    Yellow and White Arrangement

    I ordered a funeral arrangement for my family and I was very satisfied with the outcome. The flowers were fresh and the design was beautiful. Jason helped me customize the arrangements with yellow and white flowers. Overall, I just loved the way it came out. Definitely recommend getting your flower arrangements here.

    I was looking for a place that was open early and was close by to San Dimas Hospital. My coworker just gave birth to her beautiful baby girl and it also happened to be her anniversary so I just wanted to give her and her husband something special. I ordered a medium sized Bouquet. The delivery fee was $15 and I added a greeting card, so with the tip, the whole thing came up to $100. What I really liked about this place is that they were able to drop off the Bouquet in time before my coworker left the hospital. Service was fast, ordering was easy, communication was always open and the quality of the product was great! Would recommend.

    This is a great place for flowers. I feel like it is a family run business (I'm not sure) despite what the name suggests. But I've been coming here for years and every time I am impressed with their quality of flowers and skills in arrangements. Keep up the good work and thank you for being there for our special occasions!

    So disappointing! My husband purchased a bouquet of flowers for our Anniversary and just a couple days later the flowers are all drooping dead. Who knows how long they keep their bouquets in fridge before selling because only a couple days c'mon that is just so wrong. I've bought flowers from trader Joe's and they have lasted much longer. The hidden wires put around the flowers stems helped a bit.... I hated to see how sad my husband was after seeing them die after only 2 days he felt bad for not knowing. Feeling ripped off.....

    Update: I received a new bouquet after working things out with 1800 flowers. It was supposed to be sent from another flower shop but they came from here again. The bouquet is nicer, still no dusty miller even though I stressed how important that was to me to the guy from 1800 flowers, I just think they shouldn't take orders if they can't fully deliver on the expectation here. The colors or the carnations are different now too. The bouquet is really well put together and had I not known a difference and received this originally I would've never mentioned a word to anyone. Appreciate the effort put in here and like I said this new arrangement is much nicer, but after all the run around I'm left feeling let down. Original Post: First. The wrong bouquet was delivered to me, completely wrong address, so there went the surprise. I had to call and double check with my husband that he ordered me flowers and then call the flower shop to ask when my flowers would be delivered. They came later and didn't look like the kind of arrangement my husband normally sends me. I took a picture and sent it to him saying I finally got them and he said "That doesn't look like what I ordered you" and sent me the link to what he ordered. Looks like they replaced the beautiful big purple flowers with a similar but different flower and only put two of them, the colors also being switched out from lavender to purple and white. Absolutely NO dusty miller, which is a staple in arrangements that my husband sends me because it played a HUGE part in our wedding, instead was replaced with lots of little green filler. The lavender flowers have been replaced by little red beads. As for the roses there were only 3, and I can count 5 in the advertised photo. This bouquet is terrible, and has literally been laughed at by 3 of my coworkers who have seen it when I showed them the comparison. I called in to talk to someone but was told that the order was placed through 1800 flowers so I have to go through them. Fair enough, but YOU Conroy's were the one that failed to deliver on expectation, I honestly don't even see that effort was put into this arrangement at all. I have now been on the phone with 1800 flowers for the past 40 minutes trying to resolve this issue and get either a refund or flowers delivered from somewhere other than Conroy's. Sorry for being so upset and a little dramatic, but this was supposed to be a lovely Valentine's day surprise from my husband and you really let us down.

    UPDATE PT2: got ANOTHER message here on yelp to discuss the issue, so I called 3x in one afternoon, not only did I not get to speak with Jason or the "customer service representative" I DIDNT GET TO SPEAK TO ANYONE! NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE! ( yes, I called during business hours) .. just stop wasting your time reaching out to people just to look like you care when you really don't. And for everyone else, don't bother coming here! I'm telling you, there's many flower shops around that are much cheaper and will give you beautiful flowers and great customer service!

    Arrived to the place, hours say they are open, but doors were locked. Called them to confirm if open or closed (while the lady was in eyes view) and nothing. She ignored me and my phone calls, so I'm disappointed

    They have such a nice welcoming set up!

