I was being charged for a procedure I never had done, and I was gaslighted when I asked for any bill, break down of the cost, or even explanation over the amount I originally owed. Each email contained a different person responding with a different amount, and then the only document they had on file with my signature was from over 2 years ago, for a bill I had already paid. I was left on hold for over 45 minutes, and once the staff member got back to me, she would repeatedly state that her computer closed the tab on my account and she needed to go back in and open it, which resulted in another 10 minutes of being on hold each time! It seemed intentionally designed to get me to hang up. I usually disregard online reviews as a place for extreme opinions, but this was honestly absurd. If I had not stood my ground, I would be paying over 5k for a procedure I never had done, or needed had I not been paying attention. Stay away!

From my first meeting with Dr. Han, I could tell I was in great hands. He is professional, caring, and truly passionate about what he does. The entire process was smooth, from insurance to monthly payments everything was explained clearly and handled easily. What really stands out, though, is the level of care. Every single visit, I was welcomed with a smile and genuine conversation. Being asked how my day was and actually feeling like they cared made the office feel like home. Dr. Han, you are truly great at your profession, and the team you have beside you is just as amazing. I can honestly say the experience was refreshingly good compared to other ortho consults I've had. Dr. Pesh's time is valuable, and I was surprised that he spent the amount of time with me that he did- examining my jaws, teeth, x ray, the pictures from earlier in the consult and answering all of my follow up questions. I really appreciated his honest and detailed insights. Get this - he didn't want to know what other orthos said until AFTER his own evaluation. What a champ! You can tell he's a sharp guy who is level-headed and wants the best for the patient. His staff exceeded my expectations for professionalism, cleanliness and kindness. There was a nice blonde lady who performed the first part of the consult and she was so kind, clean and professional. There was also the dark haired lady who I believe was the treatment coordinator and she was very kind and professional as well. None of them, including Dr Pesh, were pushy at all. In the end, we both chose not to pursue the treatment, because for me, cutting bone / surgery wasn't on my wishlist - and he agreed. He could have easily sold me some Invisalign or something but I wouldn't have really seen the changes I wanted after treatment and he was totally honest about it. Thank you for your time Dr. Pesh.
