We rolled in on a Saturday and enjoyed chatting with the gentleman working that day. He was giving us some background on the family owned business, their machines, etc. The one that caught my eye was a classic looking (but modern in that there are no dirty coins) red Game King multi game machine. Took me about 2 minutes and a competitive price tag to say SOLD. My husband came back the following Thursday for pick up and we have had fun with it ever since. I will say that it has only been roughly 6 weeks since we got it and had an issue about 10 days in. My husband called the phone number to a guy named Joe. What I will say is, this guy was patient and did not make my husband feel like a nuisance at all and walked him through troubleshooting over the phone. Some weird thing with the money intake. Still waiting on a call to get on the schedule for a visit to ensure all is right with the machine and get the progressive set up but I like the easy to do business with and 'neighborhood' business vibes of this place already.

We choose our vessel, our scents, color, and toppings! The candles take about 45 minutes to set, so plan for that! They also have snacks and drinks snd splatter rooms! Unfortunately, it felt no different than a standard splatter paint session. Prior to booking, Rebekah assured me that if I purchased the date night package for $109, we would get an Anniversary sign and special touches. When we arrived, there wasn't a sign or even a verbal acknowledgment, and several elements of the package were either missing or not executed as expected. After reaching out, the business acknowledged that aspects of the anniversary experience were not carried out as intended. I also provided a screenshot from the website referencing champagne, despite later being told that champagne has never been offered at this location. The most disappointing part was the resolution. Despite acknowledging the shortcomings, the only compensation offered was a 20% discount on a future visit, which requires spending more money with the business. We paid extra and chose pinspiration to celebrate our 14th wedding anniversary based off of the conversation I had with Rebekah prior to booking and the website description of services included in the package. If I could give less than a 1 star, I would. The lack of customer service and effort to remedy their mistakes and misleading us to purchase a more expensive package makes this experience even worse. I do not recommend Pinspiration.

I recently did a "play with clay" class with a girlfriend. It was hosted at the Dodge location in…read morean old bus. The bus is cool! FYI- the bus only holds two guests at a time. It's equipped with two wheels, countertops for the clay, and a small sink for washing. The class is described as an "opportunity to try the potter's wheel with one hour of instruction at our Dodge Studio. It includes 2 hours of Instructed Wheel time and we provide clay, aprons, and tools. You can do this as a fun experience or choose to save pots as a memento. ($5 per piece)." For some constructive feedback- the description or confirmation information should include some further details like recommended attire (which might not be super obvious to everyone), that the 2 hours you pay for also include time for you to clean the bus, like everything- the wheel, water vessels, tools, surfaces, etc. Clay can get messy and we were not aware of the clean up rules until the very end! Informing people in advance is not that hard. Just by including a tidbit about how the co-op operates, their water saving efforts, etc, would set everyone up for clear expectations. For the record, I absolutely agree that a co-op is only as functional as the folks who are partaking in it and I am all for being part of a the full process and respecting it. Neither of us had tried wheel throwing before and it's actually a lot to process and apply in a 2 hour period. Wheel throwing requires lot's of time and patience. Our instructor Eva, demonstrated for about an hour and touched on a bunch of different steps before handing over the wheels to us, and hanging for a bit to guide us through our first attempts. We felt an overall vibe of impatience from our instructor. Questions were met with a tone of "I already told you" or "it's posted on the wall." Another suggestion is to consider hanging some visuals at the front of the bus with the steps in the process. That way, when students are left independently, they can reference them as little reminders, because it's not easy to remember them all at once. We also we very unclear as to whether or not we were limited to the two clay pieces we started the class with, which turns out, we could have pulled more clay from the bag. Again, another opportunity for the co-op and instructors to prep their students/customers for a more seamless experience. How about prep 4 balls per person and see if they even use them all? The clay gets reused anyway. Leaving us there to wonder wasn't ideal. It took several weeks to hear back from them for a pick up notice on our items. We each fired/glazed one. I was prepared to not even get my item after so much time passed. There's room for improvement and it all comes down to information and communication. Would I do this class again? Maybe and perhaps try a different instructor. Overall, if you're looking to try something new and clay is on your mind, I think this is fun option. It was $120 for the class, plus $5 per item we fired and glazed, so not bad.

So I signed up for wheel throwing and hand building classes. These classes are very popular and they fill up quickly. 8 week classes where you come in once a week for 2 hours cost 155.00. You will also have to pay for clay and tools. The instructor was very knowledgeable, however, I feel like I could have learned more. Most of the students in my class had previous experience and did not need as much attention. I want to sign up for another class and maybe I will get much better at it. Overall this was a great experience!

We come back and pay our loan off and take the TVs home, come to find out our 65" is broken with technical issues now and has these streaks going down the center from a Pawn 1st associate dropping it. Didn't say one word to us about it. I come in and called into the store to make an complaint on it, one of the lady associates takes notes and says "someone will reach out to you regarding the situation", no one ever reached out. $800 of hard earned money gone and destroyed because of mishandling by this stores associates. It's now December 2025 and the store tells me I didn't call in early enough when the situation happened for them to take care of us when I did. No reimbursement, no store credit, just told "it's nothing we can do about your Tv we broke".

We tried to work out a design with them for a project and it took three weeks to text us a layout. We weren't happy with the layout, so we came back in and altered the project. After they said they could do the second layout, they contacted us and said they couldn't complete the job as we wanted. We had already put a down payment for the work and when they couldn't do the work to our liking, they charged us 120 dollars for a layout design (they wanted to charge us more, but we settled on this amount). Go to Mo's they are night and day more professional and hashed out the design and a computerized layout on the first visit in 20 minutes, Mo's could do what we wanted, highly suggest staying away from AP&F and go to Mo's !!! We were never informed the layout time would cost money and when we stopped the job, they got mad and demanded money. Compare that to mo's we left with a computer designed layout from the start and they had 100% confidence they would complete the work to our satisfaction and even ordered software updates to their mat cutter !

The staff were pleasant, helpful, expert and attentive to the needs I had for matting and for framing. Their selection and options helped me save on costs and still have the top shelf frame, glass and overall quality of framing. The end result was beautiful beyond my expectations! I could not be happier with the whole experience. We all want to get a bargain or save money, but most of us want those things without compromising on quality and final product. I am happy to share, I was able to get a reasonable cost and a fantastic frame for my special piece of work.
