Front desk is rude and looks like they all hate their job. Valerie needs to get her attitude checked out because she was not helpful. I went there to get a physical assessment done and she was so emotionless and was not clear what she needed from me when all she needed was my ID. She clearly told me "for a physical assessment it will be a longer wait, it's going to be 2 hours". So I said okay and filled out the register link. NO ONE told me I had to STAY THERE. Why would I wait 2 hours there to be called when I had other errands to do. So I come back 10 min before the 2 hours was up & I was told that my request has been voided. It was sometime around 1250 in the afternoon and she told me my visit has been voided at 1315. LITERALLY MORE THAN LESS THAN 2 HOURS. She told me I had to pay for TB?!? Like no, I walked out upset because I felt like I wasted my drive to them just to be told that I will not be seen. Madison Concentra, either replace you front desk receptionist, VALERIE, or get a new team at the front desk. This is ridiculous. Ive been here before and had no problems. I learned my lesson to not wait there for 3+ hrs, but never was I told that I can't leave the building! Get a sign or something. read more

It was definitely the strangest doctor's visit I've ever had. The physician/nurse practitioner denied my worker's comp claim but then told me I had a deformity in my chest and arthritis in one of my toes even though I hadn't gone in seeking treatment for either. Also, no doctor and no person has ever commented on me having a chest deformity, and I'm not experiencing any symptoms of arthritis in that toe (though, to be fair, it is curled more than the others). The physician/nurse practitioner's opinion about the cause of tingling and numbness in my fingers, the reason I went in for, was at odds with that of my primary care physician. This tingling and numbness surfaced after I received first-degree burns at work. My primary care physician thought it was nerve damage due to the burns and instructed me to go through worker's comp. The physician/nurse practitioner I saw here said it wasn't but didn't really explain much except to say there was no "trauma" at work that could have caused the tingling and numbness. Update: I've since seen my primary care physician several times and a neurology clinic. Both think it's work-related because there was nothing wrong with my blood work that would suggest a dietary deficiency. I think the nurse practitioner I saw at Concentra was either incompetent or dishonest. I wouldn't recommend Concentra for work injuries because, based on my experience, it seems they'll say it's not work-related if there's any chance they can. To avoid this, make sure you immediately designate your own primary care physician or another urgent care facility when you get hired. You have to do this before you get injured; you can't do it after. You definitely don't want to be stuck going through the appeals process with the state like I am. Just avoid Concentra. The wait was also too long. I arrived around 11:30 on a Monday and didn't get out until almost 2:00 On the good side, the receptionist was friendly and helpful as well the medical assistant who took my vitals. I would recommend Accelerated Urgent Care or Temecula Urgent Care. The first has always been a five-star experience for me. read more

Walked in and asked to be seen once my employer told me to come here and gave her the paper I was told to hand over. She looks it over with a smug face and was so dismissive just now she goes "oh...well "....same day appointments are only taken after 330" and hands me back my paper. And I'm like "okay so I can't just schedule for something tomorrow? How's does this work?" and she said "no same day is before 330 come back tomorrow". She was so dismissive, unwelcoming, not warm at all and didn't really explain what I needed to do. Not going to this location again. Guess I'll have to go to San Diego. ***UPDATE - guess what? They don't even have a 330 rule the manager told me the lady at the front made it up!! - wow! I've also had terrible interactions with every person except for one Asian doctor and one male doctor. This review is exclusively about the Physical Therapy section of Concentra Murrieta. Unfortunately I've had some injuries in the last 2 years. In all instances I've had to utilize Concentra Murrieta for medical. I decided to use the PT dept in Murrieta. I've worked with Emily, Julia, Cameron, Surya, Jeff, Shannon, and Lori. There is also a nice guy that is usually in reception. Every one of these therapists you'll love to hate. They are GOOD. They can tell what your threshold is and push you just a little bit harder. They move you along and add new exercises so it keeps it fresh. When you complain about pain they ask you where the pain is, what kind of pain it is, then they explain how those groups of muscles, tendon, bone move and suggest a reason why it hurts. Lori is an amazing receptionist. Always pleasant and looking for a way to help. She is very accommodating in scheduling appointments and helps you get started on exercises and/or heat/ice. I've been going there for so long I feel like these are my kids. They take good care of their "mom". Thanks! read more

Doctor Dlugos or whatever his name is, is the worst doctor I've ever been seen by. I came in for a workman's comp issue and he said I was making excuses for not being able to attend my physical therapy appointments which he said is why I'm still in pain. Even though I notified him that I had school and was also still working and was never put on leave from work. He said I just wanted to be out of work, which I never did and why am I still going to school if I'm in pain. (Because I'm supposed to stop going to school to prove I'm in pain for some reason) he threatened to terminate my workman's comp if I missed another physical therapy appointment which is insane to me that you would deny someone care because they had to reschedule some appointments. He wasn't even my original doctor so I asked to be scheduled with her instead. If you get him as your doctor, you might as well ask for another one because he does not listen to your concerns and he's condescending and rude whilst doing so. read more

