My kids have been patients here for over 10 years and I will say that the customer service has gone down drastically. Walking up to the counter while my son was finished and the receptionist is on her cellphone, I'm asking my son a question looks up and says she's working on his chart but is on her phone. Then I go to ask my son if he has any cavities and how it went and she involves her self in my conversation and I told her I wasn't asking her and I didn't appreciate that. Then goes to say she is working on his chart but still browsing her phone. I can say my kids have enjoyed coming here but the service from receptionist isn't the greatest. read more

The way the staff handled young patients was shocking. Kids were restrained in a way that was frightening and unnecessary. The atmosphere was tense and hostile, not gentle or reassuring like you would expect from a pediatric dental office. I watched children cry in fear, and instead of offering comfort, the staff pushed forward in ways that could traumatize them for years. This is not just a bad experience--it's a dangerous one. No child should be tied down or treated like this in a place that claims to specialize in children's dental care. It felt more like a place focused on rushing through procedures at any cost rather than making sure the children are okay. In my opinion, this office should not be allowed to remain open until a full investigation is done. A health inspector and appropriate authorities need to look into their practices immediately. Parents deserve to know the truth about what happens here before trusting this office with their children's care. If you care about your child's emotional well-being and safety, please do not take them here. Came earlier to my brothers appointment at 9am his appointment was 930am. We arrived and he went to check in. I stayed in the car because it was a standard procedure for his braces. I get a call from my brother almost 11am thinking he was looking for me in the parking lot. NOPE! He said they hadn't even STARTED. I went inside to ask why and what was going on. They said he needs 30mins. I asked to BEGIN or to FINISH. They said to finish. I was like he just called me stating you guys didn't even start. Receptionist told me you want to talk to the manager... & I said yes I don't know what the issue is. She told me go around, didn't even open the door was waiting there and until I pushed the door open and she pointed one way and literally took me to my brother didn't say anything else. This is a late and overdue review, mostly a thank you I never said to the dentist and staff at All Children's Dental. My son's first dental visit was at your office and of course as any two year old he was terrified and screamed bloody murder. However your staff and Dentist were wonderful. They were so patient with him, they took the time to sooth him (and me), they were only able to do a visual exam and thank goodnesses he did not need anything. It is just now that i work in the field and see firsthand cases where dentist just give up on anxious toddlers and refer them out to specialty (GA tx) that i understand how awesome you guys were. Bad experienced here! Bad customer services! All they need is money and nothing else. Look like they don't care about you have an appointment or not, they still let you wait at least 1hrs with your appointment. Last 2 visit times, they asked us to pay $100/time for nitrous oxide to make my child felt relaxed for the dentist easily do the treatments on him. Before they started, they asked us to wait outside and let him inside alone. We were okay with that, but just around 5-10mins they called us in and let us know the dentist didn't want to spend time to treat his teeth. The dentist said it looked harder than her thoughts!!!! Wth!! Guess what next, She preferred a specialist for it but she also said the specialist doesn't like to work with kids! Was the lady talking who is a dentist? Took for my wife and I to really complain and that is when they actually took my kids in. One of my kids was already in the op room and they decided to kick her out and put her back into wait lobby because they had another customer complaining about the appt. I have been taking my children here for years. The staff is very friendly, they can always accommodate my schedule changes and get my kids in at the same time. The girls are wonderful with my 4 yr old. They really make her feel safe and comfortable when they are taking xrays. There is a play area for the kids that has an activity block, a tv which is usually playing a movie AND Mario Kart!!!! Adults can relax and play some video games while waiting for the kidos. Overall i would recommend All Children's dental because they really know how to make The kids feel comfortable here while doing a great job. read more

I have brought my son Here since he was Only 6 months old and I was happy. The staff has always been rude and not too informative but I kind of like that they made this office look fun for the kids. The reason why I'm only giving this place two stars is because it's dirty, I started to noticing that in the waiting area all the toys, chairs, and tables are dirty and the restrooms smelled bad. When they called us to take X-rays and gave us a room I noticed a bottle of chocolate syrup on the table! Really?????? I had no choice to go to this place because of HMO unfortunately. Doctor herself is nice and get the job done. However, second time I went she let her assistance did the filling, and she basically messed up by teeth, filling feels sharp and pointy in between the teeth, and I kept telling her where was it and she keeps ignoring. I highly would not recommend visiting this office. First of all when you walk in it smells like pee. Secondly their staff not all of them are very unprofessional. With the exception of a Spanish lady who has like reddish curly hair. Sorry I don't know her name but the rest of the staff is completely rude. My husband visited this office this weekend with my children and he was baffled by the behavior of a receptionist lady. I believe her name is Vicky. She works in the front she is an Asian lady and she was extremely unprofessional and rude and was being a witch with the capital b to the poor Spanish lady that was working with her. To top it off after that I saw her on the phone and she was sitting there talking smack or s h i t about the poor Spanish lady right in front of her face in Vietnamese. The funny and sad part about that is my husband understands Vietnamese and he was completely appalled at what she was talking about. Again that lady if it were my business would not have a job anymore. In the industry of customer service dental any type of industry when you work with people people need to learn to keep their mouth shut especially in the presence of customers and or patients. So sadly for the owners of these this dental office they're going to lose a lot of business. Rightfully so. If they do not do something about that girl.
