I have been going to this location for a couple years now. The guys are always helpful and courteous. I called for an appointment and got one the same week. 27 Jan 2026. URGENT and CAUTIONARY ADVICE. Brought my 2024 Toyota 4 Runner TRD Pro in to Conrad's in Berea for avHunter Road Force tire balance, tire rotation, and oil change. The next day I was driving around town and was notified by the person I was visiting for the week that there was a large stain on their driveway. Upon returning to their home, it indeed was the oil from my truck. Checking my dipstick, it indeed registered nothing. I called Conrad's and was told to bring my truck in immediately. I have a skid plate on the front of my truck (for protection for off-roading) and I told the manager that I wanted every speck of oil removed as it acted as a serving dish for the six and a half quarts of oil that had drained out. The manager said that the technician admitted that he "thought he had seen a gasket" fly off during the oil change. Due to the absolute negligence of a simple oil change, I took my truck to Olmsted Auto to have them go over the work that had been done at Conrad's. The skid plate had been cleaned, HOWEVER, two of the guys working on my truck rolled my tires into the waiting room so I could have a look at the absolute mess the tech at Conrad's had done. Heavily scratched my rim most likely to his using a metal screwdriver to remove the weights instead of the appropriate plastic tool, and in the words of Olmsted Auto, "this is how you should NOT balance tires". The weights had been spread haphazardly around the rims of all four tires. I did reach Mike, a person in an authoritative position at Conrad's Tires who refunded me the full amount of service. I am now responsible for fully cleaning someone's driveway once it warms up as this occurred during subzero temps, and I will be contacting Conrad's for a rim replacement when I return to the area. read more

Do not waste your money. Avoid! I paid for a brake fluid flush on my Chrysler T&C. They siphoned off the brake fluid in the master only and replaced it so that it LOOKED like the work had been done. It was not. They never changed the brake fluid but they charged me for the job. read more

On 2/27/26 I took my car in for an oil change. About an hour later I received a phone call from Conrad's, the first question he asked me was "who did your last oil change"? I could tell by the tone of his voice that something was wrong, and he was looking for somebody to blame. I reminded him that Conrad's did my last oil change, and I asked him what the problem was. He said the drain plug is stripped out and can't be removed, and he said it would cost me $700 for them to replace the oil pan. I told him it sounds like you over tightened the drain plug and I'm not paying to fix your mistakes. He then tries to give me some B.S. excuse that they didn't strip the threads. I repeated that I'm not paying to fix your mistake, now fix the car properly to make things right. He refused, so I picked the car up and took it to another shop. I let the new shop know the situation. They also confirmed that they could not get the oil plug out because it was stripped out from being over tightened and the oil pan had to be replaced. When I picked up the car from them the mechanic said, " They really f*cked that up and it was MOST definitely due to over tightening". I have the oil pan and can supply pictures. The oil pan was in great shape inside and out, except for the stripped-out threads. My question now is who do I contact to get reimbursed for the damage Conrad's did to my car? I hope to update this review on a positive note after Conrad's does the right thing. read more

A full rear brake job including rotors, pads, calipers and new brake fluid cost me $950. Lasted 1 year and 7 months. Calipers seized and the whole job needed redone. They told me parts were only covered for 12 months. I took the car to another place and they told me the brakes that Conrad's used were poor quality. Had to have both back brakes redone. Stopped in to get a leaky tire looked at. They discovered the tire had a bad seal and repaired it quick. Also had an oil change and tire rotation done. Price was fine for everything. Staff was professional and friendly. A credit to the Conrad's name! read more

Update: I talked to John on the phone and he was very apologetic and was able to compensate me for the services that I did not approve. I appreciate that he called to follow up on the experience and get the issue sorted out. I made an appointment for 10am and it took them 6 1/2 hours for an oil change and new tires. They also would've put the wrong size tires on if I had not mentioned something about a coupon that made them double check. They charged me for an alignment without telling me in advance, and they also tried to tack on the three year warranty that I repeatedly said I did not want. I felt very taken advantage of here. I was charged for services that I was not made aware at any point in the process were being done to my car. The only reason I know about it is because the charge was crazy and I asked twice for them to check why it was so high. read more

I took my car in to get new tires on a Saturday and they said they will be done before they close. They said they will call me before they close to pay for the tires. I only received calls from them trying to sell me services. they never called me before they closed. due to my job requirements I had to go see if my call was in the parking lot. It was so I was able to get my call. I called them when they opened to pay for my tires. I went at the end of the day to get my key back and the receipt says at the bottom if you are not 100% satisfied call the store leader. So I called he said the guy was no longer there and he's sorry. The Berea, OH location is no good. Go to another location. I bought 4 tires from them. I drive less than 6,000 miles per year. I've had at least 4 oil changes at that location. I went back for Berea Conrad's the last time to change my oil and on their recommendation, include a cleaner (approx $130). Less than 3,000 miles later, the oil light came on. I check the oil and the oil was clean, but low. I returned and they told me I needed another oil change. The car doesn't burn oil and there is no leak. They told me they don't "top off" oil. Without an appointment, I went to the Honda Dealer and in less than 30 minutes and less than $15.00 they topped the oil off and washed my car. In addition to the oil, my tire light kept coming on and it took 3 returns to the Berea location to find and fix the nail in my tire. I DO NOT recommend the Berea, Oh location. read more

