Came in for services and currently in the medical field so I understand what an office like this goes through People/patients with no common sense, trying to cut in front or get immediate service to constantly bugging the front desk with common sense question the could of waited their turn to get addressed Then you have staff, the African American lady, that are emotional and rude not knowing how to handle these patients that have no common sense with general customer service. Checked in around 10am. Got called in at 3:20pm. Took vitals and TB test. Now waiting for a physical. Let's see how long I have to wait in the room. I'm guessing this place is chosen for all employee check up needs because of the cost here (must be cheaper than the others). But I do know is, if you have a choice to get it somewhere else, you're paying out of pocket, on a strict time schedule, go somewhere else. I only went here cause I was told this is the only place my employee sends their new employers. Lol Which I did drop a feedback to them that they should find another place, especially if they are desperate in hiring. But I did give this place a one star for the customer service up front. I didn't feel attacked like some people have felt and left reviews about. I'm just leaving a review to let others know, that take things personally and get easily upset (cause I've seen someone get upset and pissed off here lol), don't come here and invest your energy here if you have other options. The people up front have gotten numb and tired of being asked the same questions. "How much longer?" "Whats taking so long?" Etc. In other words, they're just tired and fed up with their job, dealing with the same people, same questions. Same sh**, different day. Lol. I never bothered to ask how much longer cause after over hearing others ask, you'll get sarcastic answers. So yeah, definitely not the best customer service. And I personally think the company doesn't care. Is it right? No. Cause they should have more patience, especially in a health care setting. But I do understand why they're easily annoyed. The people/patients that come in, aren't aware of how their system works and at the end of the day, they really do just work here. Lol. I'm sure they get bs for it when they have no control at how fast these health providers do your drug test, tb test or physical. So one star cause the wait here is insane. If you're looking for great customer service, you won't find it here. You want your time valued? It's not gonna be valued here. But if you simply don't care and just need your stuff done, suck it up, drop the f*cks given, and wait. And oh, I just finished my physical. Got it done in less than 5 minutes. Doctor came at 3:44. Finally get to go home! & oh, the MA/NURSE and doctor were really great tho. They apologized for the wait and made me feel comfortable for my TB and physical. read more

Now the main clinic side is horrible and the black nurse up front is constantly rude to all the patients. She should understand that after waiting 3+hours when you have an appointment people will have questions. Nobody's rude to her Iassume she has her job because nobody else will do it.Sad. I read about 20 --- 1 star reviews. First off I have to say is U.S. Healthworks is an industrial medicine clinic. They are geared for employers work comp, physicals and drug collections. They do treat family medicine and that really may not be the best place for you to go for this. Work related injuries come first so yes you have to wait. Try go in to an Urgent Care for family medicine you will find it much quicker. If your here solely for a drug collection....try going to lab Corp, quest or whoever the lab your co uses it will be much faster. I was in today for a DOT Physical. Arrived at 12.30 out at 1.30 one hour. Not bad at all. I got a better physical than I've had in all the years of taking DOT Physicals. Dea will be one of the ladies you talk to when you first get up to the counter, so get ready to deal with her terrible customer service. The wait was about 2 to 2 1/2 hours, so bring something to occupy yourself with. I got inside after waiting, and was immediately greeted with Jack, who had just the same amount of attitude as Dea did. I took my urine test and was sent into a room where I waited some more, and then the doctor came in. She was a real sweetheart, and was out of place in terms of how professional and kind she was compared to everyone else in the office up until that point. I got done with the doctor, and was sent to the physical therapy section to complete my human performance evaluation, was in and out in 10 minutes, the lady who did my evaluation was also super kind. 2 stars because while the experience was mostly unpleasant, the doctor and the physical therapy section was an ease. read more

Great service! I waited out front at 7:40am, so that's why I didn't wait as long. I came for my TB test result and then a physical. Everything was pretty quick! I waited about an hour at most. The doctors, front desk receptionists, and nurses were all very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend coming first thing in the morning because it does get pretty busy. read more

Went in today for A TB test! I was in as a walk-in in 30 minutes. The staff was helpful, friendly, & quick. No complaints at all.

