Not very friendly service or policy. Here's the thing about giant cookie places: I never wanna pay for a giant cookie. They have mini cookies, but you can only pay by the dozen.... Regardless, my friend seemed into the ice cream sandwich, and I got a big cookie even tho I wanted a mini. It was warm so I ate the whole thing. Tasty. Not a choice id make solo tho

Unfortunately I didn't enjoy this place. The service was good and their packaging is awesome! I got the smaller cookies called plug poppers, they come in this pill bottle looking thing, they had a weird after taste that I just couldn't get past.

These cookies are fire! Soft, moist, thick and delicious. The shop is cute and the wall graffiti is beautiful. So many cookie flavors it was hard to decide. I wish they shipped to St. Louis. Customer service was good.

After discovering Cookie Plug some time ago due to the criticisms it received; it became a must visit for me because it was something fun and unique, plus I love cookies! I then began bookmarking locations in the places I typically travel to since I would likely not ever visit any of the locations in California which is where the franchise is based. I found this location after searching the yelp mobile application for the nearest one within a radius of the city of Indianapolis prior to visiting. I felt as though I was in cookie heaven upon entering because there were so many options to choose from. I took my time looking at the display of cookies because I had not ever visited a Cookie Plug location, let alone did my research beforehand. The employee was very patient with me and when I was ready, she took my order once I decided on what I wanted. Originally, I wanted to order the bump sack (4 cookies), but I figured that my sister had not ever visited Cookie Plug, so I went with the smash sack (12 fun size cookies) figuring that I would give her 6 of the fun sized cookies out of the 12 presented. And in order to make my visit to Cookie Plug worthwhile, I ordered their purple drank inside of the baby bottle rather than a cup in order for a legit experience, tehehe. I must say that out of the cookies I did not give out to my sister or mother, the snooper doodle (snickerdoodle) was my favorite. After heating it up inside of my microwave, it had the loveliest smell that loomed inside of my microwave, even minutes after eating it. It was a chewy delicious cookie seasoned with cinnamon. Yum! The pink elephant (strawberry cheesecake) was actually the first of the cookies I tried, splitting half of it with my sister. It is my second favorite after the snooper doodle (snickerdoodle). Least favorites, but still very good cookies were the purple haze (purple velvet), and the nutty og (chocolate chip walnut). Being that I had a good experience, I am very open to visiting and ordering from Cookie Plug again while visiting the city of Indianapolis. I let that be known to my mother that I would visit her again with a box of cookies from Cookie Plug. ~ Good vibes coming your way ~ Thomas G

OMG! Cookie heaven with sooooo many options. It smelled like a sugar factory, yummy! I got the ice cream cookie sandwich with the purple haze and pink elephant cookies. So good and super sweet. The cookies are so big I couldn't eat it all lol. I also got the purple haze lemonade in a bottle just because. It was ok not a big fan of the lemonade. Service was good.

Excited for Mass Ave to have a cookie spot! Loved the theme and colors and music and flavor names! The cashier was really nice and patient with us as we picked what all we wanted to try. We got the pack of minis to try and the red velvet Oreo. The red velvet Oreo in my opinion is the best one! I wish we had seen the other reviews as unfortunately I have to agree that they need to work on their flavors. They have a great set up but just need to work on the cookie! I don't like the gooey centers but my sisters do so the cookie was baked to perfection!

lol definitely a vibe walking in. Colorful choices of cookies. The best was the oatmeal cookie, and I don't really care for oatmeal like that. Allot of the cookies were underwhelming. Almost like insomnia cookies...it reminded me of. 4 stars for aesthetics. Cookies 3 stars.

Red velvet (top left), strawberry cheesecake (top right), purple velvet (bottom left), Firecracker (bottom right)

I ordered the strawberry cheesecake, purple velvet, red velvet, and firecracker and was pretty much let down. The cookies were extremely greasy (like extremelyyyyyy greasy I ended up putting an oil absorbing wipe to one of them and it was soaked). The cookies literally tasted the same. I'm pretty sure all they do is put different color dyes to make the cookies look unique from each other. I tried cutting one with a knife and it was extremely difficult because it was so hard. Looks like a hockey puck and was as hard as one too.

