Each time it's a week down time and lots of money only to find later that what they fixed didn't solve the problems we are having. We brought it to Northwest Trucks on Monday and they found and fixed all of our problems, and had us ready to go Thursday morning. The only reason it took that long was because they had to order parts, which is expected when one owns a Volvo. The only complaint I have is their website has the wrong hours advertised. We got here Sunday morning because their website says open on Sundays, they weren't. Then we came by 7p.m. Wednesday to get our truck because their website says open until 11p.m. Mon-Thurs , they closed at 5 which cost us another evening of layover. Update the website and I'll give 5 stars.
