You introduced yourself and I invited you in, and he left both doors completely wide open behind him. I asked you to please close the doors behind you as I have cats and they are not allowed outside. After I saw you both leave the doors open again I told you to please give me a moment to put my very skittish cat into the bedroom. Your son didn't listen and turned on the loud pump and scared her to pieces and she tried to run outside. I cornered her by the fridge, grabbed her, walked as fast as I could to go put her away and your son refused to get out of the way as she scratched me to bits. I had to repeat loudly three times for him to move. Luciano, you were very polite and claim he "has allergies and probably didn't know what to do." Here's the thing: MOVE. He was blocking the very tiny hallway to the bedrooms for me to put her away. He literally stood still staring at me with a weird grin on his face. He (the son) continued to argue with me after I got her into the bedroom that I had yelled at him, yes, to MOVE after he stood there staring at me watching my cat yowl and struggle. I have never seen a professional let alone a human being act so completely brainless in my home. He continued to repeat that he needed an outlet, I pointed to one across the room and again he smugly continued to repeat with condescension "I just need an outlet after I had already pointed one out. We are just here trying to service your home." Stop. Talking. You were completely in the wrong and your behavior was gross from minute 0. I would have kicked you out of my home on the spot if I hadn't already been three days without hot water. Never again. terrible front office lost lol my information, took three days to get over to my house, they knew my water was off. Never keeper appointment time or updated arrival time. When they finally got here, it took one hour to fix, charge $900.00, $100.00 materials, tax $80.00 . So a profit of $720.00 for one hour. I tried to contact the Boss by phone and text, he never got back to me ! the office said there was a military or senior discount, it never showed up. if the manager had got back to me ,maybe I would not be complaining here. These guys were great. I had my plumbing all blocked up on a Sunday, today and they got out here in a couple of hours. Took them quite a while to get the blockage out of the main sewer line but now everything drains better than it ever has. I bought this sad fixer upper home from some very sloppy, lazy people with little kids and I suspect anything and everything went down the toilet and drains, until today the water could not flow out. These fellows were so polite and cleaned everything up. One guy even wiped the bathroom mirrors down! I will hire them again and recommend them always. read more

Great service and price, would definitely use them again. Using Compass essentially saved us about $1,500 and restored my trust that there are honest companies out there. Another company had recommended to replace the water tank (which is not even 6 years old) because the connections used by the builder were supposedly corrosive and just replacing the electrical elements would only provide a temporary fix. They also charged me about $100 just to take a 2 minute look at it. In contrast, Jimmy with Compass gave us a free estimate, and after careful evaluation confirmed that the tank was in good condition, the parts only a bit rusty (which is normal) but not corroded, and that the replacement of only the elements was all that's needed. This alone was already significantly less than a comparable estimate with the first company. The repair with the needed parts was already done the next day, and I am thankful that we came across Compass Plumbing. read more

My wife and I moved back to our property in Puyallup after four years of living in another state. While our tenant took very good place of our home, some minor plumbing repairs were needed. We contacted Compass simply on the info we found at Yelp, and we are glad we did. Compass did a great job. Their plumber/representative, Brian (I think that was his name; our apologies if I am wrong) was excellent. I called you earlier about your technician getting sewage in my room while he worked above us. You were quick to hang up to call your technician. Never got contact info or called back. I expected that he would come by after you spoke to him and he left. I am already in isolation with my family while I am out of work while im sick, and I had to throw away our bathroom supplies, toothbrushes, TOILET PAPER, towels etc. I told the front office and they gave me rags and told to clean up someone else's sewage your technician leaked in our unit, and failed to offer assistance even. These guys are great! Always fair with their pricing and very responsive. I've had a few different issues with my home. The first project was to replace sinks and faucets. The bathroom faucet leaked a little and it wasn't a problem having them come back to fix it... In fact they came back right away after I noticed the issue. On another project I had a significant clog in my toilet that caused some back-flow issues - they came and research the problem. Many other plumbing companies might make up a problem to gauge you for more money - Compass was honest and trustworthy and said everything looked okay and the issue was probably temporary. Two quick and easy jobs that were done in a timely manner at (what I think are) reasonable prices. It's hard to be really enthusiastic about a plumbing service without having a lot of previous plumbing issues/experiences, but the bottom line is, I trust these guys to get the job done and to respect my house, my time, and my budget. Compass scheduled my work quickly. My plumber, Josh, arrived on time and fixed indoor and outdoor faucets in my house in a very short time. These were issues I'd tried, but couldn't figure out how to fix on my own - Josh had no problem, and didn't try to make them into something more than they were, though did explain to me the possible scenarios with the outdoor faucet, which fortunately didn't apply to my faucet. Do not use this company! I had used this company a few times over the last 5 years for services at my rental homes. I currently own 5 rentals plus my own home. However, I will not be calling them again due to the incompetent dispatcher Paula and staff, I had requested service for a leaky hot water stem valve in a shower, Compass gave me a bid in excess of $1,200! They said they would have to tear up the wall and replace ALL plumbing components. The estimate did not include the cost to repair the wall. I requested a bid to JUST to replace the valve, I was unable to get a bid as I could not get Paula to understand what I was requesting. After a full week of this I finally just hung up and will be calling another plumber. In the meantime I have an angry tenant because the fix is not complete, The tenant also spent all afternoon waiting for the plumber (Scott) to show up, He also mentioned he could try to look for a replacement part but apparently this did not happen. Dispatch insisted the only fix was to spent in excess of $1,200 for a small leak. read more

My faucet in backyard frozen over the winter and leaked when turned on. so I called this company. This guy showed up and said he needed to cut open the wall in side the house to work on it, but I asked him to try less invasive approach so he started working from outside which worked just fine. Turned out it was an easy fix, just changing the faucet, nothing complicated. It took 2 hours for this guy to finish it, including talking on the phone in his van, writing the bill, and loading his tools. He worked so slow! When he was done, he wanted $468!!! with senior discount! He said he charges $150 an hour!! I argued. He called someone on the phone and asked me "How much do you want to pay?" Is this some kind of used car dealer? I felt so sick to my stomach that this guy was trying to take advantage of me. I just wanted him gone, just out of my house. I paid $300 plus tax. After he was gone, I broke down. It was so sad that they take advantage of a mom without a husband around.
