Sold me a Nissan with a badly scratched windshield from the metal of windshield wipers, Majid claimed it just needed to be detailed and we believed him. An old battery, a suspension problem so severe that within a short time the two front tires shredded off of the wheels. Both front bushing in the control arms torn and flailing. Engine has an oil leak. In two weeks I dumped $2300 into a 2010 car that cost me $10000. And that doesn't include the oil leak. This place will steal your money and leave you with a money pit. Saw a Suburu car on car gurus from this dealer and it stated everything works in great condition on the website and even talked to the owner on the phone before coming 35 miles away to make sure we can see the car. His lot looks like a junk yard all cars are dirty and I can tell he edited the pics of the car cuz it had nice paint on the website but when we looked at it the grill was all rusted out like it was in water for a long time? and paint coming off rails and sides of car... he said there was a 6 year old battery in the car and will have to jump it? But it turned on to his suprise then he insisted he go on the drive with us and that he will replace battery later for us... then he had me test the turbo and it sounded horrible! He said it's fine but don't know why the crazy noise even his mechanic didn't know why? Then the sunroof wasn't closing properly and tried to hide the fact it was stuttering, then worst of all the AC wasn't working and said he was willing to put freon in the AC IF we buy the car and maybe have a mechanic look at it? Huh? What is going on with this guy? Fast forward 6 years later, it's becoming a little difficult to pay for maintenance for the vehicle, it's 2023 and the car has only, 75K miles, I got it when it only had 45K so the car has not been driven a lot, or the commute has not been long. The reason I'm here is because I'm selling the car now and I am not getting the cars total worth, $5K is what I'm getting, why? Because the car has an accident in 2015, two years prior from buying the car. That didn't show up in the carfax nor the auto history, so I'm not sure how they did it, but it came up now. I get a car from this guy and the car has no oil in it, check engine light started going off as soon as we drove off. Turns out one cylinder is not even firing. We had been looking for a used car for our teenager for three months. We kept finding cars that required some work, any where from $750-1500. The cars always seemed good but when we brought it to the mechanic they found basic things, shocks, breaks etc. Ultimate Autoline had two clean cars with immaculate records. We decided on an Infinite M35. Car looked beautiful, drove great, good acceleration and good breaks. Open the hood and all the hoses were in perfect shape. We may have paid a slight premium but we saved money since we will not have to take it to the mechanic. Tires new, brake pads just replaced. I went here to get a car with my boyfriend, who was the buyer. What stood out to me was Ultimate Autoline's outstanding treatment of customers and care for the product. We had been to several dealers before this, looking for a quick car we could afford (around five-six thousand), and because of that most dealers were kind of demeaning to us or dismissive of us. If we had questions about a vehicle they seemed like they didn't know nor care about the product at all and they were kind of bothered we cared so much about a "cheap" car. Like we weren't really worth their time. This place was the opposite. Majid, the owner, helped us every step of the way, answered any concern about the car we had, and even went to check all the little things of the car one more time for his own peace of mind, even if we didn't ask about it. I think what most exemplified this was that, while my boyfriend was on the phone asking some precautionary questions to our mechanic friend, Majid drove around in the car with me to address some concerns I had with the car and so I could point out what features I was worried or wondering about. This was awesome considering I was not technically the one buying the car, and all the other dealers we visited kind of pretended I didn't exist. It was a small thing, but it made me feel like both of our opinions mattered and he was really trying to make sure we both felt okay about the car before buying. Upon arriving he had a great selection of cars, clean and well maintained office and I was immediately greeted with a smile. We took the Mini for a test drive and it was exactly as he described, zero complaints or concerns. We came back, sat down, and did the paperwork. DON'T BUY FROM THEM First off and in fairness, the owner of Ultimate Autoline, Majid, was very nice and at the time was not trying to do a hard sell to me. It was my choice to buy (only 3 months ago) what I thought was a good but definitely used 100,000 mile 2012 Fiat 500 for $5200 after tags, taxes, etc... The problems with the car were soon relevant. Less than a month in the engine light came on with a misfiring #2 cylinder which at first was repaired with new spark plugs and coils ($400). I called Majid and he said there wasn't anything he could do for me because I purchased the car "as is" - my big mistake. Then the problem seemed to go away but soon after the "check engine" light came back on. Cutting to chase after driving for 2 more months, Fiat in Glendale diagnosed the car and said that there was a required engine block rebuild to replace the #2 cylinder which would cost over $3000. This did not include the potential need for a new timing belt and new brakes. So maybe I didn't do my due diligence but the dealership sold me a bad car - a lemon which lemon laws didn't apply to. So I traded car in this lemon of a car for $1500 at Glendale Fiat to get another 2017 Fiat that is under full warranty from Fiat with only 5000 miles. I rolled the dice and lost buying from a used car lot. Ultimately, Ultimate Autoline should not have sold this car to me and a mechanical check should have been more thorough on their part. It ended up being a $4000 plus mistake which I could ill afford. I can't recommend this used car lot which cosmetically has some nice cars but they aren't willing to stand by their sold cars when they have problems soon after driving off their lot. read more
