Very very good service. Prior to service, I called 3 dealerships to get the cheapest fair price on a waterpump replacement. Despite my negotiations skills I got the dealership to lower their price from $610 to $590. I then did a yelp mass text and came across this repair shop. I talked to a guy named Manny. He gave me the best price quote at about $130 less then the dealership, but assured OEM parts. On top of that, he scheduled me right away and offered to drive us home and pick us up after the car had been repaired. That type of service goes a long way with me. Even speaking to him on the phone, Manny seemed to be a very considerate person willing to work with you. This review is long overdue and deserves wayyyyy more stars than Yelp allows for. For all you lazy people who won't read through all of this here is a quick piece of advice: Go to Concierge Autoworks. David, the shop owner, is honest, knowledgable, kind, fair, polite, humble. David is everything you want to deal with when your car needs a repair. Okay, now back to the juicy stuff.... To start off, my car was in need of an oil change and my service engine soon light was on. I wanted to find a place close by my job and Concierge Autoworks came up. I decided to contact David (the shop owner) via Yelp messages, due to his reviews. He was prompt in his response. Moreover, he eased all of my worries of why my service engine soon light was on, thus allowing my mind to take a chill pill ;)... Without hesitation, I scheduled a time to bring my car in. Fast forward to my actual appointment date.. I dropped off my car so he could do my oil change and check out whatever else needed to be dealt with. He called me when the work was done and was thorough with explaining what needed to be done in the future. Basically, what needed to be done made sense more sense to be done on next oil change. Fast forward some more to picking up my car. I took a Lyft back to the shop and I had a couple of bags full of work I needed to grade. David saw all that I needed to take out of the Lyft, he carried both bags for me and took it to my car, and put it in my back seat. ABSOLUTELY POLITE. Then we talked about my car. I also told him I would definitely be back in future due to how he handles his business. Now onto my second and third rodeo at the shop. The second time I visited the shop, my starter went out. David also discovered I had a coolant leak. He did his research about the best starter to put into my car. He also repaired the leak. All in a timely manner and with very very fair pricing. The third and most recent time I went to his shop was to check out some codes my car previously produced so that I can go get a smog check and pass it. The code produced basically showed by air fuel ratio sensor needed to be repaired. The part and labor to fix this was fair, per usual. And now I can be on my merry way to getting my smog check with no worries. To conclude my mini novel, as I stated before, go to David. He is honest, he is knowledgable, he is kind, he is fair, he is polite, he is humble, he is everything you want to deal with when your car needs a repair. I will go to David for repairs whenever necessary and refer everybody and their mamas to David because it's such a unique experience. P.S. - I drive a 2005 Nissan Altima with about 240,000 miles on it. I'm trying to drive it until the wheels fall off. David is making this possible. P.S. Part 2 - David is also in the process of doing some renovations at the shop. It's looking sweeeeeet. Can't wait till it's done.
