Here are some updated pictures. The staff at Smile Creator are very friendly. They greet us all warmly and even have a small café at the front in case clients are thirsty. Plus, they give everyone a welcome bag. The Patient Coordinator at the front desk, Debora, gave us a quick tour, which was very kind. It made us all feel at home. The patient coordinator, Deborah, is here again. We arrived feeling tired, so they offered us some coffee, and the Thanksgiving tree is up. It makes us feel at home. I got my teeth cleaned, and my dental hygienist, Chelsea, handled my teeth with care. Also, every time I visit, they give me a little gift bag . My middle child was seen here today. It was a smooth check-up. All my family members are seen here. On 6/8/26, Dr. Kim was treating my son with the utmost care.

They keep sending me bills in the mail to pay another $108 after I already paid $430 the day of my visit (220 more than what the insurance said I was supposed to pay) they said delta refused to pay for the sealants and then they claim delta only partially paid so I have to pay the rest. Despite this, the office refused to provide the scheduled service unless we agreed to this fabricated fee. They tried to negotiate by saying they would 'waive it this time' but insisted we would have to pay it at the next visit. We refused to agree to a made-up charge. It is incredibly unprofessional to confirm insurance over the phone and then ambush parents with unverified fees at the front desk. Save yourself the headache and find an honest, transparent dentist who actually understands how to bill insurance correctly.

I have been looking for another dentist that takes my insurance but the few local ones I have called don't take my insurance, so I decided to give this place another shot. The reasons I didn't want to come back were because of the dentist and because this office would not stop calling me to make an appointment. To the point where it was not helpful or caring, but honestly just annoying. I kept telling them I will call and schedule. Then they would call me regarding my husband's appointments... and one time they even made him an appointment that he wasn't aware of. Anyway, none of that would keep me from going back... the problem to me is that the dentist seems to rush, is a bit aggressive (I have never told someone to stop the cleaning except her), and is kind of ... how should I say it politely ... insensitive. She was not only in quite a hurry while cleaning my teeth pretty aggressively and making rude comments when I would tell her to stop because she was hurting me, but she was also pretty rude towards her staff. I have 2 kiddos with autism and they are incredibly caring and patient with them. My daughter loves coming here, and the mini arcade is a wonderful addition for antsy kids... But when the waiting room is full of kids, there aren't enough arcade games for everyone, and you are sitting anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour past your appointment time waiting to be called, it completely overshadows all the good about this place. There often aren't enough seats for people to sit leaving many families standing or leaning against the walls. I myself had to sit at the kids table that they have in the lobby just to get off my feet for a second after standing for over 30 minutes. And the craziest thing is a few times, I have been asked to reschedule things because of what they "didn't have time for" despite my appointment being scheduled by them months in advance. I'm sorry, but if I've already had to rearrange my schedule because you're running behind, we're doing this TODAY. The audacity! And this isn't a one off experience, this happens every single time I have an appointment. I have began to just anticipate canceling any other things that I have planned because I always end up being ridiculously late. Trying to get the kids to school after the appointment? Probably not! Simple things like cleanings can take a 3 hour chunk out of your day. Again, great once you actually get seen, but I'd advise you to plan on sitting here for a while. Bring tablets.
