I visited here on 7/3/26 and it was already confusing because you couldn't smell sugar or cinnamon but something was clearly baking in the oven. I got 2 single cookies, a snickerdoodle (aka Snooperdoodle) and a chocolate chip (aka OG). These cookies were absolutely terrible with an indistinguishable flavor and a texture akin to softened cardboard. Their unique combination of "part cookie, part cake, part brownie" did not even seem edible. To top it all off, they gave it to me in a bag that said "Doggy style" on the front and "human grade dog food" on the back. When calling to confirm that these were actually cookies made for humans, they said that I was just given the wrong packaging which was only somewhat reassuring. Still, with only one kitchen visible, I'm left wondering how human cookies and dog cookies are made safely in the same space. Overall, it is an experience I hope to never repeat with "food" that I never hope to taste again.

GETTING HERE: Located in Oxnard in the Walmart shopping center on Rose. They are located where the GNC used to be. REVIEW: I love it here! IMO these cookies are better tasting than Crumbl! Cookie Plug came up on here and on my Instagram and I knew that I needed to try them out to be able to make a comparison. Thankfully I came and they did not have a huge line, but let's be honest, I would've waited even if the line was out the door. :-) I ordered a four pack and loved every cookie that I got. The taste and the texture is their claim to fame. I don't know how to describe the difference; more cake-like/brownie texture and not as sweet, which I prefer. Good customer service on this visit and loved the decor inside. #Oxnard I bought a few stickers because I want to rep their small business, and plus I love stickers lol! I very much recommend x 1000!

A welcome addition for cookie lovers! Located in that giant plaza so there's decent parking even with a small walk on busier times. Decently sized store with enough space inside to wait and a pretty large selection of cookies. The presentation needs work because the cookies and signs are displayed in a line rather than a condensed set up so you'll have to side step to read everything but it's no big deal. The interior is hip-hop themed with classics playing and graffiti wallpaper as decor. I walked out with four cookies: the OG, Cookie Cookie, Crunch Nugget and the Firecracker! All were delicious but I'd say the firecracker was the weakest. It's supposed to be a s'mores theme but it only had melted marshmallow in the middle but only on top. Not too much chocolate to go with it so it was kind of plain compared to the other three. I was still very happy and shared with my wife until the next day. If you like a cookie with a satisfying almost crunchy outer shell with a soft interior then this is for you! It doesn't overload you like a crumbl cookie and I like that it comes in a bag instead of a box. Customer service was friendly and to the point so I count that as a plus. I'll definitely be returning!

The spot is doing their thing and doing a great job at it. Friendly and engaging staff, bright and clean storefront, offering up samples and a lot of flavors. We tried the s'mores and sugar cookie and they are large and in charge. Thick, gooey and have some fun simple drinks like lemonade or Kool-Aid . I have to be honest though it's not for me but I have a sensitive stomach and the gooeyness doesn't work for me. Also, and mainly my issue: it's kind of odd to me to be celebrating "the plug" and the other nods to this whole thing with the "purple drank" with baby bottles and double styrofoam cups/presentation- I get it, it's fun and I may be taking it too seriously, but it makes me a little uncomfy when I got my kids! Perhaps my mom and community conscious side is a little too loud for this one. Okay thanks bye

    7 pack one missing lol

Best thing: Charming employees, outstanding service and vibes. It's a cute and clean shop, funky interior. The cookies were really good. Huge, heavy and thick, like Crumbl style, but actually taste really good (unlike Crumbl which I can't stand). This isn't my favorite style of cookie. I prefer a thinner, smaller, more standard size, but these were super tasty and I was surprised how much I loved the consistency. The packaging and branding are great. Would make a nice gift. I thought it was a good price point for the size and quality of the cookies.

I was very excited for these cookies but man I didn't like them at all. They all tasted undercooked and chewy some tasted over cooked and under cooked at the same time. The prices were real inexpensive though.

I went during their preopening and I like their cookies. I recommend getting a sampler (Plug Poppers) during your first visit. The cookies I got were Strawberry Cheesecake (Pink Elephant), OG Chocolate Chip Cookie, Red Velvet Cookie, (Good Luv), Sugar Cookie, (Pixie Junkie) and S'mores (Firecracker) Cookie. The cookies are pricy for a college student, but are all soft, thick, and gooey like how I am alone in my room.

I came here the other day and was disappointed. The cookies are not good taste weird and are mushy, not good quality. The girl with the bangs was also rude, i gave her 20 and didn't get change back and had attitude when i asked her and I only carry 20s and didn't wanna make a scene.

From left to right: OG, Purple Haze, Pixie, Crunch Nugget, Oh Snap, Firecracker, Cookie Cookie, Azúcar Blanca. The last 4 are duplicates

These cookies were nasty I feel like I wasted my money on them, the ones I got were raw in the middle and greasy

The cookies were big and the edges were crunchy. To me the cookies were undercooked almost raw in the middle.

I love their pastries, but the recent price increases do make them a luxury item. Kouign Amann are my fave, but any of their croissants are also great. I haven't really tried their drinks. Had a Hot chocolate at the Camarillo location, and they even had a little latte art in the milk foam. A beautiful space to enjoy, but pricey overall. Service is usually fine, not overly friendly but that is also due to being so busy that they need to move the lines quickly and efficiently. At Camarillo, the server was much more talkative and friendly because it wasn't crowded when I went.

Served with a warmed goat cheese crostini. No mention of melons it had a few slivers of strawberries. Overall taste not very good. Had my mom try it too she was unimpressed. She had the chicken salad. She said it was just chicken with mayo. The croissant was dry. The iced tea tasted like coffee unfortunately. The gentleman that delivered our food just plopped the plates down and walked away. No gluten free options only macaroons! First time at this location normally go to Camarillo and TO so I was expecting the same great food and service. There was a napkin on the ground directly under our table. The ledge by window was dirty! Just disappointing!

From the outside, it honestly looks like just a Mexican bakery, but it's so much more than that. As you walk in, the coffee shop is right at the entrance with a couple of tables, a beautiful mirror, and some side seating. I do wish the aesthetic was a bit more "picture-worthy," but it's still a nice space overall. When I went (Saturday morning), it was PACKED. To the right, you have the bakery section and omg... it smells amazing. They have all kinds of Mexican pan dulce and fresh cookies--so hard to choose! Now let's talk about the drinks We ordered their special, the Baby Milo, and WOW--I was obsessed. Not only was it delicious, but it was also beautifully presented. I also tried the strawberry matcha, and let me just say... I am NOT a matcha girl, but this drink completely changed my mind. It was creamy, smooth, and didn't have that strong grassy taste at all (which I loved). Of course, I had to get my usual: a sugar-free vanilla oat latte, and it did not disappoint. Super creamy, flavorful, and just perfect. From the bakery, I picked up their walnut powdered cookies, and you could immediately taste how fresh they were. They literally melted in your mouth. I was so sad they only came with five Overall, such a great experience. Amazing drinks, fresh pastries, and definitely worth the hype. I would 100% recommend this spot to anyone!
