She was so patient, attentive, and gentle throughout his cleaning, talking him through every step to help him feel comfortable. She truly went above and beyond by sending him home with hygiene gifts to encourage healthy brushing habits, along with balloons and stickers. She even blew bubbles for him as we were leaving, which made the entire experience so magical and memorable for him. Dr. Padmani was equally wonderful. And in both cases, Dr. Lee has recommended pretty extreme treatment options. On both occasions we got a total of 3 pediatric dentist opinions, and both times Dr. Lee's recommendations were out of left field. I appreciated her taking the time to see him, but I didn't appreciate her scaring us, and our kid, into thinking he needed a crown on a baby tooth. Thankfully the office staff were kind but it was very crowded in the office. The chairs that the kids sat in were all pretty close together. So there wasn't much privacy between the doc and the patient, since the patient next to us could hear everything. Not to mention, the treatments Dr. Lee recommended supposedly needed to be done right away, but when we asked the front office what days they had available, they said they couldn't fit him in until July. The staff and the dental professionals were all kind, but I'm afraid this just isn't the office for us.

For all our appointments, we have always been on time. Yet, we consistently have had to wait extended periods of time (30-60 minutes) to be seen. One time, we had to wait while a friend of an employee had all their kids being evaluated. The last straw was our appointment being cancelled automatically without confirmation. They send confirmation for appointments via text two days prior to the appointment. I overlooked it as I was in meetings all day and forgot to get back to it. Well, they automatically cancelled it because I did not respond to the text. No follow up text asking to confirm or appointment would be cancelled, no information on the first text stating no response would yield a cancellation, just the cancellation and appointment given to another patient. Would make more sense to do this with patients which are not ever on time or are no shows, yet that doesn't seem to be the case. To the person who complained yesterday. The other patient likely came anyway after the appointment was automatically cancelled without them realizing, because well, what other place does that? Never coming back here again. We are busy parents and we need reliable timely service.

The receptionists are warm and friendly. We never wait long to be seen. Consultations are thorough and we always leave with a clear plan for taking care of the little teeth we have growing. For kids, they have televisions on the ceiling. Come on! Where was this when I was a kid?!? My children are always asking when we are installing ceiling TVs at home. Sorry, not happening. The first time when we came here, my daughter was scared and brought her stuffed animal for comfort. The dentist gave the stuffy an "exam" too, just to make her feel more comfortable. Remembering that kindness still hits me in the feels. These professionals clearly work with kids because they enjoy it. We gave it a chance for 3 cleanings but after so many complaints from my kids, we had to leave. I also didn't like that on the first day, I felt sucked into writing a 5-Star Google review for them for "free" gifts (basically cheap trinkets).
