I had signed up to detail for this company and I also had to paid $97 to buy their starter kit (mandatory) in order to get leads from them. June 27, 2025 was when I paid them. Not it's Juky 17th and no starter kit or job leads. I've called the company many times but only get a recording to text them. I've texted them about the issues for the last 3 weeks and NO ONE have called or resolved my issue. They got my money and I get nothing for it. It's a big scam that he is operating. He was very responsive in the beginning to convince me to join Once I joined and paid for the leads, he was silent and have not responded or called . So I'm out $97 that he took from me. I know he is scamming others out there that's just trying to find word. God will make this right. read more

I am rarely annoyed enough to write a bad review, but luckily I cooled off enough to not go full Karen in all-caps. Whatever system this company is using to communicate between management, employees, and clients is not working. I was texting with the guy they sent for mobile cleaning. When he informed me he had arrived I came down immediately only to find no one around. Nobody texted or called back during the 30 minutes I waited. When calling the phone number i was texting, the number was not in service. TBF, they did finally reach out to me, but I did not hear from management or the mobile service until I began writing this review. This tardy gesture at least changed the perception I had that this is a fraudulent business to one that just needs to tighten up how they communicate to clients. The person coming to clean called from a different number, saying he did not receive any of my texts. As well, the manager responded apologizing for the mishap, but by then I had booked with another service who will get 5 stars from me just for showing up and communicating. 1/5 Stars for making me wait and feel ghosted like a bad date. Thomas will come and wash/detail your car himself pretty much anytime from 5am to 10pm. I just joined with the membership and got my first wash and wax on my black Audi RS5. Scam be careful of this guy, I contacted him for polish and he came without the buffer he was using a towel and then he wanted to start doing the ceramic coating and he was doing his best so I don't be there around the car while doing the ceramic coating for my car, so once he finished the scan polish he used to do he was rushing to start applying the ceramic coating and I told him don't apply it I want to see the swirls on scratches are they gone before you start and he wasn't happy, so I checked the car and it was exactly the same way it was with zero difference. I got the basic service (inside and out) for $47, thinking this was a fair price for the water conservation aspect as well as not having to leave my parking garage. POOR customer service. Friday was the first time I took my car in for a "premium" service. The lady that helped me was very sweet, and I pre-paid so they could leave at closing. I figured, if they can wash Maseratis, Bmws, and all sorts of other luxury cars... they could for sure handle my Kia. My car looks rushed through. ALL of my windows are dirty. You can see where the towel ran across the window, you can still see water marks from when I used my back wipers. My side mirrors are dirty, and the car body is nothing special. I received an email receipt asking how my experience was, and I selected the sad face option and conveyed my dissatisfaction with the service and the company's response was, ok we'll do better next time. I called in on Monday to speak with the office and basically received the same response. Not a solution I expected from person to person communication. Automatic email response, sure... office representative or owner over the phone, not acceptable. Especially with a customer satisfaction guarantee on their site! It may have been because they were busy, or because my car wasn't a luxury car... but regardless I do not feel the service was worth what I paid. I could have gone through a drive through car wash, paid a fifth of the price and received a better wash than what I got. I am giving 1 star because the girl that helped me was very nice, the online booking is very smooth, and I did like the email/text reminder options of when to take my car down. However, I would rather give 0. From releasing my car to iSmart Wash to my car still being dirty, was definitely a bummer. read more

Overall I think this is good deal. If you do the math, you could spend about 10 or so dollars less to go though an automated or semi-automated (part hand) wash and totally damage your paint from harsh chemicals and abrasive brushes. Or you can spend an extra 10-15 and have your car carefully hand washed AT YOUR OWN HOME using soft microfiber brushes and environmental-friendly/car exterior-friendly solutions. Definitely worth it. BEWARE: The chip repair add-on service ruined my windshield. Their "chip repair" turned the small round chip in my windshield into two overlapping 1.5" cracks. 4 months later, one of those cracks has spread to 12" from the summer heat and I now have to pay for a full windshield replacement. And they still charged me for the cost of the chip repair kit and the wash, only knocking off the cost of the repair labor. I should have held this company liable for paying to replace my entire windshield, and wish I'd thought to press the issue at the time. To top it off, my Premiere wash was sub-par. Some areas of the interior weren't fully vacuumed and there were streaks on my side mirrors. I ended up re-vacuuming the interior when I got home because they hadn't paid enough attention to the details. read more

I received a confirmation about 30 minutes later. The day of the appointment, about 70 minutes before the appointment, I get a text asking can the appointment be moved back 40 minutes. I wasnt working that day so I agreed. I showed up at the Bank of America garage on time, driving around looking for the location. I couldn't find it. I parked and called and texted to get information. No response. I left after waiting for 20 minutes and receiving no response. I received a text about an hour later saying he didn't have service.
