Type of care: Physical exam, tb test, UDS Care quality: Terrible Office experience: Clean office, though poorly run clinic. I have 0 yelp reviews, but felt the strong need to review this very unorganized place. Went in for my phyiscal exam, UDS and tb test for an employer contracted here. UDS was fine, was a 15-25 min wait, got it done quick. TB initial injection went well. Physicals however, terrible. 1+ hour wait in waiting room, vitals taken to be sat in the back room for another hour and 30 minutes wondering if this place has any queueing system or organization to having physical examinations taken. Asked a couple of times of how many people were ahead of me, staff never knew. Finally, the PA came to exam me. Asked questions I already answered on the form. 2-3 minutes of interaction time at most. If exams are 10 minute max, why is there such a long waiting time for physicals? The real reason for being a 0 star facility: Very poorly trained staff. Came back 48-72 hours for the tb test reading. Front desk lady (who was not a nurse of any kind) pulls out a ruler to measure my skin. ?? This is not protocol, any trained HCP should know to palpate the skin for induration. My skin does not have raised bumps from the tb test but just mild redness of skin (which should NOT be measured for a tb test readback), she then proceeds to consult her colleague (which wasn't a nurse) and tells me I need to get further testing. I consulted nurses at my workplace that tell me I'm negative and palpating for induration is standard protocol. Why are unqualified staff reading my tb tests? Wasted my time driving here to get a false read back. Don't come to this location! I don't know how they're still in business. read more

Went this evening around 8:30pm. Staff here is very slow (and there's no other patients around) and NOT friendly at all. There are like 2 people on duty in the entire building so don't expect any speedy service or any service at all. There was a guy staff who was very RUDE - not sure if he was the doctor or a nurse. This place is ridiculous. How is it a 2+ hr wait for an appointment. Their excuse is that they have a new doctor who doesn't know how their healthcare system works. You come in for your appt & if you're not willing to wait for 2 hrs or more then you have to reschedule for another day. HORRIBLE SERVICE! They do not provide care for independent contractors. On 1/30/24, The receptionist said verbatim "you can't be your own boss and bring yourself to urgent care for a work injury". I asked if this was a workers comp clinic only and she said "No we are a regular urgent care but you can't be seen here". She had absolutely no knowledge or empathy at all. She told us to go to our primary doctor at 9pm at night. Two other clients also walked out frustrated in the time that we waited to be turned away. We ended up going to La Verne Urgent Care and they were soooo nice! They took us in immediately and had great customer service. I would be so embarrassed if I were the supervisor at Concentra. Was sent here for an employer drug test. I was told it would be a ten minute wait. After 20 minutes of watching the employees joke around and cross the street to eat at Wendy's, I asked the estimated wait again. I was then told that it would now be about 40 minutes as they wanted to go on break. I'm super chill and the workers still insisted on being rude and indignant, this place sucks. read more

My teenager was required to take a physical at this location for her first job. 5/25 - The wait to see a provider was over 2 hours long, but was able to get the TB skin test during the wait. With no estimated time when a provider will be able to do a physical, we left due another appointment. Since they don't take appointments, we were advised to come back for the physical on Memorial Day (5/31) at 8:30 am. 5/27 - we retuned for the TB test reading and that took only 20 minutes. 5/31- We waited one hour in the lobby to be placed in the exam room. At the 1 hour mark in the exam room, I checked for a status and was told there was only one provider on site. With 3 more patients ahead, it could take another hour or so to be seen, depending on the provider. At the 1.5 hour mark waiting in the exam room, I checked the status, again, and was told there are now 2 patients ahead and the wait should only be another 20 minutes. Not true. At the 2 hour mark waiting in the exam room, I checked, again, and was told by a different nurse that there is a now 1 patient ahead but there's an injured patient now also ahead. There is no estimated time for when we'll be seen. We have been in the center for 3 hours now with no hope to be seen in the next hour. Surprisingly, 10 minutes later the provider came after waiting for 2 hours and 10 minutes. The physical exam took a total of 5 minutes. More paperwork to complete after the physical exam with similar questions that were asked on the online heath history. Today, total time from walking in to walking out of the center is 3.5 hours. Total time spent at this center is 6 hours in the span of three days. There is not enough providers for this center making the long wait times of 3-4 hours. Be prepared to be here for at least 4 hours. I do not recommend this place. Employers should seek other centers for their employment medical pre-screening. read more

