Their interior work on my '69 VW beetle was outstanding. All I asked for was rebuild and upholstery replacement of front seats. If possible, I hoped they'd be able to reattach the carpet below the rear window. (Others tried and failed; it had been curled and crunchy for 20 years.) Now it's looking so much better than I thought it could. They even improved the integrity of the failing front compartment carpets (and removed dog hair!). Operationally, the seats were tough to move. Now they're good as new. Thank you, Abraham, for your fine work. Above and beyond expectations! My car (owned 50 years) got lots of attention at its first car show. Thanks, too, Les and Kim, for working "Eddie" into your busy schedule in time for the show. My VW convertible was vandalized by someone cutting the top open to get inside to steal it's contents. My insurance company found a repair shop in Spokane where I live, to do the repair work. Unfortunately the repair shop was not very good and they were unable to make the top work like it did before. It took them two months, and it was not put together in it's original form. I was frustrated because there was no other place in Spokane that had the knowledge for proper repair of my car top. I did some research and looked to the Seattle area and found "Convertibles Only." Wow!!! I was so impressed with their knowledge of repair and the selection of the cars that they serviced. I knew I had to take my car there. Took my 2006 Sebring to Convertibles Only for help diagnosing a leak issue after my windshield was replaced by a standard auto glass company. I had no idea at the time that this was a "specialty" repair on a convertible and was not told it was. The glass repair was done, however I had substantial leaks in the pillars along the windshield. The glass company tried to troubleshoot, and pulled the windshield and replaced again, but did not understand the leak. I called around to other glass places, interior places, etc. and finally came across CO. They were optimistic that they could find the leak, and although it was more difficult than they thought to figure it out, Jake persevered and finally got it done for me! They put more hours into this than they charged me for, which was greatly appreciated. I also had them replace a shattered rear window, and that went like clockwork. I have searched pierce county and found at least 3 places who thought they could fix my top. 2 of them tried and stopped. 3 of them said "this is more than I can take on. Finally I resorted to search Seattle and found Convertibles only. They agreed to see the car with 4 days and we waited out front while they diagnosed the car. I was pleased and surprised that they told me they could fix it and it would be done in about 3 hours. Well the work was perfect the car is perfect and I am sooo impressed I will not take my convertible bow to anyone else. In a few months they will do my seats being recovered. I just moved to Seattle from Tri-Cities. With all the rain the last two days, I have noticed water on the floorboard of my driver's side of my convertible. I went in this morning without and appointment worried it was going to be expensive to fix the problem. Les the owner was very nice and helpful. He told me it was the drains in my car that were plugged not a top problem. He fixed the problem in under 30 minutes and it cost me less then $45. I was very grateful for his expertise and help and not charging a huge amount. It pays to go to a professional...these guys are the best! Last month I had a new top installed on my Austin Healey 3000 MkIII (BJ8) by Convertibles Only. The quality of both the materials and workmanship exceeded my expectations. The job included a new top in the original English "Everflex" vinyl, dark blue on the outside and gray on the inside. The work also included repainting the steel frame and replacing the webbing and all the seals. Although I did not get a new tonneau cover, they did repaint the steel tonneau bow. The fit and appearance on the top are perfect! The job was done on the schedule promised and the personal service was excellent. read more

6+ months out? Ridiculously sky high prices compared to what others were offering. I don't know what the draw is to these guys, maybe just because they are one of the only service providers in the area. Everybody in this area seems to be a techie. We apparently have a serious lack of skilled trades or something? If you're 6+ months out... hire some more people. Jeeze. Common sense. You clearly have willing customers, but now they are turning away because nobody wants to wait 6 months. I walked for two reasons, the prices and the obscene lead time. read more

Convertibles Only replaced the top & rear window on my 1996 Mustang GT several years ago and recently repaired the convertible top on my 2001 Mustang GT and they are simply FANTASTIC, Les & Kim are just super. These guys replaced the original top on my '97 Z3 years ago. The did a great job and the beautiful new top transformed the car. Recently, the latch got jammed (my own fault) so I couldn't get the top down. I brought the car in, they spent a half hour during their lunch hour fixing it, then told me no charge.
