The Sai Krok Isarn (pork sausage) was everything it's supposed to be. It's tangy, fermented with a slightly sour flavor. It's grilled with crispy skin and juicy interior. The Tum Luang Prabang (LAO) is everything it is supposed to be. The papaya ribbons were fresh and crunchy. The sauce was dank and funky and sour and just as spicy as I asked. Nham Khao Tod is the most perfect. The crispy rice with fermented pork and pork skins, fresh herbs, peanuts. It was savory, tangy, amazing textural variety. The Pad Thai was sweet and savory and coated in just the right amount of sauce. Tom Zab is a balanced of sour and spicy with tender riblets. The mango and sticky rice is the perfect way to end a meal. The savory notes from coconut milk with the sweet mango. Butterfly tea lemonade was delicious as it was beautiful. I can't wait to come back. Our server was amazing. She was friendly and really understood when I was telling her i wanted my food Pet Pet. They didn't waiver once on my spice level. I asked about a Lao/thai dish that i didn't see on the menu and she told me about two other options I could get. And indeed I did. And just that extra thoughtfulness went the extra mile for me. We weren't low-maintenance today, and she was still smiling warmly the whole time. We checked out tacos and a sope. Red and green salsas, too, plus a dish of more-fiery chili crisps in oil. All the tacos were great. Campechano, chorizo, asada, and birria. Great flavors, fresh toppings, nice chew to the tortillas. The sope was fantastic, particularly the meat and toppings. Have very much loved Bob's 100% local raw honey & products for years…read more We've used raw honey my whole long life, & bee products. Nothing else in existence can do for health & nutrition, what real raw local honey & bee products can! Don't make the costly mistake I did: I got rooked by a honey store in Rochester, bot 6 gal. of 2 Other labels, on sale, to get bulk containers, due to circumstances. I wish I'd gotten Bob's!! Won't make this mistake again! Those Other brands were labeled raw honey. Looked legit on outside. But a few years later on opening, both of those were utterly faked! Labels & contents, faked! Those contained a thin syrup-consistency, but no granulation, & slightly un-honey aroma & flavor. Lesson: Even if getting more smaller sized jars, & know it's the real deal, get the good stuff local to you! Avoid suckering for faked! If opaque containers, make store open them to check honey consistency, aroma & taste. If container transparent, roll jar to check if properly thick/slow-moving, & if granulation has started, to help avoid paying dearly, even at sale prices, for fake honey. In the Olympia area, get Bob's raw honey!
