They have so many different options and fun flavor combinations, so there's always something new to try. First visit and I was really impressed with the quality of food. Our table started with a trio of dips and chips-- guac, queso, and salsa. The guac was good, the queso particularly good, the salsa nothing to write home about. For my meal, I opted for two build your own tacos. It usually takes several a la carte tacos to make a meal, so I wasn't sure two would suffice--but I went "double decker" (soft and hard shell with a lot of fixings) and added my protein, cheese and every line item (sauce, veggies, etc.). These were hefty tacos that did the job! Al pastor and brisket, creme fresh, corn salsa, kale, pickled onions...I added rice ($1) and bacon cooked refried beans ($1) on the side and both were fantastic--seriously surprised at the quality of both. I split a pitcher of the traditional margaritas with some colleagues and they were strong, not too sugary, and fairly priced for the happy hour. Atmosphere is basic, this is high top seating in an open area that feels like a cafeteria or bar, but things were clean and service was friendly. Would definitely return! read more

I travel, globally, for work. It is frequently difficult to find a decent vegetarian meal in some locations. I saw Condado online, they had two vegetarian taco options. Typically this means they were just added to deal with occasional customers who request it. This is not the case at Condado. The "Rango Tango" and "Power Plant" were shockingly excellent! They need no extra seasoning or sauce, they are perfectly delicious as is. These menu items were intentionally developed, not an add-on. This is a very large, and expensive-looking property. It seems like the kind of place that should be packed with young, happy people. Maybe it normally is. Maybe the colleges are out on spring break. Maybe it's something else, but something is off. The place was nearly empty on a Tuesday night. There didn't seem to be any wait staff, so I approached the bartender. ... Others have commented about issues with staff, attitudes, and so forth. I felt that too, big time. Come on lady, speak clearly, make eye contact and lose the gnarly attitude. You could have at least offered a drink while I waited. This was the only thing holding back five stars. Anyway, bad vibes aside, the folks in the kitchen were super nice. The food itself was a delightful surprise. I was with some friends for a trip to CMA fest, and this place was right by our hotel. We LOVED it - as in ate here twice because the service was so fast, there was a ton of seating available at the off times we went, and we enjoyed our food so much. The BYO nachos give you a ton of great options, and they have multiple options for my fellow veg heads. My friends loved their tacos each time, and we all really liked our margaritas. The house margarita is pretty good, and the mango margarita was also enjoyable. The mix is made with real fruit juice, so be prepped for that if you aren't used to it. The wait team was awesome. Came here for a work lunch by accident and loved my experience! There is free parking in the garage next door, which was convenient. Our party of 6 was seating immediately on a weekday. To start, we got the three buds appetizer. We picked the queso, pico de gallo guacamole, and house salsa. The guacamole and queso were absolutely incredible! Would 100% come back here just for the appetizers. For the main entree, I went with two tacos: Lucy's Fire and Ooey-Gooey. I was a bit underwhelmed with both of these tacos. Got a double decker taco and asked to remove the guac. They brought me a hard shell taco and when I asked why.
