Eventually, a staff member brought in ice, so we were lucky for that! I waited for my drink which took about 7 minutes. When I heard my drink get called, another patron actually took my milk tea and started drinking it. Although I had placed an order before them, I assumed it might not have been mine. The bobarista looked at me with wide eyes and asked me what I had ordered. We realized that the person absolutely grabbed the wrong beverage. Instead of making it a big deal, the bobarista decided to make me a new one. This automatically made the service excellent; she had quick problem solving skills and figured out what had happened. In addition, my milk tea was delicious. I had ordered their cookies and cream milk tea. It had Oreo and cookie bits with foam at the top. Their boba was also perfectly sweet with a great consistency. The place itself was very clean, and the staff are helpful when ordering or they double check if there is an issue with your order. The quality is so much better and smoother than some other places in the area, and I appreciate how customizable the sugar, ice, and toppings are. Would definitely return!
