I messed up an electrical connection on one of my cars by accident doing some service on it. I could not fix it. My wife needed that car for work within a few days and my time was limited during that time to get it somewhere to get fixed. I called CLTmobile and got an appt booked right away. Mechanic came on time; he was super nice and very knowledgeable. He did a terrific job at a very affordable price! I will definitely be using them for all my automotive needs going forward that I can't fix myself. It would not restart, leaving us stranded during a very important medical trip. When I called the store to explain what had happened, the manager told me to bring the car back to them--as if he hadn't just heard me explain that the car had completely shut down and would not start. That response was incredibly frustrating and unhelpful. Based on my experience, I have no confidence in the quality of the work performed or the customer service I received. Thankfully Sheika(?) was very helpful in helping me locate a tire they had in stock and creating another appointment to get it put on before work. They replaced my damaged tire with my spare at no cost and allowed me to see the damage on the tire before replacing it to show that it wasn't a gimmick.
