Was given this expired iodine after having to beg for some cleaning supplies for my wound on 11/25/2025.

I had a work injury and had called ahead a time that I was actively bleeding and coming in needing care. I get there and the front desk had no idea about my situation or call. I was taken to the back where I wasn't seen for 2 1/2 hours, granted the front desk told me they were down to 1 doctor for the night. The nurse and doctor said when I first got to the back that I would need x-rays.. I didn't get x-rays until 2 1/2 hours later before the doctor was going to see me. I was dripping blood on the floor and had to yell for the nurses several times as no one was checking up on me. I came back the following day first thing in the morning per request of the doctor from the night before, and I saw a different doctor on shift in the morning. The nurse hat took me back was lazy and made me take off the bandages and wrapping myself, didn't put the bench up for my leg to rest. The doctor then came in and just looked at my injury. And then I told him that the doctor last night told me they would show me how to clean and wrap my injury and supplies to prevent infection. The nurse nor doctor did that. The nurse then came and wrapped up my injury very lazily. And gave me some supplies, no extras in case I messed up and needed more, just enough until my next appointment. I left and I walked back in because I was not given anything to clean my injury, I had to beg and ask specifically for what the doctor from last night told me I would receive the next day, and even then the morning doctor questioned me and the supplies I asked for which was (iodine, antibiotic ointment) and wrapping supplies. He ended up giving me reluctantly just those two items, no more wrapping supplies. When I got to my destination two days later I looked at the iodine and saw that it was expired, expiration date: 05/25 at the time of this injury it was the end of 11/25. The night nurse did a good job with my injury, just very long wait times. The morning staff horrible and lazy, definitely do not care for the patients and their injuries. And I've had to come back multiple times same thing, lazy staff and long wait times while you hear them all laughing and gossiping while you have patients in the back and in the front waiting.

Nurse was rude as hell, if you don't like working with people, then don't, that simple.

Nice establishment but could use some speed. We waited over 2 hours to be seen. There's room for improvement.

I thought I had injured my knee from lifting, but it was actually due to an imbalance in my upper body that was causing nerve pinching that radiated to the knee. Scheduling is easy, the gym and rooms are clean. Staff were all super friendly. I think what I love most is that some physical therapy offices have you see the PT for just a few mins and then they send you off to work with an aide or assistant. At LPI you stay with your PT the entire session. I plan to go back and do some check ins to hopefully prevent future issues or injuries.

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I've had the opportunity to visit and work with clinics across a…read morevariety of settings, and I can honestly say this is one of the most impressive physical therapy facilities I've ever stepped foot in. I recently visited while attending a continuing education course, and from the moment I walked in it was obvious this clinic is operating at a completely different level. The owners have built something that is incredibly rare in healthcare today--a culture centered around genuine passion for helping people, promoting health and fitness, and investing in their community. You can feel the energy as soon as you walk through the doors. There's a sense of camaraderie, positivity, accountability, and even a little healthy competition that makes the entire environment motivating for both patients and staff. The clinic itself is absolutely exceptional. Every square foot has been intentionally designed to support recovery, performance, and long-term health. Whether someone is recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, returning to sport, or simply trying to move and feel better, they have the space, equipment, and expertise to meet those needs. It is easily one of the most organized clinics I've ever seen. Everything has its place, the facility is spotless, and the attention to detail is evident everywhere you look. This is exactly what a high-end cash-based physical therapy clinic should be. Professional without feeling cold, upscale without feeling pretentious, and welcoming to everyone who walks through the door. The surrounding community is incredibly fortunate to have a clinic like this. If you're looking for a place that truly values your health and invests in your success rather than simply getting you in and out, this is the standard that physical therapy should strive to achieve.

I'd like to share my recent experience in the hope that it helps improve patient care…read more While most of the staff have been kind and professional, my interaction with one receptionist, VERONICA, was very disappointing. During first visit, my daughter and I waited more than two hours for my initial assessment. After the appointment, I was given paperwork that should have been completed beforehand, causing even more unnecessary delay. At my third visit today, I called ahead to ask whether I could still be seen if I was about 10 minutes late. Unfortunately, I arrived approximately 13 minutes late because it took much longer than expected to find parking. I respectfully asked whether there was any way I could still be seen, especially considering the unusually long wait I experienced during my first visit. However, I was immediately told "no." Only after I repeatedly asked for help was I offered an appointment three hours later. Veronica was rude, dismissive, and seemed to have complete control over patients' time without making any effort to help. I then spoke with another front desk, who was able to offer me an appointment from same system with 1.5 hours wait. This showed that there were options available. I understand that the clinic has a policy of canceling appointments if a patient is more than 10 minutes late, and I respect the need for policies. However, I felt there was very little effort to assist me or explore any possible solutions. A little kindness, flexibility, and willingness to help would have made a significant difference. Instead, I was met with repeated, blunt refusals that left me feeling dismissed rather than cared for. I was so upset by the experience that I asked to cancel my next five appointments. While I was still speaking, Veronica canceled them immediately without showing any concern. The receptionist's attitude caused me stress and frustration. After I left, I happened to look through the window and saw her suddenly laughing, which I found extremely unprofessional given how upset I had just been. Thankfully, another staff member was able to accommodate me much sooner. I don't understand why Veronica was given the authority to treat patients this way. She never attempted to help, show empathy, or offer any reasonable solution. I hope this feedback encourages a review of how patients are treated at the front desk, because every patient deserves to be treated with respect, kindness, and compassion.
