As far as the actual store goes, they carry a lot of what your typical natural foods store or food co-op would carry, though the prices seem more along the lines of what a Whole Foods would charge. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Flow, the barista, was absolutely amazing--friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about both the pastries and the coffee. It's always refreshing to meet someone who genuinely enjoys what they do, and it shows in the service. She shared that they roast their beans in house, which explains the rich, fresh flavor in every cup. They also sell the beans on site, and there's even a coffee grinder available for customers, which is a thoughtful touch for anyone passing through town. And the pastries?