I'm writing this as I'm waiting here for a simple drug screen and physical which should've taken no more than 30 minutes but somehow this place has made me wait 7 hours.I came at 9 am and they told it was a 3 hour wait and they'll call me when to come in, I came when they called me but to my avail they made me wait 40 minutes just to say "I'm sorry but the Doctor has to go to lunch,we'll let you know when to come back."I was frustrated but I left and I didn't get a call until another 3 hours,I wonder how long his lunch was.Even when they were evaluating me they were acting as if I was a burden and for what took 15 minutes worth of work ,they somehow managed to keep me waiting 50 minutes in the patient room before I had to remind someone I was in there.I had no other choice but to get screened here since this is my jobs specific provider, if you are provided the same clinic, I wish you luck because you will be tested for your patience. read more

My Wife went to this place because she was not feeling well. First off they wouldn't accept without a negative covid test. Second, after paying fees to see a doctor they told us they sent over her prescription to CVS but CVS never received it. so we called the Concentra back and said CVS never received the prescription. The lady at Concentra said Im Sorry the Dr went home already and that we can call back tomorrow. So why did we go to Urgent care to get medicine tomorrow. We need it today!!!. This place is horrible and they dont care about anyone. But they are wuick to charge you and your insurance!!!! Im sure they will not care about another bad review. I came in for cough, cold, vomiting x 3 days & headache. The waiting time is ok but the check up itself is a joke. Despite of a respiratory related complaint they only checked my BP and HR. The Dr. or PA didn't even bother to auscultate my lungs (his stethoscope was only a prop). They didn't even check my oxygen saturation. They only checked my temperature to see if I have fever. They checked me for Covid and flu which both came back negative. After everything he just told me he thinks it's common cold and just take theraflu/dayquil. Why the hell would I go to an urgent care if I can manage my symptoms at home taking OTC meds?! The day after I tried teladoc and the Dr. gave me tessalon for cough, inhaler, and nasal spray. Safe to say telehealth providers help you much better than the providers at Concentra. Don't waste your time and money. This place wouldn't help you in any way. read more

I had to go to this place for a pre employment drug test and I got there right when it opened which I feel made the difference because as soon as the doors were opened a huge line formed behind me. I gave my info and was taken and in and out in less than 30 minutes which I appreciated because all I had to do was leave a sample it saved me from having to stay there all morning/day. The front desk woman was a bit abrupt when the people in front of me asked what she believed the timeframe would be to be seen. She said she had to access everyone that was in line first which didn't make sense wouldn't you take in order of who was there first? But anyways she was alone up front and having to answer calls and check everyone in which seemed to be overwhelming to ask of one person but she did it. Nancy the tech was professional and sweet that helped me. I saw the lobby only really but it seemed cleaner than I remember so hope this review helps others, cheers! read more

09/12/24 Arrive at 7am. was first. I just got hired, simply for a drug and physical test..felt I was getting my annual health check up, just remind you drug & physical tests. The first impression the female at the front desk had this vibe was that this body language , not welcoming, that hatred looks..I felt discriminated , cause she made so obvious she was racist towards Asian the same female at front desk, had to do my physical test and my blood pressure at my vibe and feeling confirmed by the way she talked by the way she was rushing. Was the last to be called, when I actually came first. She did the same, but on 09/13/24, she said the restroom wasn't working and sent to another office just come an hour later and still have waiting for 45 minutes just for simply urinary test, that doesn't take more than 10 minutes.
