lock & Safe and conveyed my needs; they arrived as agreed and put in three new locks, including one expensive keypad lock. Unfortunately, there had been a miscommunication about that one, and the incorrect assembly was installed. Here's the great part: when I contacted Ed to have the problem corrected, he responded promptly, ordered the right part, and informed me how long it would take to get it in. A week later I had the perfect keypad lock, at no extra charge. Any business can handle a routine request.
