The first time I visited this office I was a nervous wreck because I knew I had to get so much work done. The entire staff - from the receptionist to the hygienists - all were so warm and reassuring. Dr. Le was so gentle and walked me through every step that it instantly calmed my nerves. She even gave me a cozy blanket during the procedure! She has been my dentist ever since and I have never looked back. I never ever used liked going to the dentist and avoided it at all costs but now with Dr. Le and her team I am no longer fearful. Cindy has been my hygienist and has worked so diligently on getting me back to a healthy state that it just makes keeping up with my appointments a breeze! At first this dental office came across as all sugar and spice nice. Then I showed up 5 minutes late for a cleaning appointment and you would have thought I violated some solemn oath. I got through a series of deep cleaning appointments and was told insurance covered it all, but alas, that was not true as I received a bill for more than $100. Then things really hit the fan. My wife went in to have a tooth removed, her last one, and lower denture adjusted during an emergency visit as her tooth had cracked off leaving the root exposed. The dentist asked my wife what should be done and she responded, shouldn't the root be removed? Very painful, no antibiotics given and she had to wait 5 days to get her bottom denture back while dealing with the pain and no bottom teeth. The dentist could have cared less. He was nowhere to be found when she returned to pick up her denture. Truly awful experience! read more

I can't believe how nice everyone is at that office. What I really appreciate is the fact they treat you like you're a real person, and not just money walking through the door. I came from a place that everything was a crisis and rush rush rush. Dr. Le was very informative and she even drew me a picture - it was so cute and at the same time, reassuring. Dr. Gregg is just a very down to earth person, and was able to put me at ease right away. The office is so very clean, organized and comfortable. I recommend Dr. Le 100%. I hate going to the dentist: I have had horrible luck finding a trustworthy and respectful dentist. I usually leave the offices feeling negatively about the experience and about the future care of my teeth. My previous experiences leave me with significant anxiety about seeing a dentist. However, I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Comprehensive Dental. This is the first time I wasn't pushed to get whitening or veneers. After being with my dentist for 23 years he finally retired, I asked him to refer me to someone as good as he was, since it would not be long before I needed new crowns. I was informed to go to Dr. Gregg Hendrickson was the guy to go to. Everything was great for the first couple of appointments got to see Dr Hendrickson (whom I loved) saw 3 hygienists since it was determined by them, that I needed deep root cleaning. Then came my time to see Dr Hendrickson again, first I was informed he is a very busy man who does not do early morning appointments, as he is in surgery. I was then informed that you DO NOT GET TO PICK YOUR DENTIST, whom ever is available is who you get to see for your check up, I tried to explain that I wanted to speak with the dentist that would be doing the crowns, I was informed by the receptionist again, that she could not say I would see the same dentist as it maybe Dr Manus or Dr Le, it is only your first hour long appointment that you get to choose. Hence I'm left disheartened and disappointed. read more

I have been going to Dr.Le for a few years now and she is great as well as the staff! When I first started going there, I was very surprised at how the receptionist knew my name already, because there is no sign in sheet! It's the first dental office where I never had to wait too long for my appointment! Cindy, the hygienist, is very caring when it comes to cleaning my teeth and wants you to care for your teeth also by giving advice! Dr. Le and her assistant has always been so gentle when working on my teeth, they always apologize and ask if it hurts when they apply some force! To tell you the truth, because I schedule my appointments after work, and on my Fridays, I tend to doze off while they work on my teeth! They already know to give me a warm blanket and I'm off like a light! How do I keep my mouth open, I don't know! The receptionists are also very patient when it comes to helping me with my insurance budget and what I need to work on next! I used to dread going to the dentist, but since I've found this place, I don't mind and not to mention my teeth have never looked so good and healthy! I absolutely love the dentists and staff here! It really doesn't get any better - the honesty, quality and professionalism they exhibit is above and beyond any other office I have EVER been to. Every procedure I have had completed here is perfect and they made sure I was informed every step of the way. I have been going to Dr Le for several years now and cannot say enough good about this office! I regularly refer friends and family! I have had xrays, cleanings, impressions, fillings, invisalign, and brackets! This means I am in the office every other month or so. Everyone in the office is professional and personable as well as efficient. Feeling cold? They bring you a blanket, or two! If your back hurts, a rolled up towel. Bottles of water and chap stick in case your mouth is dry. They go above and beyond in every way to make us patients as comfortable as possible. They are compassionate and concerned for their patients who have anxiety at the dentist. They also LISTEN to their patients and really try to understand your wants and needs. They are progressive in their treatments and are consistently implementing new and better technology. I have been impressed with the continuing education the staff seeks in conferences and such. I feel good knowing that they're staying current in dentistry. If you need a dentist, visit this office. I found Comprehensive Dental Care through yelp and decided based on the reviews people left. Before visiting Comprehensive Dental Care, another dentist had installed a filling that had been nagging me for a few weeks. I thought it'd eventually get better and tried to deal with the discomfort. Then, I was on a trip to Vegas when the tooth suddenly flared up with sharp pain. I had to see someone immediately. I would actually give no star if there was an option. Maybe even a - star if that was an option. Oanh Le is the most irresponsible dentist I have ever met. She has cancelled or reschedule appointments so many times that I've lost count after 8. Again today I had an appointment this afternoon and they called me yesterday to see if I could come in earlier but I couldn't cuz I work. After telling them that I could not come earlier I asked them if it was okay to come my scheduled time and they said yes. Again today , after I call this morning just to confirm because of yesterday message. They confirm that my appointment was still good. 2 hours later they call me and tell me the doctor is sick. She cannot stay. It's funny to me how on Friday when I have a scheduled appointment , she gets sick, what a coincidence. This office is a joke. I would not recommend it to anyone ever. I don't know about the other dentist in the office but this one is definitely bad. If you cannot stay or don't want to stay the full day on Fridays you should not be taking appointments. I guess the money they charge on those other 3 days they can afford to have 4 days off. read more
