The Pho broth was actually pretty good. Although they really need to work on staffing and customer service. One person on a Friday night serving, bussing tables and taking orders doesn't cut it. They've lost me as a customer. Upon calling to place my order, the man was extremely impatient & even told me they're really busy. But he proceeded to take my order with attitude, huffing & puffing. He told me 10-15 mins. My husband and I concluded that they either had given our food away or just not made it bc when he arrived (15 mins later), he waited an additional 20 mins for the food. And do you think the order was correct? NOPE. Completely off. They got the egg rolls right but neither of the two entrees we ordered. I called them back twice, and it rang and rang until voicemail. By this time I was hangry. I decided to try one of the incorrect entrees and the shrimp was disgusting with a very odd flavor. We debated going and getting our money back for at least the one entree that we didn't touch but figured they probably will not accommodate us. Worst experience. read more

My family and I have been coming here since it opened. We've been happy with the overall taste of the food. Service is on par with all other pho places. You don't get pho for great service. Anyhow, last night was our last night. I observed the main server with cold symptoms and he started sneezing. He grabbed a napkin and proceeded to wipe his nose several times. Each time he wiped, he would fold over the napkin but not before examining his nasal discharge. He kept doing it this for a minute before the cook rang the bell. He wiped his nose a few times more and, mind you, the napkin is now small and tiny from folding it over many times. He throws the napkin away and immediately proceeds to pick up the bowl of pho and hand it to a nearby customer. My family and I had already finished eating but were so grossed out by this scene. I work at Newport Beach and I have eaten at their first location for lunch often enough, and I find it amusing that they opened up here in Fullerton a block from where I live. So I can have both lunch and dinner at both locations! In Newport I find that they are one of the very few restaurants that really know how to make a good Pho and the quality has not changed at the new place. read more

Tried out this new place. Came in on a Sunday around 3pm and place was empty. Food came out quick. Regular size seemed smaller portion than other Pho places. Broth seemed greasy as I could see fat floating on top, ordered Pho Filet so should of been no grease. It was good basic Pho. read more

The food here is very good and the prices are reasonable. We've eaten here twice since they opened, as it's very kid friendly and convenient. I'm partial to Bun, and the lemongrass beef bun with onion and peppers, while spicy, was very tasty. My husband had had the Pho Ga and Pho Filet, and both were good with flavorful broth. This probably one of the worst Pho Restaurants I have eaten at in a long time. Tables are messy, with zero tending to. The Chicken in the Pho was dry, the dumplings came out cold and to boot, I watched a server reuse the bean sprouts for another table. Unbelievable!! I'm really not one to give a bad review unless they really deserve it. I grew up in the restaurant business so I am pretty lax when it comes to less than stellar service because I usually can understand the circumstances causing the bad service but not for this place. I've been there twice, both times the servers were very rude, and even condescending. One guy didn't even try to hide their annoyance when our table didn't know what dish "number 42" was on the menu when he brought the plat to our table. First of all I never write reviews on yelp, I usually only read to find a good place to eat. As always there's some stinkers and some winners, this experience was so bad I had to leave my 2 cents. The first night we went about 45min before closing and were told that they were only doing takeout. That's ok but would have been nice to see on the website before hand, and most restaurants in my experience will serve you up until ten maybe 20 min beforehand. So we came back the next night because it had four stars on yelp. I ordered the chicken "pho". I say it like that because I have had pho many times and have never had humongous pieces of broccoli in my pho. That would have been fine if my soup had been hot...not lukewarm and if the chicken had not been like rubber. Seemed like the chicken was cooked,frozen, sliced against the grain then put into the soup. My husband ordered the ox tail pho. His was hot at least but the whole bone was just plopped into his soup, every other place he has had ox tail they take the meat off the bone or it's at least an option, the meat "should" fall off the bone but he had to tear at it. There was random peanuts floating around in it too, he didn't see that as an ingredient on the menu(it's on there), we have never had peanuts in pho, seemed odd. They also were out of the all the milk tea listed on the menu. Kinda a bummer when looking forward to a bubble tea all night. The other people sitting next to us were exchanging looks and unhappily talking about they're food too. Over all the food lacked flavor. Service was decent, they could tell we were unhappy, But after fighting crowds at Disney all day we didn't have the energy to even say anything about the food quality, plus everyone has a different "style" of pho? This experience made us value our pho restaurants at home, if this passes for "4" stars in California you should try Seattle Pho restaurants they'll blow your mind. read more

Probably one of the best if not the best Pho places in Fullerton and North Orange County. Service was great and FAST. Food came out literally within 15min tops. My family ordered, egg rolls, spring rolls, filet pho, and white meat chicken pho everything was quality. The spring rolls were by far the best I have ever had. Have no idea what's going on with the workers at this place lately, maybe they need to get more sleep or drink some coffee but I ordered the shaken house beef from here using door dash and they forgot to give me the white rice that comes with it twice. I have no idea how they can forget that. As a vietnamese person, eating shaken beef with white rice is essential.