The cookies were ok. The two I tried weren't anything special (but I didn't try their "unique" flavors for fear of not liking them). I had gone in for the little version of cookies but they were out of all of them, every flavor. So I had to get full size, which were way too big (for me). I didn't get to try much, since I didn't want a 6pk of giant cookies lol The servers were friendly but the shop is small (don't plan on hanging around) and not wheelchair/stroller accessible) .

Burnt up NOT Dubai cookie I ordered smh

I was able to get in line and get some pastries from Beurre Sec Pastry. These are French pastries…read morethat are even more beautiful in person than the pictures I've seen. Yes, these are quite a bit pricer that's for sure. People were buying one of everything in line. I was like wow! Some Items the combinations of flavors didn't appeal to me. I love tiramisu and pecan pie so I got them both. One suggestion I would have is to have utensils and napkins at the table for people to use. The pastries I bought are really temperature sensitive and need to be kept cold. Both had a cream - mousse inside. They wouldn't last long only a day or to the next. I loved the pecan item I ordered. It was great! The tiramisu one I wouldn't order again. The bottom flakey part was so bitter. I love coffee and expresso and tiramisu. But, the whole thing just wasn't what I thought it would taste like. Now I know. :-( Creamy, sweet, smooth, with a kick of coffee all come together to make a great tiramisu. This is what most people love about it. I don't know if they are planning on opening a store or not. The pop ups are doing well it seems. I will try other items whenever I can get to one of the pop ups.

I took a few friends so we could…read moretry more of the pastries and I'm so thankful I did -- the line was wrapped around the corner 30 minutes before the event had started, and when it did, people were spilling out with BOXES of pastries. What went from ordering 1 pastry each turned into 8 total.. and we regret nothing. The Tiramisu Danish was exactly as I had hoped for! The bitter taste of espresso paired with the sweet mascarpone cream filling reminded me of the holidays when I would watch my mom make tiramisu for our family. While a lot of people prefer a sweeter espresso, I thought this was perfect and very true to a traditional tiramisu taste The Pear Kouglof reminded me of a fresh yeast donut that's been tossed in sugar This was a very kid-friendly pastry in taste and while I wasn't too blown away by it, it did make me wonder if I would have preferred it with a stronger, more potent, fruit. The Cherry Basque Cheesecake -- this pastry was the house favorite. The texture of this cheesecake was creamy, but somehow still spongey.. cakey, but more like pudding. Mix that with the juiciest sour cherries and the crunch of a biscoff crust.. mind blown was an understatement. We're looking forward to what Beurre Sec has planned for their next pop-up

This one is good for grab and go, unless it's nice out and then you can enjoy seating located out front. Service is friendly here. The workers are always up to answering any of my questions. They told me the olive bread is only sold on Wednesdays. I've never had it, but it sounds good. The bread I love is the focaccia. They sell it in a square loaf for $5. I like to eat this bread plain, with cheese, or make a sandwich with it. I also purchased a chocolate croissant (I love me a good chocolate croissant) and it was so flaky, buttery, and filling, very delicious. I warmed it up a bit at home and enjoyed every bite of it. Ive had a coffee from here and it was good, coffee and bread is a great combination. To get here, you have to find street parking as they don't have a parking lot. I usually find a side street to park at that doesn't charge.

They've got a ton of stuff from bars, sweets, pastries, and even popcorn. Easy to get distracted. Staff was really nice and helped me find what I was looking for. I ordered the hot chocolate... just one sip and wow, I already knew. This jumped straight to the number one spot for me. Best hot chocolate I've had in the States, no question. The flavor was deep and full. You get those darker, slightly nutty notes right away, then it settles into this smooth, creamy finish that just stays with you. Every sip hits the same, and it just keeps pulling you back in. The whipped cream on top melts right into it and adds a little extra sweetness without taking away from the chocolate. The whole drink felt like an experience. I even asked how they make it and found out they use actual chocolate bars... makes sense. 100% worth it. And definitely be coming back for more.

We got a little assortment of goodies which included candied blueberries, candied cherries, old fashioned toffee bars and dark chocolate covered citrus peels. The blueberries were the perfect pop of fruitiness. Who knew such a little thing could have so much flavor and put a huge smile on your face. The cherries were tart and sweet and so delectable. The chocolate covered citrus pill was the perfect flavor combination. I love orange and chocolate. It was such a treat to go there. The service was great.
