I pointed out the areas that were still very dirty (politely) their response "if you you want to get your car washed again it'll cost five dollars more. And if you don't like the rules, then you can go somewhere else"-Very rude. I had to spend an hour literally, removing little spots and dirty areas from my car. I told them they shouldn't take their customers for granted and they said "we have a lot of customers so we're not worried about it".
