No disrespect to Oregon, however, I'm from California and I find that the quality of flowers in Oregon are not to my standard. Many dispensaries sell what they produce and it's not always the best quality (regardless of THC %, which I find to be the most inaccurate way to determine quality or strength of a strain. I can always count on Cookies to provide the best quality flowers, and I've been to locations in a few different states. Their own products are also of great quality. Had a bad experience with one of the employees here ( black tall guy ). Very unprofessional and lacking any sense of customer service. He acted like he owned the place, which was really off-putting. The flower selection isn't great either--RUNTZ is the only one that's consistently fresh, while the rest seems old. This is why I stopped coming to this location. I'd rather pay more somewhere else and be treated well by staff who actually care about customers. read more

Not Good Had a pretty bad experience with the customer service here. The tall black guy who helped me was rude and didn't seem interested in actually helping. I get that everyone has off days, but it felt like he didn't care about the customers at all. But it was not the first time. Honestly, I'd rather take my business somewhere else where the staff is more friendly and welcoming. When you first walk in you're greeted by a very friendly security guard named Dave! Quick little, "hey, hello!" Cookies has a good range of edibles, which is typically what I go for and at a really good price! Go on the weekends though, some of the edibles are on sale! I know they have other sales throughout the week/weekend as well. I go to this specific location because of Salina and the other bud-tenders, Jaylyn and Kilo. I can't tell you how fun and lively these people are! Always making you laugh or smile and really make you feel good about what your buying. Cookies is becoming across the country and world as one of the top premier cannabis and clothing lines. The opening of a location in Oregon after much wait has given excitement to the area. There are only a few things I believe that could improve this location: more apparel/clothing options, TV/Digital menus in the store and a few more options of it's own brand name strains. With how legendary the clothing line has become in various cultures, a large selection would bring more shoppers for both it's apparel AND its cannabis options as well. Digital displays of the menu within the store could help simplify some of the questions a lot of shoppers have that the staff seem to not have the answers to at some times. They have been stocking with SOME of their well known strains, however they keep restocking with the same ones without providing others to spice up the choices. Overall their selection will meet the needs of most shoppers, but for those dedicated Cookies loyal fans, they leave some room for improvement.
