Noodle Steet's signature spicy noodle with beef shank is not for the faint of heart. Even as someone who enjoys spicy food, this bowl is spicy enough to make my nose run! The broth is sooo rich and delicious! My base is always go with the thick cut noodle, which is thicker than your typical noodle and has a wonderfully chewy texture. One of the highlights is watching the chef hand-cut the noodles right in front of you with a knife, adding a bit of an INFORMAL dinner-and-a-show to the experience. this place is so so good! was looking for something around the area and I stumbled upon this. I got their signature beef noodle and I added an egg & it was so delicious, portion was literally huge, the picture doesn't do it justice and it came out super quick. On a Wednesday night, it gets fairly busy quick but it has indoor and outdoor seatings so plenty of room. Menu is small compares to DTF and Mama Lu's, focus is more on their hand-pulled noodles more than dumplings. Had their Dan Dan, Spicy Wontons, Cucumber salad, XLBs, and String beans - I would say the flavor was pretty decent; however, their spicy level was mediocre. Food: I always get the spicy beef noodle soup with knife cut noodles for the chewiest noodles. SO GOOD! The beef noodle came with large, tender chunks of beef, some kale, lots of soup, and of course the knife cut noodles. I feel like the portion is pretty decent and I finished all my noodles and took the soup and some beef home to add my own noodles. The knife cut noodles aren't as easy to take so I try to finish it. Previously I've also had beef roll pancake which was pretty good. My friend got the signature rice noodle soup since it was gluten free and he enjoyed it! He ended up getting some rice on the side to eat with the rest of the soup. Service was great! Staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient. I could tell they were well trained and constantly filled our waters and proactively gave up napkins. When asking for the check and to go boxes, the gentleman packed it up for me since it was a big bowl of soup. I really appreciated that! They also offered to give me a big while was helpful. I love eating at this restaurant. Although there are other locations, this was my first time at the Fullerton location. They have a decent dining area and a great view of the workers making their signature hand stretched noodles. I ordered the spicy beef noodle and it was full of flavor, packed with nice heat, and decent chunks of meat. Their noodles were soft and chewy which gave a nice texture with the meat. The staff was friendly and they were really efficient. One worker would come by and refill our water glasses without us having to flag them down and request it. That shows the attentiveness of these workers. I would come back to the Fullerton location when I'm back in the OC. read more

Amazing noodles. We love the create your own stir fry. Our go to is the triangle cut noodles with chicken, green peppers, onion, and zucchini. Also got a small bowl of white rice which was so yummy. Overall the quality and quantity of food here is really good. They are pet friendly (with outside seating) which is nice. They get really busy in the evenings especially on the weekends. Service is really good and they're popular for their hand pulled noodles that you can see while you eat. We enjoyed that they offer a wide selections from different soups to fried rice to dumplings. Prices are fairly priced as well. The only downside is this is a really busy plaza and parking can be a bit of a pain to find when it gets busy. We mostly eat in the restaurant and have also taken out. Eating in is a little better since the food is sooooo freshhhh. Our order is usually Signature Beef Noodle with standard round noodles (you can pick between four options), Soup Dumplings (be careful it's hot soup inside), and Create Your Own Stir Fry (Knife cut noodles, shrimp, tofu, onion, shiitake mushrooms, and zucchini. It's clean inside, nice ambiance, and you can watch the chefs make your dish fresh and watch them make the homemade noodles through the kitchen glass. My favorite meal of 2025 thus far... which I know may not be saying much but every dish we ordered was so good. The standout dish was undoubtedly the beef roll. It deserves a medal of honor for the crispy pancake and flavorful beef drizzled in sauce. If you order any noodle dish, I urge you to try the hand-pulled noodles.
