Fred came in an emergency situation in which our evaporator died. With us knowing nothing about HVAC, he could have easily manipulated us into buying a whole new system but gave us the real solution. I live in Los Angeles and called Fred on Labor Day 2020. He answered and scheduled an appointment to come out that afternoon. One of the fuses was blown. He replaced them both. Tested other parts and replaced the capacitor that was not up to par (preventing future problems). Everything is working fine. Fred also took photos of labels on the units and emailed them to me along with his invoice which was quite reasonable (he could have charged more because of the holiday but he didn't). EXCEPTIONAL Sevice and professionalism. Fred was very punctual. He arrived every day on time and stayed long hours when he worked on installing a 3 way splitter unit and he also fixed the broken duct work in our attic that was smashed from the cable guy when he installed on our internet. He is VERY clean in his work areas and hardly took a break. He got us the best deal for the units and they work perfectly (no leaks, no noise and no rattling sounds). The way he engineered the mounting of the units by minimizing the visibility of the hoses and flushing the units in the best areas of our rooms was beyond par. At the end of his project, I asked him to service our existing AC unit and now that also puts out super cold air and the airflow is so strong since he removed all the layers of dust and whatever it was. I would STRONGLY recommend Fred and his company; honest person who has a passion for what he does so no stone is left unturned. He threw in a some things that he found that needed replacement during the service and didn't charge us. Just shows the kind of person and company they are. Not out to nickel and dime their customers. I already referred them to my best fiends home where she received an estimate from another AC guy a few months ago telling her that she needed a new unit and they couldn't fix her problem. Well, after Fred was done with our project, he stopped by her place since it's just down the street and he was able to get her unit up and running with a few minor things that needed replacement and added refrigerant.
