The meat was flavorful and tender, the shrimp was grilled perfectly, and the egg had a soft yolk that tied the whole dish together. It tasted exactly like the authentic Vietnamese food I grew up eating with my family. Every bite brought back memories of home. The cherry on top was finding out that the restaurant is family-owned and operated. When I visited, it was a father and son working together, helping customers and running the restaurant with genuine care. You can tell they take pride in both their food and their service.
