I wanted to provide an update since the owner's response below does not reflect what has happened…read moresince my original review. The company stated that the waterproofing work was completed and documented. However, after that response was posted, new leaks continued to appear, including leaks in areas that had never leaked before. Additional damage occurred to my home, including hardwood flooring and interior finishes. The company also stated that it does not reinstall unsafe components. Yet I personally documented damaged and broken pillars being reused, and multiple workers told me they had objected to reusing them. Most importantly, the company has since involved its insurance carrier regarding the conditions and damages at my property. Their insurance consultant inspected my home on March 18, 2026. If the work was completed properly and there were no issues related to the project, I find it difficult to understand why an insurance claim was necessary in the first place. Since then, I have been repeatedly told to wait for the insurance process. Months have passed, no meaningful testing has been performed to determine the source of the continuing leaks, no repair plan has been provided, no leaking doors have been repaired or replaced, and the missing railings and pillars remain uninstalled. The most frustrating part is that my home is still left looking like an unfinished construction site while the company points to an ongoing insurance review as the reason for delay. I do not believe a homeowner should be expected to live with continuing damage and an incomplete project indefinitely while waiting for an insurance determination. I genuinely hoped this matter would be resolved after meetings with the company's ownership and licensing representative. Unfortunately, despite promises that things would move forward, very little has actually happened. I will continue to update this review as events unfold so that potential customers can make an informed decision.

Not only is the quality of work on point, but the functionality the unit is going to be bring is huge. Definitely worth the value. He thought of everything. Soft closing doors, adjustable inside shelve, the use of our outlet behind the unit is still acceptable, the amount of storage I have for all my small appliances such as the crockpot, blender, air fryer, rice cooker etc.... I would recommend Ricky 100 times again. He also, kept in touch over the time span of the build, his communication was great. On install day he was on time and efficient, he worked clean and left no mess behind. Very professional. We plan to contact him in the future of other projects.

Instead, we got rough, poorly finished cabinet doors and six months of being ignored. The most visible areas -- the front-facing doors -- were left with raw wood grain and saw marks. A basic sanding and wood filler (used elsewhere on the same project) would have prevented it. When we sent photos, Ricky agreed it wasn't up to his standards and promised to replace the doors after "a busy patch." That was half a year ago. Since then: no responses to calls, texts, or emails. We chose him over a Restoration Hardware or Rejuvenation vanity because we wanted to support a local craftsman who would stand behind their work. That trust was misplaced. The owner and the employees are extremely helpful and polite...they're just good people. I've been recycling with them for the last few years, and recently, I contacted them to see if they would let me bring a bunch of kindergarteners for a tour to learn about recycling. Not only did they say yes, but they stayed after closing and allowed us to tour their facility after hours! The showed us their entire operation and even showed us how they crush and bale the aluminum cans so they can be transported for the next step in the recycling process. I can't brag them up enough.
