Super nice and was great to still be able to order as they were about to close when we finally found their location. Pancakes always go hard and are fantastic! The carnitas tacos... were inedible so... can't speak on them. But we live for these pancakes!!! Inside of the Omni and such a great space for a community of diverse businesses. Very special place for them to be!

Amazing food and coffee. I would pick the breakfast tacos or any of the breakfast sandwiches because I like the way they tasted and the texture better. I did try the steak sandwich and it was a little hard to eat and the steak was one big piece which made it a little hard to bite through. Coffee is great I would do the coffee with milk and then add just a tiny bit of Honey afterwards for an amazing treat. The sauce option is that come with your food are both very good I like the spicier one better. If you're in the area this is definitely a place to check out for a breakfast or early lunch.

They were super nice to us, even though they were closing up and they still gave us pancakes

Great breakfast, quick service, but overly priced for what you get. I ordered a mama burrito, and it was the perfect size, filled with eggs, beans, green chilies, and just very tasty. However, even with inflation, it was a bit steep. However, I'm not opposed to returning

Location is inside the Falls City Food Hall, so just know what you're getting (it amazes me how many people will take pics of their food and never mention this is a food stand!). As such, everything is in disposable containers, though I appreciate they've minimized the packaging for dining in. Chilaquiles truly excellent, though a bit expensive for what you get - way of the world now I guess. If you're looking for fast casual food with good variety right downtown, the food hall fits the bill. Other food and bars also available

Chilaquiles con huevos - added chicken, no onions. It was great! Huge portion. Lots of flavor and chicken.

Great spot for a quick breakfast, brunch or lunch especially on a Sunday or Monday. I was surprised to find so many places closed in downtown Louisville on Sundays and Mondays. I stumbled upon this place looking for a quick lunch between conference sessions. It is tucked inside the open air market below the Omni Hotel. The menu is straightforward with just a few options. I went with the Chilaquiles con Huevos, added chicken, but no onion. While they made it, I walked around inside the market to get other things. They kept my dish under a warmer until I got back, which is great. It was a huge portion with a lot of chicken! I could have split this with someone! I ordered the eggs over medium to make sure the whites were cooked, and they were. Lots of flavor in the dish. Next time: I'll try the chilaquiles with chorizo.

What a surprisingly delicious meal! We had some hiccups with our breakfast plans and needed to jump into the Falls City Market for some food. I ordered the Mucho Huevos and the Burrito with chorizo (no pic. My guy was starving!) Mine was delish. Soft buttery roll with fluffy eggs with chive in them. Cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, avocado slices, and a mildly spicy aioli all worked together. My boyfriend got the Burrito de Mama and he loved it. I took a bite and it was tasty too. We highly recommend Con Huevos Craves!

First time in Kentucky. While searching for a breakfast place, this app didn't show me this restaurant. It was through Google maps i saw the name and got my attention. The pictures looked appealing. However, due to scheduling I couldn't go to this place when arriving to KY. It was when heading back to the airport that I had enough time to order food to go. AND WHAT AMAZING SURPRISE IT WAS. The food is amazing, the menu quite appealing. The omni-vore sandwich was delicious, the aoili was superb. The only issue here is that they don't wrap properly a sandwich to go. Part of the sandwich stayed wide open and I couldn't travel with it like this. So I had to eat it on the premises. The chorizo+bacon burrito was perfect. One of the best breakfast burritos I have ever tried. The only things I regret is not ordering and extra burrito. I asked an employee where this chain was from. She said it was owned by Mexican living locally. So my question for the owners is: WHEN ARE YOU OPENING RESTAURANTS IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. This chain could become the next Chipotle on steroids. From now on, Con Huevos! Has become a highlight when visiting KY. Salud!

I am a huge fan of Con Huevos. I live down the street from the original location and love taking family and friends there when they visit. So when I was downtown today and wanting a quick bite, I remembered the new Con Huevos Craves location inside the Omni's Falls City Market. And I whisked my way over there. I got there at about two minutes to 2 p.m., and despite closing at 2, the clerk was nice enough to take my order. I got the Mex-pert sandwich, which comes with chorizo, avocado, onions, egg and other deliciousness on a brioche bun. The bun was one of my favorite parts of this sandwich. It's soft with some crust on the outside. The chorizo has some kick to it, so be warned. All in all, the components worked really well together. Grab a fork and lots of napkins if you get this, though. It's a bit messy. I also got the cafe con leche, which gave me a bit of a pick-me-up. I wanted something hot because it was so cold outside, but next time, I'll get something cold considering this sandwich was spicy. Con Huevos Craves delivered my sandwich fast, and it was a good lunchtime meal (despite being more of a brunch treat). It's a solid downtown option.

I enjoyed the food and service here. It's in an eatery. Had a breakfast bowl and a cafe con leche. Happy with both.

We were all excited about being there for dinner and we had 5 new residents come that had never eaten with our group before. In fact plenty came early to take advantage of your Happy Hour Specials. Thank you for having the tables lined up so nicely. We had our friends scattered all over the place. They were chatting with their friends, some were at the bar ordering their drinks and some had ordered appetizers and some like me were trying to figure out what I wanted to eat. My husband ordered the Tropical Quesadilla that he really loved. It had Chicken, Ham, Pineapple, and American Cheese. I chose the Quesadilla Fajita, but I only had the Chicken and Queso put on it. It would have had peppers and onions and other items I can't eat. So I left them off. I think next time I'll try tacos with chicken on them. We really enjoyed the staff. Eder took the orders from the window and Mary was the bar tender. Juana delivered our food. She almost knew what everyone had ordered and made it very easy to get our orders. The soft drinks were in a self service machine and were right next to the sweetened ice tea and unsweet tea. My unsweetened tea was delicious!! Everyone sitting around me really enjoyed their food and the portions were large. Many were saying they were coming back again. Eder, Mary and Juana did an awesome job. Thank you, Robyn

Had a pickup order here this evening. Thought I'd try something new to me here. Chicken flautas,…read more(insert big X sound here) no bueno on the flautas. 2 of the 4 were burnt to cremation. I had to peel off the burnt parts and 1 of 4, could only eat half. It was so gross and cremated looking I couldn't stomach putting it in my mouth. VERY disappointed. I have not had a bad meal here before, but.... I alsoI had never noticed the one dollar pick up order fee so that kept me from tipping because they charged me to box it up which I would have tipped for and I would've tipped three times more than the pick up fee. And if I had tipped and gotten the food that I received, I would have gone back and handed the food back to them because it was insanely overcooked/inedible and they should not have put it in a box for me to discover 10 minutes later when I got home.. I may not come.back because of this one and you can see, I've given them two 4 star ratings previously, but this one may have broken me.
