Lynn (sp?) is by far the best budtender I've ever had. She's always kind, educational and passionate about finding the right fit for you. Give Lynn a raise! The only reason for 4stars: there have been some other younger hires lately and they have been very rude or unhelpful. There's a guy that was super rude at the walk-up/pick-up window. Never mentioned all my points I had accrued and when the mgr came to correct the transaction, she SHORTED ME $20 & then sent me on my way. The bud tenders are short with you, uninterested in the customer's wants and needs, their menu prices online do not match the prices when you go to pick up in store. The quality of medicine I received was not good at all. It didn't help with anything, the taste was horrible. There were no recommendations made based on what I asked for. For a lot of people this is really our medicine and to have to pay the amount of money we spend we should get excellent service and quality meds with a smile.
