I love this dentist! I have been avoiding dentists for a very long time and I will tell you why. I broke my teeth a couple times back when I was a little kid some time ago. Ever since then, I do not believe that I have been going to dentists that know what they are doing. The dentist who mended my broken tooth did not do a very good job. Then in the early 90's when my father's insurance was running out, the last dentist made it worse. It was so bad that my tooth was flaking for a few days...they put too much of the filling on my tooth (I did not know this until I came to Green Valley Dentistry). For a while, the stint from the repair from the 80's has just been poking out of my tooth. Each time a dentist saw that, they poked at the metal with their metal pick and turned me into that bat from Fern Gully! So, flash forward to 2025. My mother was freaking out at this stain on my tooth and started talking about cavities. I went on a search for a dentist here and located Green Valley Dentistry. They were the friendliest, so I made an appointment with them. These guys know what they are doing! During my first visit, there were a few x-rays and poking around in my mouth. This did not take long and all of a sudden, "How did you break your teeth?" What?? I forgot there were two broken teeth since I was only focused on one. They were both broken on the playground at school. Next thing I knew, I was booking two more appointments. One for fillings and she said that she could remove that stint from my tooth! I was super thrilled! I was also very nervous since I have not really had a filling since the mid-80's. I returned this week and I cannot tell you how happy I am. I really wish that I got both of their names because Elizabeth and her assistant both deserve so much credit for making this such an easy experience. They both made an effort to make me as comfortable as possible. I thought that this was going to be a nightmare, but Elizabeth did as she promised. She removed that stint from my tooth. She fixed both of the teeth that have looked and felt wonky for quite some time. Oh my gosh, I am such a happy girl! It was such a laid back environment. As they worked on my teeth, they chit chatted and sang. I wanted to be part of the conversation, but you know. I cannot give this dentist enough stars. I recommended them to some random stranger on Facebook because I am that happy. read more

I'm absolutely terrified of dentist visits. Out of each place i've been to, they treated me badly, work done harshly, etc. I've had this tooth problem for several months now & i've prevented from going due to fear. I decided it was time to take a visit and treat my issue. I found this location, went in and the customer service was amazing. The atmosphere is very calming, the staff are extremely nice. As a young adult, it's scary doing things by yourself but the staff's care made my anxiety wash completely away. I was explained operations in full detail and was given great service. We had to find family dentist since our previous dentist sold his practice. After calling numerous places- we found out Green Valley Dentistry accepted Liberty dental insurance. I was so happy! They booked our appointment for the next available day. So far my husband went for his initial visit- he was very pleased. All equipment is up to date. Our new dentist was very nice. I avoid the dentist whenever I can. Recently I needed to find a new dentist and Green Valley Dentistry was recommended to me. I started treatment and I have to say that everyone there is extremely nice, understanding and honest about what needs to be done. I am truly grateful that friends recommended GVD to me. I'm getting the help I need and even though I have anxiety, dental appointments are slowly coming off the anxiety list thanks to everyone there. read more

This dentist office and the dentist Elizabeth Day are anti-veterans! The office clerk Lori is not professional at all! If, you're a veteran I would stay away from this dentist office. The dentist raised her voice at me and got legitimately angry because I didn't know what she wanted me to do with old medicine she gave me. I explained to the office clerk Lori before I started going to this dentist office, that I have major ptsd and I can't handle alot of stress. The office clerk Lori told me that Elizabeth Day was a nice and understanding dentist. I'll tell you this for sure; Elizabeth Day is not professional in my opinion and not very nice nor professional. Like I said before, if you're a veteran, stay away from this dentist office. I also made a complaint to the VA so they can stop referring veterans to this dentist office. This review is for my six month cleaning. Dr. Day conducted a preliminary inspection of her previous work plus an assessment of my overall dental health. I passed the inspection. Then Cassie did her cleaning to include a fluoride treatment. Pretty quick visit and also pain-free. I have my next appointment scheduled in six months. I have been going to Green Valley Dentistry for over 15 years. I just had my six- month cleaning again and as usual Stacey, an excellent hygienist is the one who did the cleaning. She is a great person and the most conscientious and concerned hygienist to do the best job possible. read more

