I let him know your posted hours say 11 and even offered to show him on Apple Maps since I'm not from the area. He insisted the hours online were correct, while simultaneously telling me you close at 10:55... which makes zero sense. When I tried to show him, he got dismissive and rude like I was the problem. If your hours are wrong, fix them. If they're right, then follow them. Either way, the attitude was unacceptable, completely unprofessional, unhelpful, and just straight-up lazy customer service.
