Went in for a simple oil change and I got the pleasure of meeting David. Simply put, he's a nice and genuine person, he's there to help in anyway possible. He took care of the oil change with ease and very reasonable pricing. I knew I was neglecting a few things for my vehicle and David took notice. I gave him an invoice sheet of all the things that were fixed and replaced during my last big visit for my car at a different mechanic shop (which was too long ago). And he was able to point out two things that were replaced however due to the certain quality and brand used for the part, it was already showing wear and not serving its purpose anymore. David was extreme helpful, informative, and didn't pressure any further sales on me. He let me know the what, why, how, and when. What the problem was. Why it existed. How to fix and prevent it. Welcome to the Neighborhood. So I needed my brakes done on my 2008 Honda Accord. I noticed that this repair facility had been getting some nice upgrades to the building the past few months and I thought.... If a person who cares enough about what the outside of the building for an auto repair facility looks like, it would make you think that they would also care about the quality of work they do on repairing you vehicle. So I decided to give them a shot. And Boy, am I glad that I did! I strolled in at 8AM, no appointment and inquired about my break job. I met David and was greeted very warmly and professionally. After a quick rundown of my needs and a quick quote with a handshake, I was on my way. David offered a ride home but I already had transportation. In about 1 hour I received a text from David updating me on the status of the vehicle and an ETA of when it would be finished. About 2 hours later, another quick phone call advising me my car was finished and I could come and get it. The service was fast, done right and more then fair in the cost department. I use to go to Galpin Honda for my vehicle maintenance. But every time one of those service techs would try to add-on stuff that is not required and when you say No, they get all huffy and try to strong arm you into getting useless service to fatten their wallets. Well not here at Concierge Autoworks. David did let me know about some other upcoming service needs for my car but said they were not urgent and we could address them the next time I brought the car in for service. Hey Guys! I was referred to this place by my boyfriends best friend. My car has a Major leak coming out of the radiator. I took it too Pep Boys to Figure out The Exact cause of the car leaking. Pep Boys wanted to Charge me a Arm And a Leg to fix my leak. Gave David a call, to discuss the issues with the car. He told me to bring my car in and he will gladly take care of the fixes. They do exist! Honest to goodness people who appreciate their customers, take pride in their work and have high morals and David is definitely one of them! I did not think I would ever encounter a mechanic to turn down business and just be super honest about what needed to be repaired on my car and when the right time would be. David did just that. I was told I needed my breaks done at my old mechanic shop and someone recommended I see David. Sure enough he inspected the breaks and said they still "had life" and to come back in a couple months. I couldn't believe it! What mechanic would be that honest!?!?!!? He had kept my information in his data base and called me to remind me to come in. After being the unlucky victim of an attempt to remove the catalytic converter from underneath my car (due to the precious metals inside) I was in need of finding a mechanic, not knowing any in the area I searched on yelp.