I had an appointment today for 11:30am. I arrived at 11:20am and signed into their appointment clipboard. I waited for a half hour and they called me up to ask me if I had an appointment and what for. Of course I was surprised that they'd let me sit there for a half hour until they realized I was their even though I signed in. It turned out that they did have my appointment info but simply forgot to add it to their system, double fail! I told myself, okay no biggie just a simple mistake. They hand me paperwork to fill out and they had put down that I signed in at 12pm and admitted at 12:30pm. So they decided to push my appointment out to 1:30pm so that they take the blame off themselves for forgetting my original appointment. Now that is some petty stuff honestly. I do not recommend this place even to my worst enemy. The staff has a slight attitude problem as well and try to do as little work as possible. The new name of this place is Concentra, new name, new look, same issues. read more

"Urgent" care, my ass. Doesn't even matter if you schedule an appointment or not because they're still going to make you sit for HOURS before your name gets called. Maybe if they quit laughing their asses off and stop joking around in the back and understand the urgency of their job, they can become more efficient as an URGENT care. It's one thing to love your job and be happy, but when you're fooling around to the point it hinders your productivity, you're not doing your job right. I came here with my expectations, not being high, because I was being seen for a work related injury. With that being said, my expectations were highly exceeded, and I appreciate the comfortability that was offered to me and how easy of a process this was. Very happy about that. They had x-rays at the site. A few of the urgent cares I've been to to the past would send me elsewhere. They also had a physical therapy side which is super convenient. This place is horrible when it comes to time. They do not known or to manage time because every single time I come, I wait a minimum of 30 minutes PAST my appointment time to be brought back regardless of how early I may come before my appointment. The staff is friendly and pretty fast once I do get in. With Regards to Dr and PA's, I see a different PA every time and they don't seem to be on the same page with treatment. One tells me the plan for next time I come in and when I come inn the next time, the other PA says no we're going to do this instead. I've been here at least 20 times with regards to my injury and have seen the DR once. I wish that I could have one dedicated person to see every time so that the plan of action doesn't keep changing. Where's the professionalism when it comes to these nurses. I come in and already get attitude with a nurse name Tim. When someone misunderstood someone, you don't laugh about it, especially when someone has migraines and might be having a bad day. All three nurses including Tim made me uncomfortable from their little side talk or should I say gym talk. I'm not here to hear your guys uncomfortable talk, I'm here to do one thing and that is to get checked up and leave. I am here for a physical and have been waiting over 3 hours not to mention I got here right when they opened and there was only 5 people ahead of me. 44 minutes ago DO NOT go here for a DOT physical! Hubby was there for over 3 hours. Doctor tells him she will only certify for 3 months and that he must get a sleep study. WHAT?! Hubby is overweight - we get it and he's working on it, but he has no other symptoms whatsoever. Doctor did not know how to properly measure neck circumference. Doctor did not know how to perform an accurate Mallampati test. Doctor could not think critically, but was very good at just checking boxes. Seems like she wants to keep people coming back so they can keep taking your money (not to mention the cost of a sleep study). Or doctor did this because the patient was vocal about the very long and unnecessary wait? Who knows... but not worth putting your license on the line. Beware There are numerous complaints online about Concentra and other doctor-in-a-box type clinics doing this to hardworking people. Tip there is a very good doctor (Dr. A) in Murrieta that is honest, quick and only charges $85 for a DOT physical. read more

I went to CONCENTRA in Murrieta, CA and just want to say that the ladies and gentlemen that work there are AWESOME! Amelia helped me at registration in the front and was kind, funny and very patient. Rosa , who handled all my pre-employment tests in the back was so patient and thoughtful and kind. They both went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me because my employer messed up on my paperwork. They talked to them -several times- trying to get it corrected and were very instrumental in getting it corrected , in the spot, so I didn't have to come back and start all over. Wait time is usually 30 minutes to an hour if it is a follow up. If your employer sends you here request to go somewhere else. First time I went to get my TH test done, waited 1.5 to not be seen. I had to come back again waited over 2 hours to be told that the wait is only 45-1 hour (which is still a little insane). Once I got called for my TB blood draw I got poked once (what a surprise they didn't do it right). Second time I get poked my blood stops because it was done incorrectly so they begin to wiggle the needle which is still in my arm and boom my vein blows. It looks like there is a golf ball stuck under my arm instantly and I was told just put some pressure on it. Did I mention I'm also 8 months pregnant and have blood draws multiple times a month this has never happened not once at my other appointments. I can barely straighten or bend my arm now. Other than having no choice of being sent here through workplace injuries, avoid this place if you can.The waiting time ranges from 2-3.5 hrs long! The doctor will give you a 5 minute consultation, be sure to address all your concerns because once she leaves the room you can never get back to her unless you want to spend another hour of the waiting game. They never follow schedules even if you have an appointment. They overbook ppl and make everyone suffer the waiting like there's no other thing you ought to do for the day except wait to be called.
