Nacho Daddy provided excellent and quick service. They were not overly busy when we went on a Friday evening. I ordered chicken fajitas, and the veggies were incredibly delicious, especially the caramelized onions and carrots. The chicken was perfectly charred and crispy, making for a satisfying meal. I would have loved more than just the four tortillas they provided us, as we had much more filling/topping material than we used to fill the tortillas. Nacho Las Vegas. Meaning, having been to the strip location in Vegas, I was expecting more. A lot more. Here the place was nearly empty and that alone I think says a lot. The service was not enthusiastic across the board. The food was average at best and might have tasted better if the surroundings were more alive. The place itself looks great. New. This was our first visit to Nacho Daddy. I had only heard about it through Instagram, so I came in with a lot of anticipation and curiosity about what made it so popular. We were greeted warmly at the door by a young lady, and our server Keenan was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We also had the pleasure of meeting the restaurant manager. Jason, who was very friendly and welcoming. Mark the bartender definitely adds to the experience- his personality will have you smiling. The food was definitely worth a visit. We originally thought we could share a Nacho plate, but since neither of us had eaten breakfast that wasn't quite enough. We ended up ordering the queso and chips which hit the spot perfectly. Overall the service was good, the food was enjoyable, and the staff made us feel welcome. My only issue was with the bill. A gratuity charge was added for a party of 2 which I did not notice at the time because I had already tipped Keenan in cash. I would not have expected an automatic gratuity for two people. And unfortunately, I didn't catch it before leaving. Nothing was mentioned to me about it either. That been said, I would still visit, Nacho Daddy again. First thing that stood out when we walked in was how expansive the restaurant was. I instantly started planning my Fantasy Football draft for this location. The staff were super amazing, even the Runner and I had a funny that I appreciated. They definitely had a good mix of menu options, from appetizers - entrees - to dessert, you're going to leave here happy and quite full. The margaritas are nice and strong (we played into the holiday so we chose two margaritas from their V-Day special - EXCELLENT! Two thumbs up!). The food was really good as well, I had the Mardi Gras themed Cajun Nachos (Super Delicious) and my wife had some Chicken Street Tacos (She wouldn't even share with me). I had the birria nacho and those pickled onions were the icing on the cake for me. The music makes you want to cut a little rug and you can still talk with the folks you came with and not have to yell. I went during lunch and had one of those $5 margaritas...don't let the price discourage you because it hits the spot! I went alone and was still offered a booth (usually folk will banish you to the bar). The staff are easy on the eyes, but don't take that as an invitation to step out of line because they're very professional. The menu makes you want to open and explore it and the vibe is a go. It was a busy night with Vanderbilt having a football game, Fisk having homecoming and it being a nice evening to be out before the temperature drops. Service was great- even with it being so busy. We wanted for nothing. Management even changed the channel so we could watch a different football game! The food was great- the Mexican corn was sweet with a great mayo. It was late on a Sunday night. We had just flown in from London, and we were already missing the incredible customer service that we received on our trip to England, Portugal and Spain. In America, when it comes to service, it just isn't the same anymore. But let me tell you about Nacho Daddy. When we walked up the hostess happened to be outside and took the time to talk with us. We didn't realize that she was the hostess at the time. When we went inside she welcomed us, spoke some more and sat us at our table. She was very nice and professional. The waitress was equally nice, and checked on us several times to make sure our meal was ok, and that we didn't need anything. We were greeted at the door and checked on multiple times during the night to ensure everything was to our satisfaction! I've been here twice now. Your experience will depend on your server. The first time, was amazing. Came with a group of 6 co-workers and our server kindly went over the menu, explained portions, options and favorites. The second time I went with family of 5 and our server took forever to help, got our orders wrong, and just felt like he wasn't having a good day. The food, honestly anything you get you will like. Everything is on a bed of nachos. They got the taste right and I appreciate that. Parking... they provide free parking. When you get to the host the QR code is there for you to scan it. I am THRILLED that we have a Nacho Daddy in Nashville! I visited the Vegas location this summer. The Nashville location is much brighter! There were three in our group. A new addition to the Gulch. Only open since February, this place is already a hit. The restaurant is a chain that also has locations in Las Vegas. The food is delish. The portions are huge. The prices are reasonable. The biggest pro is that they also offer an entirely VEGAN menu! So now you don't need to worry about finding a place to accommodate all your dietary restrictions. Came for some drinks after dinner on a Friday night. It was pretty dead. We got a pitcher of skinny margarita, it was crazy sweet. One of the bartenders asked how it was, we were honest. He tasted it and he was so kind and make us a new pitcher. We gave him our old one, we didn't drink it. The new batch he made was so sour, it was one extreme to the other. We ordered chips and queso, it wasn't great so we got the rib tip nachos over potato chips, we liked the rib tips. I got another cocktail from a different bartender and it was pretty good. I visited here on the night of their grand opening and I tried several items including the white peach margarita, mango margarita, chips & queso, chicken chimichanga and the supreme tostada nachos.
