Today was my first appointment at Complete Dentistry and it was the friendliest, most positive, and smoothest dentist experience I've ever had. I've had an irrational fear of the dentist since I was a kid due to bad experiences. I chose Complete dentistry based on location and the huge amount of good reviews and I'm glad I did Dr Etue is an awesome doctor who actually cares about his patients and their comfort level. I still dread going to the dentist but the way he communicates with his patients makes it bearable. Dr. Etue also calls all his patients the next day after their appointment to check up on them, not even my regular doctor does that! Calling To check up on someone may sound like a small thing but it speaks volumes to how much he and his staff care about their patients The assistants and hygienists are also very friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend this dentist enough! They are kind, patient and literally explain everything as they go - even with just a simple cleaning - which is so reassuring. They take the time to thoroughly answer any questions or concerns, and even offer his cell phone number if you ever have any questions between appointments (what dentist does that?!). I highly recommend Complete Dentistry, Dr. Ryan Etue is absolutely the best Dentist I have ever been to. For the first time ever , I had no fear, and was 100% confident in his work. He is so caring, and makes you at ease. I do not go numb since I was a child and had some terrible experiences, Dr. Etue just did a big procedure on me a few weeks ago, 3 root canals, a tooth removed, and a bone graph, I did not feel one thing, and believe it or not , the days to follow I was only taking Tylenol , for 2 days. He called the next day and checked up on me, even gave me his cell number for any concerns or questions, I might of had, before you plan on going else where, I would highly recommend you stopping in and checking out his service. I have never found a Doctor like him. ( so blessed I did ) The staff is wonderful, ( Front desk and assistants )they have always been professional , and have always made me feel welcomed. Not good front desk service. They reminded many times to me about upcoming appointment but did not tell me that there would not be Dr Etue anymore. I made appointment only with Dr Etue. I came in for a cleaning/consultation after not seeing a dentist for over 2 years and was very happy with my visit. The hygienist I was with did a great job with my cleaning and explaining what they were doing along the way. As for the consultation, Dr. Lin came in and examined my teeth in a friendly and caring manner that was easy to understand while making me feel comfortable. The doctor gave me personal recommendations on a treatment plan to get my teeth as healthy as possible, while taking the time to explain each step of the process so I was never feeling confused or in the dark. Dr. Lin gave me different payment options for my treatment plan to make it affordable, which is something I greatly appreciated. I am glad that I chose to come in to Complete Dentistry and am looking forward to coming back in the future for other dental needs/cleanings. read more

Growing up around dentists, dental labs, and teeth in general makes me really persnickety about who is in my mouth. When I moved to Washington I knew that I would probably go through a couple of dentists because that's what happens. I was suggested Complete Dentistry by a friend of mine, so why not. One of the best suggestions and one of the best dentists I've gone to in my entire life. The staff are friendly and thorough. The place is clean, but not antiseptic smelling, and they all understand what it's like to be the patient and are patient with you. Dr. Etue is very personable and tries new procedures and methods (like this catch system for the crud that comes out during a cavity filling) this shows me that he's continuously learning. He's very communciative and sets the proper expectations with you and walks you through what's going to happen. Even throughout Dr. Etue checks in with you, which is excellent. Plus, the follow-up texts/phone calls is amazing (I've never had a dentist do that even when I've known them personally). Price-wise the fees are on average what I have had other dentists charge. I'm not seeing any price gouging or excessive fees. To keep your costs down make sure you're not getting services you personally may not need, that's on you to determine and find out for yourself. Part of me wants to give Complete Dentistry a 1-star so everyone won't flood the office and make it impossible for me to get an appointment, but that's a jerk move and I want to see this place continuously thrive. read more

