Since spring of 2016 I have been a member and I'm very satisfied with the results. I have body strength I never used to from the conditioning part of class and I have speed I never used to from the boxing part of the class-strength of body. I notice my mood is elevated after the workout and throughout my week. It's inspired me to eat healthier and live a healthier lifestyle-strength of mind. Besides the two above reasons, the instructors are encouraging and aren't aggressive. Throughout the class they give individual attention to each person and help to correct you if need be. The classes are broken up into three parts: conditioning, stretching, and boxing. The music is great which adds to the fun of it and the facility is always immaculate. They offer free bottled water if you didn't bring your own with a simple "check in" on Facebook. An added bonus is that I made so many great friends since I've been involved in ilovekickboxing which adds to my enthusiasm of it. It's so rewarding to stick with it and see positive results. I strongly recommend and can't speak highly enough about it!

I'm happy to have found this dojang for my boys and even happier to see that World TKD is holding to tradition and not bowing to pressures based on financial or community looking to turn a proper Tae Kwon Do dojang into a part time zumba or kickboxing studio or a place where kids receive false praise. Master Woo is firm but fair. He and his team are warm, friendly and care deeply for all of their students. But rest assured that he'll call you and your kid out on their shit for not bringing their A game to class. Many parents here appreciate it but of course there seems to be some pansy parents that can't hack any form of discipline dolled out to their kid. And we wonder why bullies exist...... Classes start for kids as little as pre-K age so I totally suggest this place for the entire family.

My 9-years-old daughter and all of her friends enjoyed the party. They learned basic kickboxing, played whole 1 hour, then snack time, jumping rope, finally, my daughter's favorite part, cut a cake with a real sword with Sensei Anderson. 3 cute young girls helped us a lot. When I told them to eat with my kids, they asked Sensei Anderson for permission. That's so Japanese! We love that.

I had lung cancer since 2014. I did surgery chemo and radiation. And in 2017 they said it was in my…read morespine.  In Nov 2021, I was in the hospital, they said I had blood clots. But the blood clot medication was not working. I had to be in the hospital on the IV for 3 days.  I couldn't move, drive, walk, I was in a wheel chair. Then they said my chemo stopped working. Then I started to wear all of the Photo Therapy patches you recommended. I did those every day faithfully.  I lived with my sister, because she was taking care of me. Now I take care of myself, I can walk, run, I can drive. I am able to do work around the house. And fully take care of myself. So I moved out of my sisters house. And a lot of my protocols that I was doing before, went by the wayside. I wasn't doing all the things I was doing in my therapy. And I started to feel something was off. So I remembered what I was doing before. And one thing was the patches. I started to wear them again, and have been wearing them for 2.5 weeks again. I have a lot more energy now. I was wearing patches for 3-4 month, in 2022. After that, in Nov 2022, they did X rays, and the doctor said that my lungs look better than 2021.  I have a girlfriend who is doing chemo and she said, I wish I did what you did, take my health into my own hands. And do all these alternative protocols.  I did chemo 4 times before and it didn't work. And it made me extremely exhausted.  My Chiropractor told me, you look like walking death. He thought I was going to die that year. And now I can run. I breathe better. I have more energy. I can drive, which is huge. I take care of myself. And my Chiropractor said I want to know everything you are doing. What I would say to a person who is curious but scared, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. The patches regenerate your stem cells. I haven't seen any products that can do that. That's what intrigued me because you need new stem cells all the time when you have cancer.
