So far it's been a great experience. We got Toto fixtures at decent prices and they all are in perfect shape. Our contractor picked everything up from their storefront and there were no problems. They even told us about the rebate from our water district. We were bummed the vanity wasn't better quality. They are made/painted in China, and they were honest with us that the color isn't great and doesn't hold up over time, we would have to use a pen to run over some parts to make them match the rest of the wood. They are cheap, so if you need cheap but not well made, go for it. I bought a vanity elsewhere. The staff are really pleasant and we are happy with our interactions. Remember, CASH OR CHECK only. Went to April's office after multiple emails, phone calls and text messages. She would not go to my house house and do the measurements her self and she asked me to do the measurements which I did and just to tell me that the measurements are off and she does not think that her original suggestions will not work on my kitchen. She wasted my precious time and was very reluctant in giving me her estimate and accused me of wasting her time by going to her office emailing and texting and calling her about my remodel. Very poor costumer service. Stay away from this lady she is very discriminatory when dealing with costumers. Bad experience! read more

We have bought faucets and kitchen cabinets from U-Save couple years ago. The qualify of faucet is very good, no leak or any issues so far, we are very satisfied with our purchase. Recently, we found the connectors between doors of lazy Susan for the kitchen cabinets need to replaced. We contacted U-Save again and check if they have the parts available for sale. Surprisingly, The owner April is willing to give us the replacement parts for FREE, even though our purchase is made about 7 years ago! Wow, what an amazing after sale service. After living with subpar toilets in our house for years, we decided to upgrade one toilet to a Toto for its reported better flushing ability (so far, so good), and if all goes well after a few months of usge, we will likely upgrade one or two more toilets in our other bathrooms. anyway, several friends recommended ordering our Toto toilet online and then hiring a highly rated (by Yelp) plumber to do the install (i have a bad back, else i would do this myself). i was set to do that with a highly regarded online vendor, but my father-in-law mentioned i should check out U-SAVE just as i was about to order the toilet online. in short, U-SAVE beat the online price by $50 for the model we were interested in, and they were able to install it for about the same or less than other plumbers i considered using including hauling away the old toilet. April was a pleasure to work with over email in answering all of my questions, and scheduling the installation according to our schedule. Victor and Jose were prompt and professional in arriving at our scheduled installation time slot. they were also courteous, taking off their shoes before entering our house and doing a stellar job removing the old toilet and installing the new one. yet, after the toilet was installed: we all noticed the fill valve ended in a loud and unusual sound. Victor and April vowed to make it right. they got Toto to express ship a new fill valve to their store. the only problem was that our schedule was crazy busy and couldn't accommodate their normal installation windows for two weeks. This is where i was impressed: after not finding a suitable time into the foreseeable future, April and Victor carved out some time on a sunday (their day off) to accommodate our packed calendar, swap out the valve and make things work properly within a week of the initial install. the new valve worked perfectly and now the toilet finishes filling with a graceful closing in silence. i'm very impressed, and assuming this Toto performs well for us, i know where we will be ordering the toilets for the other bathrooms. Got our laundry cabinets from April, and the quality for the price is excellent. There was a bit of an issue getting the cabinets delivered on time - apparently, one of the cabinets we'd ordered from China got lost at sea for a good month. Fortunately, we were not in a hurry so that didn't bother me. I've never met a business owner who spoke as fast as April. She's sharp and can calculate the cabinets you need according to the dimensions for your kitchen and laundry in a heartbeat. I love that she tries to find ways to save you money and is really straightforward with her recommendations on products and designs to that end. I was searching for a good deal on Toto toilets and found uSave Kitchen & Bath on Craigslist. So, I called them up for a quote and they provided me a very competitive price for the toilets and installation. April, the owner and lady that answers the phone was pleasant to work with. She provided excellent pricing and was able to order and "receive" the toilets within 48 hours. Scheduling for installation was painless too. This would have been a 5 star review if it wasn't for the fact that the installers showed up 2 hours later than the scheduled install time. I called the day before just to confirm the install time, which she did. I understand that some jobs can take longer than expected, and thus, cause scheduling problems. However, I would have appreciated a phone call to advise me of the schedule slippage - as so I can adjust my time accordingly. Once the installers arrived they got right to work and installed the new toilets. The installation quality was top notch. They cleaned up the work site and removed all the debris. Again, excellent and detailed work ethics. I would buy from uSave Kitchen & Bath again and recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal with quality installation work. We remodeled two bathrooms in our house in Danville, CA last year using stuff we bought from U-Save and elsewhere. All the work was done by Victor and Jose. Beware: we got some cabinets for a little less elsewhere, but found issues with them upon installation. Victor was able to make them work, but there wouldn't have been any issues if we'd just bought them from him. The items he and April sell are top quality. Victor's input was invaluable - he helped us refine our design and the result was even nicer than we expected! We sold the house shortly after the bathrooms were finished :( and moved out of state to be with family. The gorgeous bathrooms (including the 3x6 foot shower in the master) really helped sell the house in this tough market. Found these guys on yelp when we were doing our bathroom remodel and was very pleased with the vanity we got from them! First off we went in not knowing exactly what we needed and they were super helpful in making reccomendations. We finally decided on a cherry vanity and quartz top, and it came out beautifully! The best part though, is for the quality, the prices are very reasonable. They don't have tons of vanity design choices, but the ones they do have are way better quality than you'll find at Home Depot and much better priced! We remodeled our kitchen and two bathrooms. April is VERY helpful and knowledgeable about her products and also provided a lot of very helpful suggestions for what to pay attention to for our contractor's work. She's also very clear about her quote and her price is very competitive. She's also very upfront about the wait time if the item isn't in stock. The bathtub we selected wasn't in stock, and she told us where we can buy it if we need it immediately and it would cost $50 extra, or if we could wait she could get it to us in two weeks. We were not in a hurry so we waited and it was ready as promised. We got all our bathroom fixtures (faucets, sinks, shower head set, bathtub faucet set, bathtub, frameless mirrors, etc) from April, and we're very happy with the selections. We didn't get our kitchen cabinets there only because we were looking for a specific European style cabinet and she didn't carry it. Our contractor had incorrect measuring of space for fitting the toilet, and long story short, we didn't find it out until a while later. We explained what happened, and April was very helpful with the toilet return, and I REALLY appreciate it. Remodeling work is tedious but April definitely made my bathroom remodeling a lot easier.