The office manager Lori is unhinged! It started with verifying my appointment 13 times via calls, texts and emails with different appointment times. I verified my original appointment via text multiple times. The day before my appointment I recieved another 4 verification requests but this time it was a different time. I called in slightly annoyed to ask why and tell them all the verifications were to much and I no longer want them. Lori took it personally. Was very rude and condescending. read more

This place is a money farm that will milk you! There are way too many office staff with attitudes to which you get different answers every time. The estimates are ridiculous, telling you that you need this, you need that.... Once they call you back, you wait in a chair for 20 minutes before you even have someone come in. Better experience with better prices elsewhere. Go somewhere else!!! read more

I just recently switched dentists to here and I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. I had a few really bad experiences at my previous place which included having to get a filling redone twice because it was done poorly. As soon as I switched over to here they told me they could fix it and they did an incredible job this morning. It finally feels like I have a normal tooth again! I also thought it was very sweet how much they care about their clients. It was a little cold in the office and they offered me a blanket during my appointment. So cute! I never feel pressured to get anything extra when it comes to pricing like I have at other places. I would recommend them to everyone I know! read more

I returned for my 6mth ckup. Staff changed-Hygenist,X-Ray expert, front desk check-in were very hospitable/knowledgeable. Very impressed with Dr Tan's expertise/knowledge. He runs a great business. I've been to a lot of Dentists in my past and no-one compares. His state of the art x-ray, scheduling/reminder system is excellent. Prices are reasonable and he hires professionals. read more

I was new there, and got all of the X-rays. Then during the exam the dentist informed me that tooth #18 had a crack and needed a filling. The cleaning was done at a different appointment. That part was fine. But I wanted a second opinion, because Dentists can be a little dishonest and try and milk the cow. This is not the first one to lie or try to pull the wool over my eyes. So the second dentist I went to today, said it was just coffee stains just like the other teeth. No cavities no filling needed. Saving me $183 which is what I was quoted. This is the second time my appt has been messed up. I was scheduled for 1450. I received a call asking if I could come in at noon. No, I am not able to. Can I come in at 1600. Ok. I like early appts but ok. I come in and get placed in the chair at 1600. It is now 1635. I left. I have to premedicate and now I wasted the Amoxicillin. Poor service. I cracked a tooth while on a 6-week camping trip, passing through the area. I wanted to have it checked out ASAP, so left a message for Green Valley Dentistry on Easter Sunday evening. They called me first thing the next morning and got me into see Dr Day shortly after 9 AM! Dr Day and her assistant were both very kind and efficient. Eased my mind and gave me a temporary patch and some instructions to get me through the rest of my camping trip, so that I can get a crown at my home dentist. I was impressed by the quick followup, the through exam even though I'm not a regular patient, and the genuine kindness of the staff. read more

i have had more work done in the past 2 years thany whole 40yrs...Dr Rachel Bush is friendly, fast, and does fantastic work. I had 2 root canals, 3 previous fillings and just recently an emergency filling that was gnawing at my brain painful. She looked at it amd fixed it in a half hour. Shes the best. The hygienist Nicole is super gentle and cleans your teeth so good! I drive from Summerlin to get work done and its worth it to get such great service. read more

Just got back from Mexico where I had seven crowns and four root canals do not go to Sansi dental group because they admitted it was a mistake not giving me antibiotics. Elizabeth the dentist gave me antibiotics and Motrin which I can't take because I'm on blood thinners. I put that on their 30-minute intake new patient forms but they ignored it. She wanted to redo two crowns for $1,210 each when I have a two-year warranty and then gave me two specialists to go to. The receptionist said bring cash for a discount. read more

I found this office on my United Health Care Plan directory and then looked up their reviews and decided to try them out. I had a great experience from the time I called to make my appointment til the time I checked out. The front office staff is very helpful and friendly. The dental assistant Crystal is super sweet and upbeat and Dr. Elizabeth Day is down to earth and super nice as well. The entire office is wonderful. Post is based on the first experience. I called at 1120am. They took walk-ins for new patients before 1200. We got there around 1140 and they weren't busy, considering it was a Thursday.
