We just bought a 2018 Audi Q5 from Happy. During the purchase, we were told several maintenance…read moreitems like timing belts were done. Happy assured us the car was sound and safe. The next day, we took the car to our mechanic only to find out the brake pads need to be replaced. In addition, the brake pads were worn to the rotors point of needing to be replaced. Additionally, the car required an pil change as that was not done and the dealer had no documented proof of it being done even though he said otherwise. The car also needed a new cabin air filter, air filter, new spark plugs that are eroded and four new tires as they were worn out as well. In short, do not buy any car from this dealership until they provide you with documentation of maintenance work that has been done. Happy did alot of fast talking but did not make us happy as all of this work will cost us $2,600. We are solution oriented people and when we spoke to Happy he had no solution or compromise. Basically, Oh Well "GOTCHA"We are making this post to hopefully make potential customers aware of potential added cost of buying a car from Hero Trade Autosales LLC. They are not to be trusted! What could be improved is Happy doing a thorough inspection of every vehicle prior to sale and fixing simple safety issues like brakes, tires, oil change and not using sealant on drain plugs that have leaks. As a customer, I shouldn't find these issues on a used car the very next day after purchasing it. Fortunately for me, I trust but verify and my intuition was correct. I offered Happy a solution to split the 2,683.00 cost, he countered with returning the car after I paid 2,683.00 to fix problems he should have fixed prior to me buying the car. I politely asked if he wanted to pay for the all the money I paid for the warranty and repairs? No answer! Folks learn from my mistake and find another dealership to buy your car or take any car your interested in buying to a reputable mechanic prior to purchase. Happy didn't make me happy with this purchase.

We actually picked the car up the same morning we got off our cruise ship. Since we had friends with us and a long drive back to Arizona ahead of us, I was worried about a long wait. However, the team made the pickup process incredibly fast and easy. The paperwork was handled efficiently, and the wait was very short. Highlights of the experience: The Car: It was exactly as advertised--clean and in great condition. They even made sure to include the Level 1 wall charging cord and the V2L adapter, which I really appreciated. The Team: Everyone was incredibly friendly. Kevin was great to work with over the phone leading up to the sale, and Ruben did an excellent job getting the car prepped and ready for the road. The Logistics: While they stayed firm on the price ($17,938.25), they were very helpful with the out-of-state logistics. They provided a one-day trip pass so I could drive back to AZ and handle the taxes and registration locally. I'm currently waiting on the title, which they've communicated should arrive by next Friday. I had one of the worst dealership experiences here, and it all came down to the finance department…read more The salesperson and I agreed on a price of $16,600, and I spent hours at the dealership providing my personal information and allowing them to run my credit. After all of that, the finance manager came in and told me that the agreement I had with the salesperson "wasn't a deal" because it wasn't on paper. Apparently, their word means nothing unless it's already signed. To make matters worse, I was already paying about $4,000 more than a very similar cargo van at the dealership next door. The salesperson convinced me to buy this one instead because they said they'd take care of a mechanical issue with the van. Once the finance manager got involved, she said they weren't going to fix it. The entire negotiation fell apart over roughly $400. Instead of trying to earn my business, I was told they weren't going to "bend over backwards" for me and that if I didn't like it, I could go buy the other van. That's exactly what I ended up doing. There were also several charges and explanations that raised red flags. I was told the lender required a pre-installed GPS, which they wanted to charge me $900 for. Then I was told that if I used one of their lenders, the vehicle price would increase because the lender charges them a fee. I've financed vehicles before and had never encountered those explanations. The finance manager's attitude made the situation even worse. Instead of listening or trying to work toward a solution, she was dismissive, argumentative, and repeatedly contradicted what had already been discussed with the salesperson. At one point, I was made to feel like I wasn't a serious buyer despite spending hours there, providing all my information, and allowing a hard credit inquiry. The salesperson actually had the deal moving in the right direction, but once finance took over, everything unraveled. I left feeling like my time had been wasted. There are plenty of dealerships in the area competing for your business. If you're looking for transparency, respect, and consistency, I'd recommend shopping around before committing to this one.

The entire process was easy and they took care of all of the paperwork.