What can I say? I hate going to the dentist for cleanings, and usually leave with a huge "to-do" list of cavities that need to be filled and work to be done. Its a huge struggle to keep up with going every six months. Until I met the folks at Complete Dentistry. First of all they are so welcoming, Darlene at the front desk is friendly and advocates for you with the insurance companies if need be. The dental chairs are ridiculously comfortable, and they have FREE nitrous. For someone like me with dental phobia, being able to sit in the chair for a cleaning and getting the laughing gas (and not paying $100 an hour for it) has nearly conquered my fears completely. Dr. Etue is amazing too! He is gentle, friendly and smart. Initially he was concerned about my teeth grinding and asked about my stress levels. Personally, I've never met a dentist who could care less about my stress so when Dr. Etue asked that I knew I was in a completely new environment. I did initially have lots of work to do (I had been avoiding a visit for a few years, I knew it was coming) I needed a crown, and maybe 4 or 5 cavities filled. We split the work up over a few visits, and each time the bill was fully explained to me beforehand. I never got a bill unexpectedly months later like some clinics are known to do. You also get some added perks of being a regular visitor at Complete Denistry...namely free nitrous, and free whitening. They also ask you if you want to get flouride treatment every six months, since insurance doesn't cover it after you turn 18 most dental offices just don't offer it. But they do at Complete Dentistry for only $15 which seems to be working for me. Since first coming to Complete Dentistry I'm suddenly more motivated to take care of my teeth at home. I've begun to floss more regularly and what a difference that alone has made. Had my six month appointment yesterday and for the first time in as long as I can remember...i had NO NEW cavities. Was it the flouride? Flossing? Being aware of stress grinding/clenching? No clue, but I'm soo grateful to Complete Dentistry either way. read more

I located Complete Dentistry when doing a search on implants in my area. The pricing quoted was good enough to pursue. I am always uncertain about a new dentist scene and know most others have a similar apprehension so I am providing my experience. My interaction with staff and facility were all very good - everyone was helpful. I watched the front desk try to work with someone who was a bit challenging and she did a great job. My interaction with Dr. Etue was excellent. He seemed knowledgeable, personable and genuinely wanted to help. He is very clear and straightforward. He noted that the particular tooth that I was seeking an implant for was one of the two most challenging teeth to do implants. Instead of trying to do it himself, he referenced me to a very experienced local periodontist. He specifically explained facets of the issue that were relevant with this tooth (one of two of the impacted teeth in the mouth). I was highly impressed with the level of professionalism I saw throughout my experience. Dr. Etue and his staff provide first-rate service. The location is very convenient to I-5 and Aurora, the staff and Dr. Etue are very friendly and calming, and their results are fantastic. Also, the facility is first-class with all the latest technology. Other dentists have recommended expensive and painful surgery, which did not seem necessary to me. My family started coming to see Dr. Etue in March and, originally, because he had Saturday appointments. This is the first dentist I've used in over 10 years that I didn't work for. I've been seeing Dr. Etue for several years now and I can't say enough good things about his practice. They are incredibly caring and helpful. They always remember my history, both professional and personal, and will ask how my hobbies and family are doing. They are always concerned about my comfort - do I want gas? How about a blanket? Let me know if this hurts. Dr. Etue has gone above and beyond on a couple of occasions by helping me with insurance problems, even calling me after hours and spending almost half an hour discussing and explaining something. I hate going to the dentist, due to the fact that I had a bad experience in the past, so I avoided going to the dentist until well.. my wisdom teeth decided to come out slowly. I was extremely nervous coming in, but when I was brought in, the dental assistant, I forgot her name.... oops, made it very easy for me to feel at ease and we talked about other things in my life, and of course the iPhone and iPad. Definitely, relieved some stress although I was still a bit shakey. She explained through everything that she had to do, due to the fact that I was a new client, and the laughing gas made a huge difference to allow me to relax a little. I would recommend this dentist to my friends, if they are ever looking for one. I do not have one bad thing to say about this place! Also... I've been coming to complete dentistry for about a year now and I absolutely love it! The dental hygienists are very friendly and so is Dr. Etue. He cares about his patients and always tells me I prob should take a vacation which I love hearing! Today I asked about how I should whiten my teeth and he offered me a tooth whitening kit for free. It wasn't a strip or tooth paste but a mold with gel. I'm very excited to try this out. They are also open on the weekend which is very convenient but I heard they were not doing that next year. I'm so happy I chose Complete Dentistry for my cleaning. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable, welcome, and important. The receptionist introduced herself and shook my hand, which doesn't seem to happen most places. I was also thrilled to learn that they offered nitrous gas to help relax/calm during the cleaning (maybe this is more common than I thought, but I've never been offered that before for a cleaning). The hygienist was gentle, thorough, and friendly. She checked in with me often throughout the cleaning to make sure I was comfortable and doing ok. She also offered tips and pointers for brushing/flossing without doing the metaphorical wrist slap like so many hygienists do. Everyone was really kind and welcoming. From the start I was so hesitant to even show up to my appointment. My wisdom has been bothering me so I came in so Dr. Etue can take a look at it. He suggested I get sedated to pull them out. The staffs and Dr. Etue himself were all so generously kind to me. He answered all my stupid questions and even made sure I feel safe and that everything will be okay. The day of the extract, I was so nervous I thought I was going to faint! But everything went well and I came out alive.
