Went for lunch with a friend and got the chicken Caesar wrap. The wrap was a large portion and was nice ratio of lettuce to chicken. It was pretty thick on the dressing but had good flavor. It was on the pricier side and did not come with any sides. The interior had lots of seating options. It is order at counter, sit wherever and get a buzzer for when food it ready. They had nice stations with utensils and water.

This was a great quick counter service stop for breakfast with a friend who was in town. Nice self-serve coffee and water station. Excellent gluten-free options for my friend's needs. Great food, good service, eclectic decor and space.

Some friends, my husband, and I went here today for a quick breakfast before leaving town. We had been to Holy Grail and Grale Haus our last trip to Louisville, and it looks like this is new. My husband got the cinnamon roll and I got the donut with honey and sea salt, both were very good. We also got a brownie and a corn cake slice for the road, I haven't tried them yet but they look delicious. It's a little pricey here but on par with other places in the area. My husband also got an apple cider and it's from Huber's Orchard, which we went to yesterday, so that was fun. They also have breakfast sandwiches and lunch options. I would return when in the area, as everything was very good.

When you get to the counter to place your order, you'll be greeted by gray people waiting to take your order. We had a little breakfast which included pancakes and a breakfast burrito. Pancakes were very fluffy and delicious and the burrito was packed with nice fillings and very delicious. This is definitely on the list of places to return.

Everything tasted freshly made & I highly recommend the smoothie, one of the best in the city. Also the seasonal corn cake was gas! The soft scramble with sourdough toast is def the move. Really good vibes and service. Will be back to get the buckwheat pancakes.

The egg soufflé sandwich was delicious! I thought it looked a little small at first but it was so filling! The prices are reasonable, so I will definitely be back. They have great options for seating whether you have a large or small party.

We went on a Saturday and were worried that it would be packed. We were pleasantly surprised to see that it's counter service so the line moved and tables cleared quickly. I ordered the breakfast burrito. It was a great size, and very delicious! The pastry was okay, a little dry and I probably wouldn't order again. The drip coffee was pretty small and refills were a $1 each. We were a little disappointed in the value there. Overall, this is a fun new place in the neighborhood and I will likely return!

The plastic wrap found in my Chicken Caesar wrap

Would have given 5 stars based on my first few experiences here. Their online menu still shows the chicken Caesar at 15 but now they've raised it to 17?! 15 was already a bit of a stretch but man it's good. Wrote the above before finding plastic wrap in my wrap. Probably won't be back.

Such a great cheeseburger. A tad pricey but the natural lighting and lounge seating make this place such a vibe to go along with the great lunch. Can't wait to try the breakfast!

Grale Goods is a welcome addition to Louisville's Cafe Culture. With a laidback and eclectic atmosphere complete with various seating arrangements this was a great spot to spend a Saturday morning with a book. I was pleasantly impressed that the sausage roll pastry is served with a small salad and a house made mustard sauce.

Waited a while for our burritos. If you order a drip coffee, they don't give you it until your food is ready. Overall the food was tasty.

I came for the coffee, but oh that display of homemade bakery items had me drooling! I had the Turkish Coffee which was a complete experience. The barista talked me through the process of making the coffee, as he was rolling the small, long-handled coffee pot in warm sand, to ensure even heat distribution and to create a foam. The coffee was served in traditional fashion using gorgeous serviceware that consisted of a long-stemmed coffee pot, a small demitasse-type cup, a covered dish with a small sweet item (in my case a small cookie), and water for cleansing the palate. I was worried that the coffee would be too strong for my taste, but it was not strong at all and had a much different taste than espresso. It was deliciously full-bodied and satisfying. The cafe was spotlessly clean with a warm and relaxing vibe with many tables. I especially enjoyed the wall of famous people and events from Middle Eastern countries. Ample street-side parking is available on area streets.

First: the Turkish coffee. This was served traditionally (as best I can tell), in beautiful servingware with a coffee pot, small mug and cup of water to drink to cleanse the palate. My friend's tea was served in a tea press which I liked as well. Cafe Shiraz also boasted a well stocked case of pastries. I enjoyed a pastry stuffed with chorizo. Cafe Shiraz had many indoor tables. It was a perfect place to chat. Such a great coffee spot all the way around.

Got the lox on a sourdough bagel. The bagel itself is big and pretty doughy, which I liked. They load it up with sweet pickled onions.... honestly too much, it kind of buries the salmon. And there's not a ton of lox to begin with. This isn't a loaded NYC lox bagel, you get one slice a side. What's there was a bit not sure about how they cure the salmon here. Still good overall, just not balanced. $14 feels a bit high for what you get. Tried the ham and cheddar quiche too. Nice and creamy, good flavor, slight smokiness. Solid, but really small for $10. Like a tiny slice of pie. Comes with a small fruit bowl but come on. The spanakopita croissant was probably the best thing I had. Good size, flaky, buttery, nice spinach and cheese flavor. Definitely should be warmed up for max yum factor, but for $5.50 it's a great deal. Overall, ok spot. Brunch spots know they can just charge anything and people keep going.

The cortado was also strong, super hot, and perfectly balanced with steamed milk. The barista was super sweet, and made me feel incredibly welcome (not always a feature of NYC dining). While it's relatively small inside, it's quaint and actually has a decent amount of seating. There was a steady stream of customers flowing through during the handful of hours I was there, and everyone always had somewhere to sit. I was here on a random Thursday, but I could see this place being mobbed on the weekends so I'd get here early to get your pick of treats and seating. The pastries looked off the hook but I restrained myself from participating this visit due to the numerous carbs consumed in the giant fresh-baked everything bagel. But I shall return, and I SHALL eat the sweets.

The atmosphere from the moment you walk in is warm & welcoming. I loved the vibe. You go to the counter grab menus and a table then go back up to the counter to order. We must've got there just in time because it gradually became full. I forgot to get a pic of the menu but there's truly something for everyone. For drinks we ordered the strawberry espresso soda and an orange juice. The espresso soda was amazing!!!!! The first drink was like what have I done...but, once I mixed it together it was delicious!!!! For entrees we ordered the avocado smash board, French toast casserole and biscuits & gravy. I highly recommend the avocado smash board. It's not only stunning to the eye but so full of flavor. I will order that only as an entree. It's quite large. We definitely have too much food. The dark rye bread with flaky sea salt was divine. It's served with a soft boiled egg, avocado with everything seasoning, pickled onion and radish and bean sprouts. 10/10. The gravy & biscuit was good...my daughter enjoyed it. It was a little too sweet for my liking. The French toast casserole was pretty good. I'm a French toast snob. It's a huge portion and very flavorful. We will definitely come back for that avocado board. It was that good! The staff was amazing and so friendly. We will return for sure.

My favorite breakfast place & the vibes are all nice & chill, service is excellent as always super attentive, just a suggestion for the two seater tables since there isn't a whole lot of room to have hooks under the table like they do at the bar since hanging from the chair is difficult for the space given! other than that, will keep going & keep eating!
