This is a new location which is good and bad because now i have a cookoout closer to where i live and its bad because theyre open till 4am and i will likely one night sneak out here for a late night snack lol but they are like any other cook-out. quick , easy delicious food items. this restaurant offers dine-in area. ive seen other locations with a small area to sit outside, i didnt notice one for here. it would be nice for when the weather warms up. I went close to 6 o'clock so i might have just not noticed due to it getting darker sooner. But as usual with a cook-out restaurant the drive thru was packed. this took me back to my college days when the sit in area was closed and we'd sit in my lil jeep and wait at least 10mins waiting on a cajun chicken tray with double fries lol best conversations and turn up sessions aaahh the memories lol. they do not have a double drive thru which is fine because those things are a little risky to me, cars bumping that sharp turn you gotta make to get in front of the other car (cough military location cough cough) I decided to eat in since i made the drive there. the inside was fresh and clean. the noise level was average. some families and couples came to eat in as well. they have adequate seating for small -medium size groups so if you want to bring friends/family whomever there is room, I love cook-out but have not been to one in awhile. i ordered my usual order but also noticed a new item to me at least. they were called cook-out rounds, i equate them to being fried cheese filled mini hash browns.....regardless they're pretty good lol so woot woot ! i cant wait to stop in again and try more of the cook-out rounds and to maybe explore more of the menu lol maybe read more

This store is very new. But whoever build the drive thru really messed up this store. First off its so confusing how to pay and where do you pay after ordering if your in the other lane for drive thru. I end up blocking the entire line for paying and picking up food because of not seeing the other car in front of me that wasn't done with their order. It was so embarrassing that the cashier even schooled if next time I ordered again do not drive up till the car is done. This location is terrible. We have had problems previously with speed of getting just milk shakes. This time, they got every part of our order wrong. The stuff that we did get was very sparse. For $26, the order should be right and have the right amount of food. The level of incompetence at this location is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location. Hit the Indian River location to get better food and service. read more

Probably one of the best places to get fast food burgers. The food that you get for the price, is very good. Hamburgers definitely taste like they've been cooked on the grill (versus being charbroiled). The fries are decent, as well. Their biggest downfall is the extremely poor service. Up to this point, I think Taco Bell wins in the department of ineptitude by their employees, but Cook Out is quickly catching up. Every time I go, my order is incorrect. When you get something to go, that typically means you don't have time to check behind them regarding every specific thing you've ordered, however, like Taco Bell, I'm beginning to realize that you need to check everything before you pull away. For example, I ordered a regular size cheese burger with lettuce, tomato, extra pickles, mustard and catsup. When I got home and unwrapped it, it had a drop of mustard and catsup, onions, NO cheese and a couple of pickles. Like that wasn't bad enough, I ordered chili fries for my wife. When she opened it up there were fries with cheese and NO chili! Really? Their poor service will be their undoing. I've talked about this with several friends and they all agree that this is something they really need to focus on with their employees. They've got it going on regarding the taste of their food. If you eat in, at least it's easier to go back up to the counter and get the correct order. *Best thing on the menu is their banana and hot fudge shake! A-Maz-Ing! I was thrilled when I visited this place! The chocolate/banana shake was fantastic! Then I was astounded by the grilled hamburger. Nothing but really good-tasting, solid meat. Knew I'd be returning - soon. But then when I asked my cousin to drive in and pick up an exact same order for me....It looked the same and smelled great. But after the first bite, the bun began to break into pieces. BUMMER!!! It had been put back into the freezer until needed later!! Don't mess with success! Stick with the FRESH buns! This is by far the worst location in the area within the last 6 months. Multiple times I've been told that I wasn't seen at the speaker to order. Today I sat for 13 minutes before driving to the window to get someone's attention to order. The Person at the window told me that the drive thru doesn't bigger or lifted vehicles and it's a common issue that is well known. So another day late back from lunch. We were recommended this place by a few work friends of my husband. They were raving about this place! We went through the drive through - line was a little long but nothing unbearable considering how many people were there. However when we got to the window the guy repeated our order back to us & then gave us the wrong order. Luckily I always double check before I leave so I ran inside and told them I got the wrong order. Not only did no one apologize for the mix up. They just gave me my correct order and I was on my way. I'm going to be nice about this miscommunication, I ordered bbq chicken with hush puppies and fries, I received a chicken sandwich with slaw and fries, I could barely hear or understand what she was saying to me so I assume the in return. As always the food was good. The customer service is not the best ... at all. First the lady got the order completely wrong. With something is wrong with the speakers and microphones or she just wasn't paying attention. My boyfriend has horrible reactions to pork. We got our food then pulled to the side to check it. They put bacon on both of our burgers and got the quesadillas wrong... Okay, whatever. So we pulled back to the window since we can't go inside and ask if they can do his over because he can't eat pork. Even though we both got the same exact thing the same way, I just took mine off. The girl at the window checks with other staff; she then returns to the window and ask him "can you just take it off?"‍. Like what!?
