Tech came out in his own vehicle and had no uniform on, but we were expecting him so we let him in…read more Did an ok job actually sweeping the chimney, but when he used his shop vac it must have had a defective (or no) filter because he sprayed a fine mist of soot over every surface of the house. We didn't notice until he left and we started to notice. We sent Mr Chimney photos and emailed, called and texted and were told "we'll get back to you..." but they never did. We are disputing the $188 credit card charge in hopes of recuperating some losses. I will NEVER use these people again - TERRIBLE customer service!!!