It was pretty crowded this morning when I went in for my appointment at 10, so I figured I would be there for a while. But to my shock I wasn't no sooner, than I got comfortable my name was being called. I had only been there for an hour, my oil had been changed my tires had been rotated and most of all the inspection on my car was done. I knew everything would check out just fine on my car, but I just like to make sure you never know when that can change. They did a nice job fair, honest with a decent price. They completed all the work that I had wanted done.

They recommended Goodyear all season tires that were rated as high as the OEM Bridgestone tires for less than 1/2 the cost, got my oil changed and they inspected the front and real alignment. This is the only fail for this service center. I told them I needed a front end alignment before going there, they said yes they could do the alignment then once they checked the alignment they said they could not do it because my car requires a special aftermarket alignment kit. Hey conrad that is why I asked if you could do an alignment because it needs one, before I drove there. This is a big fail in my mind. Now I have to find someone else probably the Hyundai dealership to do the alignment. If you knew my car required a aftermarket kit to do the alignment you should have told me you would need to order the kit to do the alignment and said let's schedule work for a week from now. So now I still need an alignment and my new tires will begin wearing badly because the car needs aligned. Bad move conrads. read more

If I could rate lower I would. My daughter was in for the holidays from Columbus. She went to add air to her tire and the air chuck for the compressor was acting up. In the process she depleted what air she had in her tire so low that she could not drive on it. She went inside and asked for help. They told her that they could not help her and she should blow on the chuck. She went back out and tried again, doing what they had suggested. It did not work. She went in and asked for help once again, explaining that she had to get back to Columbus. She asked if she could make an appointment, even if she had to wait, and was asked to step aside. She stepped aside and the man behind the counter just kept avoiding her. She called me and said, "Mom I don't know what to do." I drove up to Conrad's and we had to put the spare tire on. I called Mr. Tire in Strongsville and they got her right in and back on the road to Columbus. Conrad's in Berea used to be good and we have always taken our cars there but the last few years their service has gone way down. This is not the first time I have had problems with this Conrad's recently but it will be the last! Our 6 cars will now go in for service to Mr. Tire! read more

Bought 4 tires from this Conrad's about a month ago in my sedan. Sales manager was very nice. As I was waiting for my tires to be put on my vehicle a mechanic comes over to me and tells me that my brake pads need replaced soon and are in the "red-one star", granted my vehicle had only 35000 miles on it and my brakes seemed in good shape and never had an issue with them. The mechanic had the estimate paperwork all filled out. I took my vehicle to my dealership a few days later to have them look at my brakes, and they said my brakes look in great shape and are in the "Green". I will never go to this conrads again. Scamming hard working people is so wrong in so many ways. I hope the worst for that mechanic in life. I also expected brand new looking tires since I bought the most expensive ones, (Mechelin Premier), the tires looked dirty and possibly worn. Unacceptable. I recommend nobody to ever go to a place like this. They will ripe you off!!!! read more

I have had nothing but GREAT experiences with this place. Every time I go in, I am always treated with the highest respect, and have all of my issues repaired to the highest degree. Honesty, is something they have always provided. I have been there when someone is demanding something has to be done, and they explain why it is not feasible to do so, and always tell the customer we will do it, but it is a waste of money to do so. i called for an estimate on tires his quote on most reasonable for my car was $225 per tire. I called Conrads in North Olmsted and they quoted me $150 per tire for same tire. Costco and Firestone also were in the $150-160 range. read more

I am totally disgusted with Conrads Tire Center in Berea. I wanted to purchase tires for someone for Christmas. They would not allow a payment over the phone and would not work with me in any way. No options, nothing, totally inflexible. I work in a business where we take payment over the phone several times a week. I know it is not something that is difficult if a company has any commitment to taking care of their customers. National Tire and Battery was happy to work with us. So glad Conrads has so much business that they can turn away sales. They lost this sale and I will certainly never purchase anything from any Conrads store in the future. read more

Absolutely horrible experience here. In the past month, I've brought my car in 4 times, spent well over $2,000, and my car is still giving me plenty of problems. Every time I go in, they somehow find one more thing wrong with the car, and charge me hundreds of dollars. I believe that they try to rip me off, considering I am a woman, and they assume I don't know much about cars. Very disappointed in the work they claim to have been fixing. read more