This place freaking sucks! Good luck trying to call in to make or reschedule appointments. No one picks up, and if they do you'll get 1 of 2 responses. Either an IMMEDIATE pick up and hang up or IMMEDIATE hold for more than 45 mins. I had to call back every time they put me on hold and had to yell "no" to just tell them I need to make an appointment. And I mean calling them back to back to back maybe 4 times.... But now as I sit here 39 mins and counting I'm not sure I was better of making an appointment. Honestly I am in customer service and have been also behind the desk in a doctors office answering phones and checking in clients. This place and there front staff girls are completely inconsiderate and rude. They tell you to check in like they hate their job and hate you coming in. Even though I Had to do a mandatory drug test for work and wasn't very thrilled to do so , but I at least treat people kindly . Saying just a hi is great way to start . Hopefully the office manager reads this and can freshen up there grumpy attitudes and to train them to become professional humans . Wow. I've gone to other concentra locations before but this one was just disgusting. It's October when I'm writing this and the first thing I saw when I walked in was three moldy rotting pumpkins in the waiting room. Considering this is technically a medical facility you'd think one of the staff would take a look at those and say "hey maybe we should toss this gross pumpkins". I had to come here for an pre-employment drug test. Got here right when they opened and there was already a line with 15 people. Expect to stay here for a few hours or even half of the day. This place is slow and packed just like the dmv. If you want to be seen first, line up very early prior to them opening. Masks are mandatory since it is a medical clinic. read more

I am leaving a review on the medical side of Concentra. My experience in this establishment was not ideal at all. I had an appointment set for 10:00 am to bypass the extensive wait time. I came for my appointment and was made to wait for over two and a half hours before seeing the first person of contact. I was given several forms to fill out, not only from pencil to paper but also on my phone. These forms could have been set prior to my appointment to cut down on time. Once, I was finally taken back for the first component of this appointment, I was put in an exam room to wait for another hour. I was so frustrated and had not eaten since right before my appointment, that I went out and said something to and nurse practitioner assistant. The assistant told me there was one patient in front of me, I told them it was very unacceptable to have someone waiting for three hours when having an appointment. The assistant then offered me water and some fruit snacks. When I was finally seen by the physician, she was very nice and apologized and brought me down from my frustration, so I am very thankful for her. This all being said, I would not recommend anyone coming to this facility for medical attention unless you want to wait for three plus hours. read more

Checked in around 10am. Got called in at 3:20pm. Took vitals and TB test. Now waiting for a physical. Let's see how long I have to wait in the room. I'm guessing this place is chosen for all employee check up needs because of the cost here (must be cheaper than the others). But I do know is, if you have a choice to get it somewhere else, you're paying out of pocket, on a strict time schedule, go somewhere else. I only went here cause I was told this is the only place my employee sends their new employers. I read about 20 --- 1 star reviews. First off I have to say is U.S. Healthworks is an industrial medicine clinic. They are geared for employers work comp, physicals and drug collections. They do treat family medicine and that really may not be the best place for you to go for this. Work related injuries come first so yes you have to wait. Try go in to an Urgent Care for family medicine you will find it much quicker. If your here solely for a drug collection....try going to lab Corp, quest or whoever the lab your co uses it will be much faster. I was in today for a DOT Physical. Arrived at 12.30 out at 1.30 one hour. Not bad at all. I got a better physical than I've had in all the years of taking DOT Physicals. I thank the staff, the back room folks who do the preliminary stuff like blood pressure, weight ck, vision etc. And also the examiner! read more

Dea will be one of the ladies you talk to when you first get up to the counter, so get ready to deal with her terrible customer service. The wait was about 2 to 2 1/2 hours, so bring something to occupy yourself with. I got inside after waiting, and was immediately greeted with Jack, who had just the same amount of attitude as Dea did. I took my urine test and was sent into a room where I waited some more, and then the doctor came in. She was a real sweetheart, and was out of place in terms of how professional and kind she was compared to everyone else in the office up until that point. I got done with the doctor, and was sent to the physical therapy section to complete my human performance evaluation, was in and out in 10 minutes, the lady who did my evaluation was also super kind. 2 stars because while the experience was mostly unpleasant, the doctor and the physical therapy section was an ease. read more

I came here with my expectations, not being high, because I was being seen for a work related injury. With that being said, my expectations were highly exceeded, and I appreciate the comfortability that was offered to me and how easy of a process this was. Very happy about that. They had x-rays at the site. A few of the urgent cares I've been to to the past would send me elsewhere. They also had a physical therapy side which is super convenient.