They've been so good, in fact, that I scoured the web and found the company online so I can order from them again in the future (it's Anderson House Frontier Soups - they use minimal all natural ingredients and have a wide variety of flavors - fantastic soups!). I also snagged a dip mix and they had locally made honeys, jams, candies, and even fresh gourmet coffee beans and an antique grinder. And if you love to decorate with any rooster or chicken themed items, Shabbyology is your jam! If my kitchen wasn't already packed full of rooster-themed decor, I would've walked away with so much more. They also host occasional themed "sip and shop" nights where they offer entertainment and various drinks and nibbles while you browse. They have a digital newsletter to keep you informed of upcoming events and classes so be sure to sign up! Their location is a tad strange for the genre of store - they're found in a large industrial complex and their shop blends in among all the beige, nondescript buildings. If it wasn't for Google Maps I would've driven right past. But there's plenty of free parking. I enjoyed my visit and will definitely stop by again!

Honestly, probably the most inventory for the Anirollz character and plush series outside of when that company vends at anime conventions, so if you love those little guys and it's not con season and you want to see them in person, this is the place to go. They also have a very diverse and cute variety of other franchise goods like Poke'mon (the giant Ditto and bouquet Ditto plushies are super cute and I've only seen them on Korean merch posting accounts), Molang, Sanrio, Koupen-chan, Bellzi plushies, Miffy (probably the most Miffy I've seen outside of the LAX shop and ZillyMonkey to be honest), Chiikawa, Monchichi, and much, much more. There's a good amount of stationery there too and in the back corner they have a discount section. There are also a good number of blind boxes too if you're into that. I was running late for dinner so I didn't want to waste any more time looking for the forks any place else in the store, hence, I left soon after. The store seems to have some fun knick knacks.     This is honestly one of the worst experiences I've had in a really long!…read more Monday morning I decided to make an order online so I could surprise my boyfriend at work for his first day of his new promotion. I made the order at 9:18am, got a confirmation email, got another email at 9:20am that the store received my order. I paid extra for the order to be delivered within the hour so he could be surprised early and enjoy the fruit throughout the day. I checked the tracking a few times with no updates. So I decided to call the store at 10:30am for an update. The girl who answered informed me that the produce is in production. I asked what that meant exactly, she said the fruits just got dipped and would be out shortly. Mind you I paid extra for delivery within the hour, I called after the hour mark to see what was going on. Yes it was after the hour mark but I figured it's fine and would just wait for it to get delivered even though I paid for it to be expedited. I went into a meeting and continuously checked the app for update of progress. Still no updates. I finally get out of my meeting at 12pm. Once again I called the store for an update. The girl gets an attitude with me and tells me they get orders all day and just because I placed one doesn't mean it gets addressed right away, unless I paid extra for the expedited delivery. I then inform her I did pay for that option and the delivery was supposed to be done before 10:20am this morning. She then says I don't know what to tell you. I asked to speak to a manager, she then proceeds to tell me that her manager is out for the month and I can email her if I want. Provided me the email. Please tell me what an email is supposed to do when the problem is in the immediate. She then proceeds to tell me that the order is ready and they are waiting for Uber which is 5 mins out. Already frustrated I obliged. 30 more mins go by and still no updates. At this point I call my boyfriend and ruined the surprise and asked him if the arrangement and balloon have shown up yet. He said no and checked with front desk and said nothing has come. Mind you this location is very close to his job so he would have had it already. I waited another 30 mins, it is now 1:00pm and call the store once more. The girl tells me Uber picked it up and she does not know what to tell me. She provided no resolutions, no solutions, no accommodations, absolutely nothing besides her constant words of I don't know what to tell you. I have been dealing with this headache all day for something that should have been easy and done within an hour as that is what I paid for! My boyfriend then asks me to cancel the order as it is now almost 2:00pm and he has still not received anything! I call the store to cancel the order because at this point, who knows if the order was even made let alone sent out. She then tells me there's nothing she can do, the order was sent and I can email her manager if I would like. You mean to tell me I paid over 100 dollars for an arrangement, paid extra for it to be delivered within the hour, and here we are 4 hours after the guarantee delivery and you don't know what to tell me? She wouldn't even give me her managers number. I had to search the internet for corporates number. Once found, I called and they apologized immensely and informed me that is not how this business operates and apologized again. Corporate placed me on hold and contacted the store and informed me that they have escalated it to the manager for immediate response. I then informed her that they informed me that their manager is out for the month. Corporate insisted that they have escalated the matter and requested a refund. They provide me with a case number and informed me once refunded, it would take 7-10 business days to refund my bank account. The surprise was completely ruined!!! Not just the surprise, but the time I had to take out of my business day to follow up and escalate the matter. Just ridiculous! Would never order from this business again!

I had to give this to my MIL I was embarrassed...she probably threw them away!
