Lynn (sp?) is by far the best budtender I've ever had. She's always kind, educational and passionate about finding the right fit for you. Give Lynn a raise! The only reason for 4stars: there have been some other younger hires lately and they have been very rude or unhelpful. There's a guy that was super rude at the walk-up/pick-up window. She kept staring at me so I walked over there asked her about a product. She told me they were out. I simply asked her. Are you sure they are out? Always liked this place, but everytime I got a liquid gold cart from this place, about halfway through the cart, all the wax starts coming out of the mouthpiece. I've prolly lost a quarter of my pen due to it just coming out in globs, which makes a mess, gets stuck to my lip and makes everything sticky. After the 4th one doing this I figured it wasn't just luck, so I called them and explained the situation. I came in to check in and as I waited I witnessed a customer getting insulted in front of other people.
